We have lived at AURA for 3.5 years and have found Management to be excellent. We especially enjoy the fitness center, rooftop garden and free coffee. Also, the events every few months are appreciated. Wonderful place to live!

The staff is very welcoming and attentive! The floor plan model blew me away and was very well put together. I feel very comfortable talking to staff about any situation as they are quick problem solvers. The apartments are cozy and I am very excited to call Aura my home!

In general, quiet hours are a joke in the apartment. My upstairs neighbors frequently wake me up in the middle of the night, and other neighbors play loud music with their windows open so everyone can hear!

Greystar “Aura” of West Seattle, WA is a terrific family and singles property that is maintained well and offers a respite from chaotic city life. The staff are sincerely committed to proving all residents with a satisfying experience. Thank you!

We have lived at AURA for three years and love living here. The management is amazing, the building is kept clean, and the rooftop garden/patio is a HUGE plus. We also love the coffee! We appreciate the great fitness center, planned events and great neighbors.

The building at Aura West in West Seattle is nice. The location has plenty of clean air. The gym and rooftop garden and patio are great.

The staff at Aura West Seattle made a very laborious leasing process so much easier and less stressful than it otherwise would have been. The location is great and the units are well maintained. Overall, definitely recommend.

The quality of the staff at Aura is remarkable. They all listen to us and try to get any problem we have solved, ASAP. We couldn't be more pleased.

I had a fantastic experience moving to Aura! The leasing office made my move-in process effortless, checking in regularly for any additional assistance. Despite two minor work order issues, they promptly resolved them within 24 hours. Kudos to the amazing team for making my cross-country move much smoother!

Aura West is a healthy community environment which is kept clean by qualified staff the location is great. The building is well lit an the gym is professional quality. The rooftop patio has a great view and is good for guests.

The building has consistently faced difficulties in addressing repair requests promptly. Currently, several amenities such as the stairs, ice machine, fire pit, rooftop lighting system, and sprinkler system have experienced prolonged periods of malfunction, with most of them still out of service. Some of these issues have persisted for months and even years.

The property is great the staff are very professional and qualified.

We have loved being here at Aura for the last the last 20 months. The staff are wonderful and do a great job. Their various efforts to make this a great place to live obvious at every level of the operation. The community events are an excellent effort to make us all feel like being part of a big family, which we appreciate a great deal. we have already made arrangements to extend our lease another year.

Aura West Seattle is a great place to live! The amenities are great, neighbors are friendly, and it has great rent prices.

From before we moved in to now (14 months later) we couldn't be more happy with living here. Laura and her colleagues are the best. We actually looked at over a dozen buildings in the area and are so glad we picked Aura. We love it here!

Management here was always top notch, as were the amenities and general spaces, especially for the price. I have lived in another building (in Cap Hill) since leaving Aura and it made me realize how great Aura was while I was there (2018 - 2021). Shoutout in particular to Laura and Danny -- you made life at Aura so easy, and any building is lucky to have either one of you!!! It really felt like home here. :) Communication was transparent, reliable, and they got ahead of any issues or maintenance happening in the building. The building felt secure with cameras put up around a lot of the entrances, I never faced any massive or unreasonable rent hikes, packages were handled well, staff in the front office were always friendly and responsive, the maintenance team was kind and quick, and public spaces were kept clean (any messes [i.e. dog pee, trash, spills] were taken care of swiftly, and things that will happen anywhere at any building so not really a ding against the buildings/staff themselves). I've never lived in another building beyond my lease term (usually a year), but went through 3 leases/renewals at Aura and there's a reason why! If the West Seattle Bridge hadn't taken it's sweet time getting fixed, I would have stayed at Aura longer because it's so easy to get downtown/up North and down South to Tacoma/Sea-Tac/etc from Aura's location due to its proximity to the Bridge. It's walking distance to California Ave and a super short drive to beautiful Alki Beach and a hop down to Lincoln Park. I really don't have enough good things to say about Aura. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I no longer live in Seattle (made the move to sunnier places), but my time in West Seattle at Aura is something I look back on fondly!

I have been a resident at Aura West for almost 3 years and have never regretted the decision to live here. The management provides a welcoming and inclusive environment, is a wonderful place to have a dog, and I am grateful to have made friends with my neighbors.

What I love about Aura West Seattle is that it meet All of my three criteria, location, floor plan(floor space) and a parking space in a secure parking garage. Everything than else was an added bonus. The staff was great! (Thank you Wendy, Laura, Freya and my man) They are friendly, very helpful and made the whole finding a new apartment process simple and painless for me. I would recommend Aura West Seattle to anyone looking for an modern apartment with a parking garage close to downtown with all the amenities close by. Can't ask for anything more.

It has been okay living here so far. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the community has felt very welcoming and warm. My frustrations have to do with some maintenance issues that seem to be ongoing. I wish there was more urgency to solve the issues.

I've lived in this building for nearly 4 years. Aura West Seattle is a beautiful place to live, in an excellent location, with a friendly and responsive staff. The units are modern and clean, while cozy. The roof is unparalleled, and a great feature of the apartment. Having a gym in the building is also very useful. Its been a great living experience at Aura!

Great staff, great community, great location and amenities and fair rental prices. Apartment layout is sleek and modern with a good amount of closet/storage space.

After over two years of living in the Aura West building, I can say that I continue to feel grateful for the overall professional and warm atmosphere that the management and staff provide. I truly feel at home here.

This building is where they do it right! Management is quick to respond, are polite and helpful! They work very hard at keeping the Aura unique from other building who seem to just rely upon just making the exterior of the building look fancy. The Aura is just as nice on the inside as out, meaning every aspect from management to amenities. Best building Ive lived in in 20 plus years! Not exaggerating either!

Aura is a great place to live. I particularly love the convenience to all the shopping and the choice of shopping. So many amenities close by. I really love living quarters and that it serves all of my needs. Management/ maintenance staff does its best to meet my needs when I reach out to them.

If you love hearing your upstairs neighbors' every footstep and every toilet flush, this is the apartment for you. Be sure to check out the mentally unwell people that hang out at the bus stop outside the apartment; they yell at all hours of the night! And no, windows being closed won't stop you from hearing it, but be sure that it'll be much louder with the windows open.

I am satisfied that the apartment is pleasant, warm, and quiet, and I could feel the managers working a lot for the residents. For example, installing hand sanitizer in the elevator to prevent for Covid, and sending email or texting that notice the package has come. Also, there are many convenience facilities in the Aura west seattle apartment, and it's especially nice to see Seattle on the rooftop!

The building is beautiful from each of the uniquely designed community areas, to the rooftop, to the decor of the units. We truly feel more at home at Aura than we did at our previous residence. The Aura staff is outstanding!

I continue to enjoy living here and the friendliness of the staff. During this year and the pandemic, however, more safety concerns have emerged (doors continue to be propped open, break-in's in the garage and bike area); and with much less access to the gym, outdoor kitchen, and patio our rent prices should have been reduced.

During these covid-19 it is nice to have a place to call home. Thank you Aura West Seattle!!

Lovely aesthetic, modern appliances, great community spaces, and very friendly and professional management.

I have been a happy resident of this wonderful appartment community since June 2018. What I love the most is the convenience of downtown commute to my office as the bus stop is right in front of Appartment Building main door. Also, the appartment interiors are one of the best I have seen. Appartment staff are very helpful and make every effort to make you feel at home. There is a stadium right in from of Appartment and because I like running, it is perfect for me.

I moved here after having terrible landlords who never fixed anything and blamed house issues on us. Submitting a request for general maintenance is easy and they always fix it in a timely manner and on the day I prefer. Ive never had any issues communicating with the maintenance staff or the building managers.

Apartments are very modern and clean. Ya hoo for that.

Aura West is a welcome reprieve from lackluster Seattle landlords. The property managers, maintenance, and custodial staff are professional, warm, and supportive from move-in to ongoing residency. The building is beautifully designed, clean, and the rooftop is a hit!
