I’ve had a wonderful experience living here, thanks to the amazing team. Joanna has been exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming, always going above and beyond to address any concerns. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly stand out. I also want to commend her boss and the entire staff, including the dedicated maintenance team and the friendly cleaner, for their hard work and positive attitude. They make this place feel like home. I’m genuinely grateful for the sense of community and the outstanding service provided. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a well-managed, friendly living environment.

I love how clean our apartment is! Eventhough it is one of the cheapest apartment in the area, the size and the cleanliness is so much better than the competitors

I like the location and the apartments are pretty nice. Rent is too high and some fixtures around the facility haven’t been repaired or replaced.

Great place to live great community and area only con is I think the rent is too high for how small the unit is. But other than that everything is great.

So far so good, Maintance is done very fast and staff are friendly. Parking is convenient, location is bad right next to the 50 and across a supermarket.

So far, my experience has been very pleasant. Cheryl and Rhonda have made my move in process, which is not very fun, very pleasurable. The property is very clean and well-kept.

A great place to call home fast service clean building respectful neighbors. Also close to freeway access shopping and groceries. An ideal location for so many reasons.

This apartment is quiet, clean, and in a perfect location. I don't have any complaints! The gym, elevators, stairs, and public areas are welcoming and also very well maintained.

Customer Service was great. All of our questions were answered. Upon arrival the environment and office was very nice and welcoming. The navigation around the building is easy as well.

Overall, my residency here at Gables has been good. Maintenance is very reliable. Location is great! Just wish I had a balcony. The rental office staff are new hopefully they will improve on Rental office and tenant relations.

Former resident here- I lived at gables Centerpointe for a year and I would highly recommend it to anyone I know. The building and grounds are excellent and management is always prompt with responding to maintenance requests.

Wonderful place to live. Its kids and pets friendly environment . The maintenance service provided by Daniel is excellent. As soon as we put the work order it completed very efficiently.

Nice and spacious. Very clean and I appreciate the safety of the area. Also, I appreciate the walkability to a bus stop and necessary stores.

Beautiful community and friendly staff. I like the updated floor plan and amenities. It will take time for me to adjust but I think I will really enjoy my time here

Office staff was able to accommodate our needs before moving to Virginia. While I think apartment building is ok, courtyard needs improvement.

All the recent reviews are 100% true. I’ve lived here a year now. Management and upper management allows a pitbull that attacked me to continue to live here. I’ve emailed them, gotten an attorney involved, animal control has been involved, and yet 3 months later the resident who owns the dog is still allowed to have the dog on the property and she’s on the 2nd floor like me. I’ve walked out of my front door and had to yank my dogs back into my apartment and slam my door because they’re out their with their pitbull that attacked me. I told the manager about the pitbull in Jan and early April and then the dog bit me jn later April. I have anxiety and I’m absolutely terrified of the dog now. Management told me they were in compliance with their lease, but having a dog that attacked a resident on property is not in compliance. But also the printer never works and you have to bring your own paper if you want to print something (their rules). The sitting room is always hot as hell. Grills never worked since I’ve been here. They allowed the same tenant with the pitbull to leave 20 piles of poop out behind the building and a) never cleaned it up when I notified them b) never made the tenant clean it up and c) have a video camera back there, but never bothered to watch it, if it even works. They allow residents to park their car in visitor parking for weeks/months and won’t have their cars towed. So why am I paying $55a month for parking if I can just park in a visitor spot and never move it. The manager also got on me for having a cute wreath and door mat (not a Xmas wreath) on my front door. Yet allowed everyone else (at least 10) different residents to have them on/in front of their doors. They never fill the dog poop bag receptacles up, even when asked to by the residents. The manager had my visitor’s car towed right after I threatened to sue them for the dog biting incident. The car was parked illegally, but they wouldn’t tow cars parked in visitor parking for weeks or month or cars that aren’t running in the parking garage, but after I threatened to sue them for negligence she has MY visitor’s car towed 45 min after we pulled in. They’ve done NOTHING and still allow this dangerous and aggressive dog to still be here. I hate it here now. I used to love living here despite all the other issues because I love my actual unit. It’s quiet here too. But with all the issues AND the issue with the dog/resident they refuse to evict I absolutely hate it here now!

Been here for 3 months now.... I am very happy with my choice and look forward to being a resident here. All the tenants are pretty friendly but they keep to themselves....the hallway, garage, lobby is always very clean and well maintained.

The building and the apartments are not maintained well. There are no screens on windows. Filters that should be changed monthly are changed quarterly and now maybe once or twice a year. The office never answers calls or replies to e-mails. One asst manager is beyond rude and very temperamental.

It is a Wonderful place to live with children. Neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance staff are very professional and they always come on time to repair.

I love being at gables center pointe high ceiling and love the location! I also love how renewed and renovated everything is! Gym is definitely a huge plus!

This apartment is everything! Starting from the management to the very quite place to live. Dorothy the general manager will do everything to make your life easy and you living amazing.

Beautiful building, great management, and phenomenal maintenance. I've had the best experience living here. My lease is up for renewal very soon.

No amenity except for gym. Not really luxury apartment. Front door doesn’t even close most of the time. Griller never worked still broken. Visitor lounge never had AC running. Sprinklers out front always wasting water cos its broken since i moved here. Computers never print. Bring your own computer if you want to print. But they also takes forever to refill that ink when its gone.

I 'm enjoying everyday here live in Gables centerointe, this is our first home in Fairfax VA. All staff are friendly. Mr. Bush, and Mr. Daniel helped us a lot, timely fixed some small issues. Particularly thanks to Mr. Bush, He fixed my leaking shower faucet on last Thanksgiving holiday night. and a Birthday greeting card all make us feel warm and sweet

I love my new home. Gables is a luxurious and peaceful place to live. The units are so bright and good size. The amenities are great. The service team and office staff are amazing.

The Management and the Maintenance service is excellent. The neighbors are friendly and it is a very peaceful and safe surrounding to reside.

I am very happy living at Gables Centerpointe. Management does a great job at keeping needs met. Furnishings and appliances are new, maintenance takes care of issues timely.

Friendly neighbour's and we really like the prompt response of the maintenance service conducted. The new maintenance gentleman is very professional and knows his work.Five star for him.

Gables Centerpointe is a beautiful community with spacious apartments, great amenities and a friendly and helpful staff. It has been a wonderful place to call home.

This is a great place. Quiet and clean. Neighbors are good and there are features that make it great like fob access and private parking deck. The staff is great. Very responsive to needs and requests.

So Far so good everything has been great! I really have enjoyed living here so far haven't ran into any problems. The only thing so far i would mention is I wish the grill in the front of the building was working and had propane to use.
