Very nice place for a family and plenty of opportunities for dogs and pets of all sorts. Location is quite walkable when weather is nice and traffic isn’t usually too bad when you wanna leave

Nice community to live in. Many public places to go nearby. Lively neighborhood and peaceful surrounding. The nearby lake and the trail around that is the cherry on the top. Will recommend.

Laundry drain frequently gets clogged in the main chamber. This results in the blackflow of drain water in to the laundry room making the whole house stink. Had to frequently raise the complaints every couple of months.
Initially i was not very confident about the apartment here. Later when i register my issues and they way they have been sorted out, i find it liveable

Nice unit with amazing amenities. Closer proximity to grocery stores and all businesses. They have nice indoor pool , sauna which we are excited to enjoy in the winters

Amazing amenities and decent apartment units. The complex is beautiful. There are lots of young families. Units are nothing special but the kitchens do have nice space.

Nice place but it got a bit noisy and the rent was a bit expensive.The staff is very friendly.There are shops nearby and plenty of places to walk or ride a bike.

I've had a positive overall experience living in this apartment community. The location is convenient, especially for access to work, groceries, and public transportation. Maintenance requests are usually handled promptly, and the staff is generally friendly and professional. The apartment layout is modern and well-maintained, with decent soundproofing and essential amenities like in-unit laundry and secure entry. That said, parking can be a bit limited at times, and rent has slightly increased over the last year. However, for the quality of service and comfort, I still find it a good value. I'd recommend this community to others looking for a safe and convenient place to live in the area.

When we moved in the apartment, it was neat and clean & in good condition. The process of moving in was so smooth. All the manuals handed over at the time of moving in.
Spacious and clean with decent amenities, but noisy at times. Friendly management, but rent feels too high for the value provided. Could be better.
It's absolutely wonderful. I love my apartment a lot. specially i am homemaker and it gives a special space in my heart too. I enjoyed a lot of important moments of my life, like my son got admitted to one of prestigious university.

Great place to live, all neighbors are amazing and all the amenities are nice to use. Inside the place it’s very spacious and comfortable. I enjoy walking the trails and being right next to the mall :)
Our packages are sometimes stolen, so we are always anxious when shopping online. We have not received any results despite reporting this to the management many times. We have complained to the police. This alone is reason enough not to stay in this apartment. I am thinking of moving to another apartment when my contract ends. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place to anyone. Another disadvantage is amenities are always busy. The positive things: apartments are big compared to other 2 bedroom apartments. When there is a problem in furnitures they fixed it as soon as possible however they may charge to you. The location of apartment is perfect. It is very close shopping center and markets.
The apartments are clean and the amenities are nice. However, It’s very difficult to get answers from the staff and they are very inflexible. They are also often unavailable at the office during office hours.

The community is amazing with super friendly people, scenic natural views, amazing summer pool parties both outdoor and indoor with temperature control. Famous stores like Aldi, Poornanand, Walmart, costco and many more all in vicinity.

I have been living here for 2 years, recently it has become noisy, the neighbors are noisy after 10 pm, but the service staff is very friendly and there are many good places for walking around.
