New manager is worse than last. Betty is so unprofessional and rude. Maintenance orders takes forever. They will say complete but the work was not done. Trash outside on the ground. Rats in some buildings, roaches Sidewalk and breezeway are nasty. Gwen is a liar and so unnecessary rude They pretend to uphold the rules but really don't care. Most residents don't care how they live and owners and management don't care.

I love my apartment team. They are so helpful. I have been here for 3 years and I feel like this place is truly "home". Although the trash is always challenging, it doesn't change the wonderful people and help provided. I love this place.

These apartments are ROACH INFESTED I don't suggest living here unless you like living with roaches
There’s a bad rat infestation in building 13 that management is aware of and they still moved me and others before me in there. I literally had to throw away everything. Most of the neighbors said the management was aware of it and has been aware of it for years.
The rental office does what it cans the rental Manager is nice but if you live in the back you deal with littering trash, teenagers everywhere and drugs .,. They don't hold to policy and fines let tenants do what they want could be a5 star apartment if they got rid of the nasty tenants ...
It's ok but if you live in the back you have to deal with kids standing everywhere littering and drugs moving ASAP
It's a really nice property I love it I can't wait to move in.
