The Kessler Conservation District is a historic neighborhood within Oak Cliff, a former town annexed by Dallas in 1901. Also referred to as Kessler Park, this community is in the northeastern corner of Oak Cliff, bounded by Interstate 30 on the north, Steward Street on the south, Sylvan Avenue on the east, and Plymouth Road to the west. Kessler Park is known for its rolling hills and historic homes boasting beautiful architecture and grassy lawns. There are several areas in Kessler Park that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As its name implies, the Kessler Conservation District is predominantly residential featuring affordable to upscale rentals in a variety of styles from single-family houses to apartments. Residents in Kessler Park enjoy quiet surroundings but are close to plenty of amenities. Green spaces like the Stevens Park Golf Course and the Twelve Hills Nature Center (which has a beautiful butterfly garden) provide residents a breath of fresh air.

Lovely, quiet, and visually alluring hidden gem. Far enough from Downtown Dallas to avoid busy traffic and noisy streets, but close enough to enjoy the urban lifestyle. Mary with the apartment management team is fantastic, easy to reach, and swiftly responds to any questions or concerns. Newly renovated apartments with a beautiful creek that’s adjacent to the complex and also runs right through it. Walking distance from the golf course and a huge park.
