change my review since moving here, the management staff was great until BH came and bought the property. I signed a new lease and had questions, no one returns calls or answers an emails. After I signed my lease the amount what I signed was wrong and no one answers the phone, or returns calls or replies to emails to explain anything to me. Communication here sucks and they act like they don't care, my renewed lease is up in 6 months and I am running out of here.
I’ve only been here a few months, and it’s already the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Severe roach infestations, days without hot water, constant internet outages, and loud neighbors with paper-thin walls make it unbearable. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
Gabby, the property manager, is very vindictive. She added a lease violation, without notice, because I questioned why she refused to have maintenance replace the broken washer and dryer that’s been left in my apartment for over a year. She’s extremely nice when she’s calling and begging to have you renew the lease, however, when I went into the office to view a larger unit, she failed to greet me and ignored me until I walked out 15 minutes later. I’ve had several encounters with her and it’s always unpleasant. Not only does she fail to explain the lease charges, but she has an extremely sour attitude. Very unprofessional and a poor representation of the company. Maintenance is great, Johnsie is great, the area is great. That’s as far as it goes.
I’ve been living here for 2 1/2 years . The old management was good and easy to communicate with. Recently there has been a change in management, try To communicate with management if you want hostile and rude responses to any simple question you ask. Don’t be surprised if you wake and your car is not out side anyone. I wouldn’t recommend any moving into these apartments

Property is okay, interiors have been newly upgraded but still have issues such as many outlets in the apartment not working, water problems, and very thin flooring so you can hear all your neighbors footsteps if you’re unlucky and get anything other than the third floor. Old management was great, easy to talk to and always responding promptly to concerns but that’s not the case with new management. Don’t even try to communicate with management if you want hostile and rude responses to any simple question you ask.

I've been here 4 1/2 years now and this has been a fairly decent place to live. The previous management did a LOT of renovations and the place looks pretty good now. The interiors also had a bit of a makeover and I've had no complaints. Maintenance responds quickly if there is an issue. It is an older property, so there have been quite a few waterline breaks in the winters. Unfortunately, every year the price goes up at least $100/month, $160/month this year with today's economy. The value you get for what you pay is not as good as it once was. A bit of a bumpy start with the new management, (Nov. '21), but things were resolved and no additional problems so far.

The management is amazing. We were meant to move in on a Wednesday. Marissa sent an email and 1 hour after closing time to inform us the apartment wasn't ready. Even with that Megan showed up an hour and half before they were supposed to open and call us to let us know. They are an awesome staff and made me and my wife want to move in here. The only knocks on the apartment is dog poop pickup policy could be enforced better at dog park and the ceilings are thin and I can constantly hear my neighbors kid above us all day. I have gotten used to it already though.

I’ve been here for almost a year. Moved from out of state and roomed with friends until I was able to find the right place! Then I came across this :-) The minute I saw the model apartment and an empty apartment that would look exactly like what I was moving into, I was ready to apply and put down a deposit. This place is affordable, and the pictures don’t lie like most places I’ve seen in Dfw. Staff is wonderful, maintenance is on top of it. I will be here until I find my house. It’s super up to date, lots of space, & cozy! I’m a very proud tenant!

My apartment was great. The price and location were just right. I wanted to transfer into a bigger home, but they do not have 3 bedrooms. Since my family is growing I had no choice but to get a house at this time. I enjoyed my time there and they way the staff helped me. Every month I came in they always helped with the online payment. Over the year they made lots of changes. it was really nice.... Sad to go

Our apartment is everything we were looking for. It’s beyond spacious, I personally love the color scheme and all the features, from the patio to the kitchen and even the lighting in our bathrooms. Any issues that we’ve had wether it was due to remodeling, maintenance, complaints, or even guest amenities they did their best to get everything taken care of. We really enjoy the staff unlike our previous apartment they are easy to talk to and work with and truly will go out of their way for their residents. The community is nice and they have definitely put in a great amount of effort in the up keeping. The area is very busy, right down the street from the stadium and you’re pretty central to anything you want to do in the Dallas area in my opinion. We are definitely looking forward to renewing our lease here.

I have had a horrible experience here. But there is no ONE star. I have lived here for over 4 years because it was affordable at the time and convenient by being close to expressways and my daughters school... You really do get what you pay for...... BEWARE....they do not keep up with the pest control ... the maintenance, or the code on these buildings I am convinced. I called the city to have them sited after my CEILING FELL IN ON ME WHILE SLEEPING and they replied like it was a medium priority... here it is 7 days later.. and it still is WIDE OPEN, nothing but a cover was placed on the vent to the roof since then. They may consider letting me out of my lease???? Really? I have a child and they left debri and fiber glass and insulation and mold all through my apartment, the manager seemed nonchalant and unapologetic and the REGIONAL manager was no better by asking me WHAT I DID to make MY ceiling collapse....suggesting I just go to another room instead.. I am so devastated. They did not place me in a hotel.. they did not offer to even move my things to another apartment. They did not offer to help me move or pay my expenses since this is obviously the apartment complex's fault. They never even said sorry. Not only did my ceiling collapse once... did I mention it collapsed twice over the course of exactly one week. It has been a terrible experience for me health wise and I cant take anything of mine that has been exposed to the mold, insulation, and fiberglass with me. They have walked in my apartment without notice or permission, several times. They even threw away my clothing in the process of removing damaged sheet rock.... . That's not even the worst. My pipes busted in december and they destroyed my washer and dryer, and damaged everything in the storage closet, they cut off the water first the hot water then period without notice for over 3 days...we couldn't shower, or cook or anything.... and we were responsible for replacing our own washer and dryer. did I mention my floors just like my ceiling are sloped and uneven too? Yep. My pots and pans LITERALLY slide off the stove.. My daughter cant even return to the apartment due to the debri and her asthma. there has been no cleaning company to remove it NOTHING>..... I would rather pay more money per month for my peace of mind ..than live in a place I can no longer enter for long periods of time due to the damage, mold, fiberglass, insulation debri and wide open ceiling ...

This is a terrible place to live ! I've been here 2 years an dreading every second of it the staff is horrible nothing ever gets done here an believe it's mold in these apartments the hot water is liable to turn off any time of the the day an who knows when it will turn back in bed bugs an roaches are another factor ! I've never had them until I moved here Beware of the crestmonts!!!!!!!!!! ????????????????

I can not think of a better place to reside during my college career. I can literally be to campus in 12, yes twelve minutes. The office staff has been great ever since I initially moved in and that is what has propelled me to recently sign my third year lease. I love the fact that community events are held for the residents and the grounds are always inviting. The surrounding attractions such as the AT&T Stadium, Lincoln Square and Legacy Park are just added bonuses.

If you love the city life, this is a great location. In the center of all the big things people and tourist travel to see. ATT stadium, baseball field, six flags, hurricane harbor all in viewable distances. Not to mention grocery stores, malls, restaurants, etc.. all in your backyard. The actual apartment themselves are cozy and small complex. The living area is nice new owner making lots of changes to constantly keep the place feeling like home sweet home. Big city in your backyard and relaxing home setting when your ready to unwind.

My apartment has been pretty good. I haven't had to call maintenance yet. I have been here 7 months of my lease. The only issue I have are cockroaches. I understand the people around me aren't as clean as myself so I am very proactive and they are very few sightings the 7 months I have been here. Kirsty in the office is pretty cool. She has a pretty good sense of humor. The office manager is very professional and does take time to discuss things one on one with you. My only main issue which is why its going to get a 4 outta 5 stars would be the loud music coming from the parking area. Its very loud and obnoxious. I feel if you wanna be that loud then you need to please take it to your apartment where it can be confined more. The price I got was 550/month. Not bad.
