Nickel and dime

They charge you for everything under the sun, but don’t act on anything they charge you for. There are bugs in the apartments. They don’t clean for you to move in, but even if you clean and leave the place in better condition that you received it in, they still charge you. And how about $300 for paint, when there was nothing wrong with the walls. This place is a joke.

Best View in Miami Beach

I have lived at the Flamingo Point South for 7 years. I love my apartment, the beautiful view of the Miami skyline and the convenience of living close to the beach but away from the craziness on Ocean Drive. The management team are very responsive to my requests. The maintenance team is excellent. The new renovations are enhancing the property tremendously.

A Beautiful and Relaxing Place to Live in the Heart of South Beach

I have lived at Flamingo Bay in the North Tower for a little over a year now. It is beautifully landscaped and relaxing. You can walk out through a flower covered arbor to get out to the Biscayne Bay path and see all the boats and, sometimes, dolphins. There is a dry cleaner, a juice bar, fitness center, and liquor store right in the community. Flamingo is also the most pet friendly place I have ever lived. The maintenance and management are lovely and accessible, as well. I have only called maintenance one time and they came immediately. I am sure you could not find a better place to live in Miami Beach.
