It’s been a nice place to stay and was in a great spot of town. Has all the amenities one could ask for. Residents are all considerate of each other and friendly
The location is good, but it has become very noisy, noise often occurs at night.The rent is also a bit high for this apartment. The service staff is very friendly.
Great place to stay at with some nice amenities such as indoor/outdoor pool, indoor basketball court, and gym. Super clean inside and outside. Rooms are spacious.

The residents are quiet and I haven't met much of my neighbors. The building and parking area, including the underground parking lot is always clean.
Good community to live. Many public places to go nearby. Lively neighborhood and peaceful surrounding. The nearby lake and the trail around that is the cherry on the top. Will recommend.

I like it here only thing I don't agree with is people putting things in the door to hold the door open and how people put unwanted furniture in the front lobby.
Place is good, but expensive and sometimes very noisy , because there is poor sound insulation. The service staff is very polite. The area around the buildings is clean.

When we moved in the apartment, it was neat and clean & in good condition. The process of moving in was so smooth. All the manuals handed over at the time of moving in.
Spacious and clean with decent amenities, but noisy at times. Friendly management, but rent feels too high for the value provided. Could be better.
It's absolutely wonderful. I love my apartment a lot. specially i am homemaker and it gives a special space in my heart too. I enjoyed a lot of important moments of my life, like my son got admitted to one of prestigious university.

Great place to live, all neighbors are amazing and all the amenities are nice to use. Inside the place it’s very spacious and comfortable. I enjoy walking the trails and being right next to the mall :)
Our packages are sometimes stolen, so we are always anxious when shopping online. We have not received any results despite reporting this to the management many times. We have complained to the police. This alone is reason enough not to stay in this apartment. I am thinking of moving to another apartment when my contract ends. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Another disadvantage is amenities are always busy. The positive things: apartments are big compared to other 2 bedroom apartments. When there is a problem in furnitures they fixed it as soon as possible however they may charge to you. The location of apartment is perfect. It is very close shopping center and markets.
The apartments are clean and the amenities are nice. However, It’s very difficult to get answers from the staff and they are very inflexible. They are also often unavailable at the office during office hours.
The apartment location is fantastic, with easy access to shops, parks, and public transportation. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light, making it a perfect place to call home.
The community is amazing with super friendly people, scenic natural views, amazing summer pool parties both outdoor and indoor with temperature control. Famous stores like Aldi, Poornanand, Walmart, costco and many more all in vicinity.
We recently moved to Fountain Place apartment. We really like the place and maintanance. Security ia good and facilities also good. Most of the shoping related stores are nearby only.
I have been living here for 2 years, recently it has become noisy, the neighbors are noisy after 10 pm, but the service staff is very friendly and there are many good places for walking around.

Living in Fountain place is amazing, every thing close to you. The office stuff are helpful,there is walking trails you can walk and enjoy the nature.

Maintenance is good. But there is no proper action take about complaints. Have good club area and fitness center. Have nice pool area and relaxing center too.
The building is always clean and the access from the underground parking is excellent. The package room is very efficient. Overall it is a quiet building and I do appreciate that. Initially there was a very noisy family but they have quieted down this past week. I appreciated that a lot.

Neighbors still keep propping the doors open. Not managements fault but kinda frustrating because of how unsafe that is and no one seems to grasp that no matter how many times management tells them.
Community is very nice , gym area is there, also friendly environment, love to play outside , pickle ball court is also there. Staff is friendly,good.
Not sure why people complain about, the place is good for now, no complaints, just if you guys can have like carts to move our grocery to our apartment when we get those
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Children play on the elevators run up and down the halls all day and night. The office never responds to emails. Theft here is outrageous. Lot of residents don’t pick up their dog poop.
Foundation place is very nice and calm place to live with lots of stores around it like ALDI, Indian stores and schools too. Play area , swimming pool etc are well maintained

Everything was good, except there was a distinct smell that is stuck in the apartment, whoever was their last cooked specific food. Other then that its all good
Fountain place is a really nice place. Good enviroment. Good schools. Good district. It has almost all features what a family with kids are looking for.
