Very bad experience with the manager or assistant manager They don’t know the value of time they said it will take a week but wasted my 10 days and says further it will take more 2-3 weeks to process application. As i requested before applying to process application asap and they assured they do so within week.
I lived there for 2 years and it was the best experience I had with management and maintenance. The complex is quiet, clean and when I moved in everything was new. I loved the multiple laundry facilities with 6 washers and dryers making laundry day so convenient. I started renting a 2 very spacious bedroom apartment and after a year I was able to move to a 3 bedroom that accommodated my family’s needs. Management made life just easy, they always made sure to acknowledge my needs and repairs got fixed in a timely manner.
The place is beautiful quiet and a wonderful place to live. Everyone is nice and it feels like a community family staff is great as well . Gotta see it to understand. 5656

I’ve lived in Fullerton Hills Apartments for 8 years now and It’s been great! The maintenance team is wonderful. They are always super helpful, get things done so efficiently. The on-site manager Kim is amazing and always available whenever I’ve needed to speak with her. She’s always been accommodating and very helpful. I’m super grateful to have such an understanding and caring property manager. Not planning on moving out any time soon.
The place is beautiful its quiet I have worked different shifts and always able to sleep . Very nice its like living in the woods and city clean always love the card to use the laundry room its great! For the price I reccomend this place my car has been open and unlocked and was safe and untouched. People are friendly. Thanks to the staff their great !!!!!!! And helpful .....

I've been here for a few months and I cannot express how happy I am to live here. It's a nice, calm, and peaceful location. No loud kids, no loud neighbors, and no wrong doing to worry about. It feels safe and well taken care of. Landscape is great. Apartments do get a little warm though and feel a bit outdated. Got a remodeled apartment and was happy with the changes but it still feels a bit on the older side. What I mean is cabinets are old, the ceiling has "popcorn", bathroom's sink and shower needs upgrades, and there is an ac unit as opposed to an internal ac in the apartment which raises the cost of the electricity. All amenities are provided except electric, which makes sense with the ac. But aside from that it's a great place to live.
Remodeling was good. Well management. Gardening work is good. so far so good.
