Forge Apartements set a standard for me with a rental property. The entire application process was smooth and detailed with no hidden fees or costs. All the technology is efficient and easily accessible. I love that we have a digital guest pass option and key card if we mispace our keys. Staff are all personable, professional, and friendly! The building is taken care of well and residents mutually respect the community spaces. And it is a great location to the city without being downtown. This place truly feels like a home. I really like the Forge apartments. I love the location and where it’s at and all the amenities that are available like the coffee in the hot tub is very nice in the pool with the chairs one thing that I am a little jealous of about the apartments that are in the around the area though is that they have a sauna so that’s one thing that I think could be added But other than that, I think everything is awesome. Maybe a dog wash station or something possibly too because I’ve seen that around as well but overall it’s been a very great experience and I really enjoy living here and the views are nice and the building is awesome.

I have really enjoyed living at this apartment community. There are great social events organized by the building, great amenities, and it is in an awesome location. Being a very short walk to the RTD stop is a huge benefit for quick access to downtown and to the airport. It is a 4-minute walk to mission Ballroom, and short walk or drive to many bars/restaurants. The leasing team is friendly and wants to know about any issues you may be having so they can be resolved as fast as possible.

I've been really enjoying my apartment space, location of the building, lounges, and gym area. The leasing staff has been very kind, helpful, and professional during any in-person interactions as well. However, I must admit that I've been disappointed with how some building issues are being handled. There has been conflicting information about what is going on with the pool and hot tub closures. During my initial tour, I was informed that the pool was temporarily out of service but would be operational within a week. Based on that assurance, I moved forward with my lease, as the pool was one of the amenities I was most excited to utilize. However, after speaking with several residents that have lived here before me, I learned that the pool and hot tub had already been out of order for weeks prior to my move-in date. Recent updates have now indicated that repairs may extend for at least another month due to backordered parts from overseas. To add to the confusion, screenshots of communications received by other tenants describe the closure as part of "standard annual maintenance," which directly contradicts the information I was given. This inconsistency raises concerns about transparency and trust. All of that said, I wouldn't recommend moving into the Forge at this point in time. Unless more action is taken to quickly fix the pool or reimburse tenants for the time lost from pool closure, I will most likely not be re-signing my lease at the end of its term.

My living experience at Forge has been great so far. Very modern living experience with the best amenities. Having a fully equipped gym where I live is extremely convenient and the pool/hot tub are amazing!

Since the beginning the team was very helpful and made me feel comfortable at all times. They did a great job of explaining amenities and expectations of living at Forge. They always greet us with the nice smile and greeting. We have just absolutely enjoyed living there so far.
