Overall, really good experience. Only things I wish we had were a clubhouse and business center. Our unit has also struggled with a shy and spider problem.

Living here for 2 years, still having a great time with all the staff members and neighbors. Love the new management specially all the get together they arrange .

Really 4.5 stars the only thing I woudl say is that sound and music from the pool into late hours of the night gets to be annoying in the summer.

I have lived here since the complex has opened , It is quite complex for those who seek not a lot of noise associated with most complexes. The current staff / management company is great at solving all problems / issues . Its convenience to all major freeways is quite nice . Not to mention dart station across the street for those wanting to use that form of transportation .

Excellent community. Great amenities. Wonderful staff. I have lived here for 8 years and it is still amazing. This is a great location with a quiet single building.

I recently moved in and, while there were a few minor hiccups, I’ve been incredibly impressed with the management team—they’re truly the best I’ve encountered at any apartment community. They are kind, helpful, and follow through on everything promptly and efficiently. Vincent, the maintenance manager, is outstanding—hands down the best maintenance professional I’ve ever met. Carolina, the leasing manager, is always quick to respond and consistently kind and professional. If my experience continues this way, I can confidently say this will be the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, but it’s the team here that truly elevates the entire experience.

It was a wonderful experience. The transition was top-notch and everything was in good shape. I feel at home here abd happy to br part of this community. I'd recommend anybody here because starting from the application time to the time of move in, everything was smooth. My expectations were met in due time.

I’ve been living here for 4 years, it’s a quiet a peaceful place to live, the apartments have a really good space and distribution, the only issue I have is with some widows that have leaks since almost 2 years and it still hasn’t been fully fixed

Everything is perfect! All the staff members and property managers are really friendly and do their best to resolve any issue that occurs even during their day off.

Overall this community has been great. Nice friendly neighbors that are mindful of each other and the property. It’s a clean, quiet and peaceful place to live.

Everything's been great except move out fees are high never witness that but everything is new in these days and age maintenance is always good as long as they get the maintenance request some of the residents are very friendly others are rude and standoffish along with other things other than that it's been good.

These are such great apartments! Grest managers and living conditions. I love my floor plan and the location. The apartment includes current trends in their design.

Love it here! Just renewed my lease! Nice staff and dog friendly. The only thing is I wish we had more events at the Apartments. Holiday party, pool opening day party

Depending on your apartment location will be more or less noisy. Maintenance is 5/5 and staff too. Happy of been living here for more than 3 years now!

I don't really have any complaints about the complex. I think the grounds are kept well, the valet trash is nice and it is pretty quiet. I do wish the gym had actual disinfect wipes more consistently because it usually doesn't. Last week was the first time I saw new, fresh moist wipes for wiping down equipment which was nice. I do wish there was a clubhouse or something we could reserve for events indoors, but other than that we like it here. I appreciate maintenance a lot. I do not know if the fire alarm has been fixed but that was the only frustration I ever had was that going off for prolonged amounts of time in the middle of the night. I would recommend others to live here for sure.

I have lived here within 3 months or so of them opening . Has been a maybe 6/7 years and love it . It is very quiet to me . Accessible to major freeways are very close as well as dart train station .

My experience staying at the Flats Apt for the last 6 years has been great! I have no complaints at all. If you put in a request for maintenance it's taken care of right away. I love my beautiful apt especially my 2 bedroom now only if it was a house. Overall it's a great place to stay.

Hi, been living here for almost a year and a half now and no doubt the maintenance of hygiene and clean floors are clearly visible. Maintenance team is also very good and they resolve the issue within a day or two which is really good. will recommend to our friends and families too.

Great location, clean, quiet, & friendly staff. Why wouldn’t you want to live here? I have been here since they open and they do a great job managing the upkeep of the building.

Jenn, our property manager, has been very helpful and accommodating since I’ve moved in 6 months ago. She’s responds fast and communicates very well. You can tell she cares about our community. Sal who oversees maintenance for the property has been especially amazing.

This place is fantastic! Really clean, comfortable and quiet.

I’ve lived here since 2017, and recently renewed my lease for a third year. Before doing so, I looked around all over and I just couldn’t find anywhere worth moving to and leaving my homey apartment. It’s so small, which I love. You start to kind of get to know your neighbors a lot better. There are tons of dogs, but you never step in any dog poop. It’s quiet, and the hallways and elevators are always clean. If I have an issue Rhonda or Samira are always right on top of it and get it taken care of right away. Parking really isn’t that bad. I love the key fobs, and the visitor callbox is always working. I never hear my neighbors, and so far I haven’t gotten any noise complaints, and I love playing music. Will recommend to anyone!

We've been here a year now and still love it. You can tell ownership cares as they've only been open barely two years and have already re-painted the entire property. I have lived in communities where my husband had to park across the street at a shopping center because there was no parking, maybe some folks have been spoiled but the parking here is seriously not bad. If you do have to park away from your nearest door, the lots are well lit and you're only steps away from one of the several gates (which are key access only) and safely in the community grounds. I also love that the manager is on top of pet owners leashing their pets and enforcing they be picked up after. I have a 4 year old and in our last community she couldnt play in the grass because there were mounds of crap everywhere. The cleaning lady can be seen daily up-keeping the property, I've stepped on to freshly mopped elevators on several occasions. I love the package system here where I can go to the EGG machine using my code and get my package without having to worry about the office being closed after hours. If ever there are issues, they are quickly on it and over communicate with residents via email. Those are the things important to me. If your nit-picky, buy a house..some things just come with the territory of living in shared spaces. I'm proud to call The Flats home.
