Small boutique complex with one bedroom/one bath and two bedroom/two bath units. Located in Mt. Holly close to downtown, with quick access to I 485, I 85 and Charlotte. Units are cable ready and all have been updated. Livingrooms have wood floors, kitchens have microwaves and glass tile backsplash and all units have W/D hookups. Application fee is $50 per adult. Showings are by appointment only.
