Absolutely love living here! Maintenance & leasing staff are wonderful - maintenance requests are completed so quickly & leasing is so helpful with questions or issues! Building & amenities are kept very clean.
I just moved in a few days ago and had to create a maintenance ticket to replace a fused bulb in the kitchen. The maintenance tech was here within two hours, super efficient and very polite. It was such a smooth process!

I can't say enough good things about living here. The spaces are immaculate and the staff goes above and beyond for us all the time. Faraday Park maintenance team is GOATed (Chris and Darrell have helped us out a lot) and the concierge and leasing teams are so responsive to all our needs and put on great resident events! Most recently, they gave us a great Resident Appreciation Day! I was particularly a fan of the breakfast event organized by Joanelly and Kamila and had a great time at Shane's cocktail class... can't wait for the next one! Stacie and Sophie also did a great job with the evening event--there was so much to do and experience and it was great for getting to know and mingle with other residents! Thank you all for working so hard to make this place a wonderful home!

Still love living at Faraday. I do think resident events have not been as great as they once were in the sense that now it is more an informational or food trucks but other than that no complaints

Beautiful building and amenities! Some communication stuff could use improvement- around things like how to find certain amenities. The buildings are huge and there is a lot of room for error! Also seems silly that there is no garbage cans in the garage or in front of the east building. Other than that, obsessed with the building and apartment and set up!!!

Everything is always incredible at this community. There are always tons of events and the staff maintains the buildings really well. Everything is always super clean. The noise is usually pretty minimal and there’s plenty of third spaces.

Enjoyed our stay for 2 years without issues. We are grateful for the amazing apartment. There is gym in 2nd floor which is awesome. It also include pools on the roof top as well.

I love living here! Truly such a great place to call home. The amenities and staff are truly worth it and have been more than amazing with anything I need or ask! I’ve definitely been able to create my own home here. I also really enjoy the calander of events happening. It makes me excited for each month to see what new thing is happening.
My experience with Faraday Park has been exceptional since I moved here just 3 months ago. The staff is outstanding and the community is beautiful and well maintained. I love the security I feel residing here and all of the events they make us aware of. 10/10

Staff has been very helpful and supportive, the concierge team has been very helpful also. Overall community has been very nice including neighbors.

Maintenance always responds promptly to any requests we have (though they are few) & arrives knowledgeable about the problem & quickly implements a solution, all while being so kind. The concierge/front desk staff are always friendly & attentive and their hard work on resident events and keeping amenity spaces top notch do not go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated. There was a transition in management within the past year that has left me a little disappointed. I recently submitted a noise complaint about a neighbor above stomping and waking us up around 3am almost nightly throughout January and was told by this individual that this was a "normal part of apartment living" despite never having experienced this issue the 16 months I had lived here prior. I was also aware that a neighbor on my floor was threatened with eviction when a similar complaint was received about them, so the inconsistency in enforcement of community guidelines is disheartening and the reason for my 4/5 rating.

Living here is an incredible experience. The communication from management when building wide maintenance is going on is super helpful and consistent. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The experience has been nice and pleasant. All of the staff are accommodating and easy to get ahold of. My favorite addition was the faraday cafe in the east building for those late night snacks.

My experience as a resident of Faraday Park has been great. My son and I have enjoyed living here. The concierge service is friendly and helpful, there are great amenities, and the lease office personnel are willing to assist you with the inquiries and information you need. The events for the residents are awesome. We do love living in Faraday Park.

I have nothing but good things to say about Faraday Park and the Bozzuto management company. Since day one they had taken all the stress out of our renting experience. The atmosphere of the building itself is unmatched. From the dog washing station (which is a godsend) to the free coffee in the morning, our stay has felt like we’re living at a luxury resort rather than an apartment in the DC suburbs. I will definitely be looking to upsize at the end of our lease, but will definitely be looking to stay at Faraday Park for the foreseeable future. I can’t recommend them enough.

Great place to live. Been here for 3 years. Staff is very nice, helpful, responsive, and cares. It’s a very nice community of people and feel very safe! Pet friendly! More green space than many of the other apartment complexes in Reston. Highly recommend!

Faraday Park has been a wonderful and welcoming community. The amenities are phenomenal, with two fully equipped gyms from each building, free coffee, close to a running trail, and the town center, which is a great perk. We are so happy that this community is especially dog-friendly and has many walking areas. I would recommend living here.

I love the management and amenities here. Everything is always dealt with promptly. My old feedback since switching over to the east building is often the packages aren’t out away in the package room or the lockers and I wish they were a bit more secure like the west building.

We've loved it here so far! We enjoy the location and the amenities, noise is very minimal - really only hear things when we are in the hallway. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly.

I’m very happy here at Faraday Park , this is a perfect place to leave , very convenient near to Reston Town Center ,near to many stores and shopping centers , toll road access is just 2 blocks away , and the amenities are great , very clean , and the staff professional, kind and very efficient. Love the place, the smell of cleaness. Neighbors are respectful the parking is generally safe. The designs are modern and very delightful I hope the activities were more nearby the weekend but that's all.

We have lived at Faraday Park for almost a year and have been very impressed with the community. Great location with many amenities and a homey feel! The staff go out of their way to assist and make sure you're taken care of. Would love to see more native plantings on grounds. East building needs their own concierge.

Faraday Park has been an amazing experience to live , events are here on the regular so the chance you'll make friends it's guaranteed as well for building cleaning it's everyday you will see the staff go into their hard work . When ever something in your unit or common area is broken or in time for replacement the maintance staff will 10000% be on top of it which is and not to mention all the things you get to enjoy for an excellent price . Compare to other apartment communities that can't even compare

Faraday Park has been amazing since moving to VA in 2022. I am going on my 3rd year here at FP & it really is the best complex for the price/metro access/and top tier concierge service. I will be renewing!

Quality Apartment, just lots of humidity in the summer months. I will take poor ventilation and fire alarms every now and then if it means a safe, clean and quality apartment complex is provided.

I love everything about my building. Not to mention maintenance comes when they are called. It’s better then Amazon Prime lol. Unfortunately Andre is no longer with our complex. He was the leading agent responsible for me getting my place. Every leasing agent and concierge are extremely nice , welcoming and will make you feel at home
