I recently transferred from a one-bedroom to a two-bedroom flat at Farmhaus Apartments. While the entire staff bent over backward to ready my new unit, Ms. Stephanie Burrows was "honorable-mention." She was very involved with ensuring her office met all my moving needs and expectations. Leading up to my move, Ms. Burrows kept me apprised of all aspects of the new apartment and promptly answered my questions. She even contacted me post-move-in to ensure my experience was uneventful and that there were no problems with my new home. Having friendly and professional staff like Ms. Burrows in the office is always nice. Please pass on to her my appreciation for a job well done and my gratitude for the fantastic customer service she provides daily. As a side note, I love my spacious new home!
We were turned away to go on a tour because my wife didn't have her driver's license although I had mine. The 2 girl's in the office were not helpful in understanding that we could not drive back to Estes and back up here to tour. Instead they offered to take me by myself while my wife and infant son wait in the office for me to bring back a video on my phone and show her. EVERY place we have toured in Longmont has never asked for 2 drivers license, only one is required. We asked if there was anything they could do and they said no. One of the things we look for when touring is if the office staff is helpful and kind and unfortunately we didn't get that service
