Poor ownership garbage everywhere
This place is a dump! There is garbage everywhere the building is covered in moss there's a dog that's left outside 24/7 who barks all day an night the owner obviously cares nothing for this building or the surrounding owners and there's it's an eyesore and is bring the rest of the street down
