After touring several properties in the area, this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff stood up to greet me the moment I walked in — you don’t see that anywhere anymore! It’s an old-school touch, but I absolutely loved it. Kenya was so sweet, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions with ease. It’s clear this is a community that genuinely cares about people, and it shows. I’ll definitely be applying when my lease is up in October!

Fossil Cove is a little gem in the nestled just away from State Street. The condos are modern, attractive and neat, with a neutral palette. The refrigerators are updated, with ice makers and filtered water. The grounds are pleasant, with walking paths around, so you don't have to leave the complex to go for a walk. Most importantly, all the staff, from the Property Manager Jordin to the grounds worked and Dennis, the prompt and friendly maintenance man, are unfailingly kind and professional.

After living here for two years we STILL have not gotten any of the promised amenities. The units are cheaply made, the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen fall off randomly, and the plumbing is possessed. The turnover of management and maintenance staff is HIGH. And they are never on property. Communication is lackluster, kids run rampant, throwing rocks, leaving trash everywhere, and the parents just use the playground as a babysitter. The only thing Fossil Cove townhomes is on top of is raising your rent.

Fossil cove townhomes are the nicest townhomes I’ve seen in a while. My husband and I went and toured a few weeks ago, and absolutely loved them!!!
