I’ve lived here 1.5 years. It’s a great apartment. I looked at 12 different apartments before deciding on this one. The floor plans can’t be beat anywhere else. Management has not been great however. My neighbors smoke soo much weed it comes through the vents in the kitchen and laundry room sooo bad. I’ve complained multiple times and have just been ignored. They say a lot of things and send out community texts about following all these rules (not smoking, picking up dog poop, mimimize loud noises) but they don’t follow through with enforcing any of them! Previous reviews mentioned crime but I’ve seen none of that. I know they have new management and have been really strict on parking and towing cars a lot that aren’t registered so I think that put a pause on crime (for now) but the weed man… it’s soo bad it ruins the positives

To begin, everything about the move in process was really simple, and everyone was quite helpful. That is, until I moved in and encountered my many problems; It seemed to me that the front desk staff was simply interested in selling you a unit and not taking any of the issues into account just brushing it off like there was no problem at all. We moved into a new apartment, building and right before moving we had asked the front desk if there was anything left to be paid, and I was informed that we were all set and good to go , but we were not informed of the bill that would have been came after us leaving. We did not receive any correspondence of any type regarding the payment, nor did we receive any additional notice, call, or email regarding the amount being left to pay then we had reviewed the email they had overcharged us and were being very unhappy and unhelpful on explaining as to why I was being overcharged for the smallest of things.

It’s a beautiful community, and the location is so close to everything. But before you sign a lease here, make sure you have the best car insurance possible. There have been many incidents involving car break ins including tires being stolen and vehicles being damaged. I wish they would invest in on-site security patrols or something- that would make the community absolutely ideal because it really is nice besides that.

While the apartments are very spacious and seem to be quiet there’s been a lot of theft lately in the apts. there’s been break ins for people cars, packages being stolen (while apt. Is open) mind you and the leasing office just simply say “oh well theirs nothing we can do about it. It’s really sickening that they can bother you about trash bins being left out but have nothing to say when something goes wrong! There’s no security here what so ever. They can patrol the trash bins but can’t patrol to stop the theft going around. I need this to reach corporate!

I had the most pleasant experience while initiating my lease here. From the moment I contacted Michelle concerning the now leasing sign on the property to establishing my tour with Allen , everything was simply pleasant. Michelle went over every detail about the property and sent me a quote immediately. I had to reschedule my tour with Allen who was very accommodating. When I did arrive to the appointment, he took his time to show me the exact unit I would be leasing as well as other options on the property. What I loved most about this property is the large balconies and nice walk-in closets. I felt very comfortable and will be referring other friends and family to this property. I appreciate the patience, courtesy calls , and professionalism of the staff here.
