Great experience!!! Lots of fun living here in Uptown. Great location, right by Katy Trail. Only crime in the apartment was a few car break ins.
Living at Gables Mirabella has been a roller coaster. The community is kept clean, if there is an issue staff responds rather fast. The property manager needs to invest in a new elevator, I’ve been stuck not once but twice with the last time having the fire department come out.
Love the apartment with its spacious floor plans, great walls which allow for good soundproofing and a great leasing and maintenance team. Valet trash pickup is always on time, communications from the office are always transparent and the hallways are always clean.
Excellent. Manager and staff are professional and responsive. Nice environment. Maintenance request will be closed same day. Jennifer is an amazing Manager. Happy to live here.

The maintenance team is great and always quick to address your needs. The property is safe and quiet. Rent prices are pretty high for how little the apartments are.
Very quiet, very secure place to live. I have not regretted my decision to reside here. I absolutely love my floor plan and quite frankly it is a pain moving, so I will stay where I am comfortable. It’s not too big, not too small.
Professional staff, great location and easy access to all stores. Would definitely recommend the Mirabella to friends looking to find a great place.
Great maintenance employees- very friendly and helpful. Solid front office employees. The pool definitely needed to be cleaned of mulch and other particles.
I have really enjoyed Gables so far. Me and my roommate moved here about 4 months ago, and it has been so nice for us. I love the location, and we found an amazing deal here. I feel extremely safe here which is one of the most important factors for me. Everything is gated, and you need a fob to go inside of the garage, up the elevator or in to any doors or amenities. Maintenance always responds extremely fast and they are really nice here. I plan on staying with gables, they are trustworthy management and it’s just extremely organized.
Great area, great front desk service and repair is always available at hand when there is an emergency in the apartment. The proximity to various places is great and I enjoy the walk ability.
While the initial renting experience seemed promising, the continuous rise in rental prices made it difficult to justify staying in the apartment long-term. The justification provided for these rent increases was often vague and lacked transparency. Management's response was vague and generic that did not adequately explain the reasons behind such steep hikes.The impact of the escalating rent prices was compounded by the lack of noticeable improvements or upgrades to the apartment. While maintenance was generally satisfactory, there were no noticeable enhancements to the living space or amenities that would warrant the constant financial strain.The monthly rent was significantly higher than comparable apartments in the area, leaving me feeling as though I was paying for a premium experience that was never delivered. It felt as though the primary focus was solely on maximizing profits, without considering the value provided to the residents.The renewal process became a stressful ordeal
I can’t say enough about this community. I’ve enjoyed my stay here. The people, Management, location. Top notch! I’m so glad I chose this place as my first home in Dallas.
I am beyond grateful to be living at Mirabella. John, Jenn & Victor were very attentive throughout the entire move in process. Bonus on top of having a great management team is having the nicest & friendliest neighbors! The Katy trail is a quick walk away & there are several restaurants & bars within walking distance.

Great staff, great location. The neighborhood is extremely walkable, close to Katy trail and McKinney ave. The building is constantly updating and the units are so cozy. Highly recommend!
Enjoy living here and have been for a couple years now. I enjoyed it the most when there were local places next door and new construction changed that and the nightlife is now a bit changed. That doesn’t bother me and will happily resign and staff is always available for any needs

Gables Mirabella has been a great apartment in the uptown area. There is sometime some noise from nearby bars and late night weekends, but the pros heavily outweigh the cons. Location, friendliness, convenience, security and so on.
This place is honestly the best kept secret in uptown. It’s very quiet. The apartments themselves have a lot of character outside of the typical cookie-cutter, let’s build these things for as cheap and as quickly as possible. I mean they have fireplaces that work. Amazing. It has all the amenities you need. Great pool with tons of seating and beautiful landscaping. Underground, gated parking for easy access. Great prices.
By far the worst Gables property I've occupied. This is the second Gables I’ve lived in the Uptown Dallas area for over two years. This place is bad news! The loud, disturbing underage bar patrons filing out at 2am from KUNG FU BAR and causing trouble from the nearby nightclubs to the tenant’s dogs using the pool area (viewed from my balcony) as their potty breaks with dog owners that could care less. Be weary of the mandatory monthly trash fee. Management used to condemn anyone putting trash in their hallway but now they charge and require you to put your trash in the hallway. Ridiculous! There are far better, modern apartments nearby that aren't overpriced with all the trouble that goes with Gables Mirabella.

I have lived in the Gables Mirabella apartments for almost three years now. The apartment does not have stainless steak appliances or granite countertops, but it is still a fairly decent apartment. The apartment is nothing outstanding compared to the new luxury towers popping up all over uptown, but the Mirabella holds it's own. My apartment is reasonably priced compared to the amenities the building lacks. I have never had a problem with management. Maintenance can be slow but they get the job done if you keep asking to get you problem corrected. Thankfully I have not had any serious problems. I had a small water leak from the apt. above me around 8PM one night. The maintenance man was at my place within the hour, found the leak, and stopped it. I would recommend the Mirabella.
With all the new development in Uptown Dallas, I was worried that this apartment wouldn't meet my expectations. I was wrong. When comparing the Gables with other apartments in the area (and I used a ridiculous spreadsheet that rated things like price per square foot, amenities, security, walk score, storage space, number of windows, neighbors, finishes and more) the Mirabella beat the others hands down. The complex is a little different from other Uptown apartments--it has a little more charm with crown mouldings, fires places, and builtins. It isn't super modern and sparse. The front desk staff are friendly and professional and have been with the building for a few years (I think that speaks a lot about a position that typically has a high turnover rate) Overall this is a great place!
This is one of the older apartment buildings in the area but it is kept up nicely & newly renovated interiors with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances. My apartment has wood floors throughout because it is on the first floor. All other floors have carpet. The pool is small & the gym is even smaller. They have put in 2 new treadmills but due to the size there isn't much they can do with it. The worst part is there are no fans or thermostat and it regularly feels like a sauna because it so hot. Management is a pleasure to deal with & maintenance issues are addressed very quickly. Unfortunately I know because I had several maintenance issues within the first 2 weeks I moved in. Overall I like the apartment & its location. Though on the weekends due to its proximity to bars it can get very loud between midnight to 2:20 AM especially if you live on the SW or NW side of the building.
This building is right in the middle of Uptown. Its older than the other apartment complexes in the area so it's on the less expensive side comparatively, not to say that it's cheap, since rates in the whole neighborhood are climbing. In terms of facilities, there's a pool and small workout gym, but that's it for community spaces since the lobby is really just open during leasing hours. Noise can certainly be an issue for people facing the outside of the building, with people bar-hopping most days of the week along our street.
The location can't be beat, right in the heart of uptown. If you are in one of the units facing the street toward either Kung Fu or BBC, noise will be a factor Thursday - Sunday nights (yes, Sunday night is loud too). Walls are a bit thin. It is a relatively small complex and management is very attentive and friendly. Each unit has a fireplace, and units are recently updated with new appliances and granite counter tops in bathrooms and kitchen. Rent is high and climbing but that is par for the area.
