The Kessler Conservation District is a historic neighborhood annexed by Dallas in 1901. Also referred to as Kessler Park, this community is in the southwestern corner of the Dallas metro area, bounded by Interstate 30 on the north, Steward Street on the south, Sylvan Avenue on the east, and Plymouth Road to the west. Kessler Park is known for its rolling hills and historic homes boasting beautiful architecture and grassy lawns. There are several areas in Kessler Park that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. As its name implies, the Kessler Conservation District is predominantly residential featuring affordable to upscale rentals in a variety of styles from single-family houses to apartments. Residents in Kessler Park enjoy quiet surroundings but are close to plenty of amenities. Green spaces like the Stevens Park Golf Course and the Twelve Hills Nature Center (which has a beautiful butterfly garden) provide residents a breath of fresh air.
