I continue to enjoy living at of Bethesda Flats. The quality of customer care at the FrontDesk and maintenance and responsiveness remains high and is the face of the Bozutto brand here. Many of us miss Leon and dont really understand what happened there. Transparency on movement with long term well liked staff is important. Ive noticed several lingering maintenance items like malfunctioning trash facilities, worn carpet and herb garden upkeep on the roof which I hear is being addressed. A newsletter keeping residents informed of upkeep would be welcome.

I moved to the Flats 9 months ago. It simply has the best management team - Manager Chris and Assistant Manager Karen - that I have ever seen in a residential property. They instill a culture of Community; they create a sense of “home” and tenant support and service - true professionalism. Great apartments in an amazing location. I've been living here for more than a year and love it! The rooftop has great views, the club room is amazing and the management team does a great job keeping the common areas spotless. My main contact with the management company is Christopher and Karen. They are one-of-a-kind, always responsive, and very professional. The maintenance team, Leon and Richard, always do a great job. The location is perfect. It is next to restaurants, the Giant store, Safeway, Trader Joe's, and the Metro station is within walking distance. I recommend everyone consider The Flats of Bethesda Avenue apartments for their next home!

Nice and quiet environment. Everybody is very kind. The apartment was very clean when we first arrived. Most appliances were brand new or like brand new.

My husband and I have lived here for just over 3 years now, and we can’t imagine living anywhere else. The apartments are beautiful, the staff feel like an extension of your family, and the location can’t be beat. The building is located right on the Capital Crescent Trail, and there are several shops and restaurants just steps away. If you need to get downtown, you can easily hop on the Metro, which is just a 5 min walk down the street. We highly recommend The Flats to anyone looking to rent in Bethesda!

We are now in our seventh year at the Flats at Bethesda Avenue, and still believe it’s the best place to live in downtown Bethesda. Perfectly located in Bethesda Row. A fantastic building with great amenities. One of the best features is the incredible maintenance by their on-site staff. Tony and Leon are attentive to all of our needs, and eager to fix any problem. Highly recommended if you want to enjoy a great apartment in Bethesda. Access to transit will be even easier once they open the new south entrance to the Metro and the Purple Line, just across the street from the Flats.

Friendly and caring staff. This is the best apartment community I've lived in. This is the best location in Bethesda. All the maintenance staff are always helpful.

This is a great apartment building and community. Very clean and had a ton of amenities. One thing I would definitely like to see more is events with the building. We used to have multiple events per month from food, to wine tastings, classes, trivia, escape rooms, etc. . However, that has essentially stopped aside. I really miss that!

Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee bars, and grocery stores. Beautiful outdoor space. The maintenance team members are friendly and quick in resolving issues and do a great job keeping the shared space and outdoor spaces perfect. The building is pet friendly, but it needs a dog washing station.

Great place to live with an amazing location, best in the area. Big fan of the management (Chris), concierges (Alex) and building services (Tony and Andre). They make living here that much better and I truly feel at home and will continue to stay as long as I am renting.

Many issues. Frequent foul odors seeping into apartment through walls. Nearly nonstop construction noise. Difficult and inflexible management. Also, they are rent raising by 10% for a 12 month lease!

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Maecy was exceptionally helpful and responsive throughout my search. I ended up taking an apartment at another property only because availability at the Flats was limited when i needed to move.

I love living at the Flats. Location is ideal, apartments and amenities are great, and staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Through building social events, a book club, etc., I have made many friends in the building.
