The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Manager at Fairview Arms Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to review Fairview Arms Apartments! It really means a lot to hear that you're happy.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Been living in the complex for little over 6 months and the moment I moved in my apartment door needed to be fix and I had several outlets that did not work. I have been letting the people at the leasing office know and everytime I’ve been told that it will be worked on and that they know of the situation but still have yet to fix the problems. Also the building has a bug problem and they’re only on top of it when they will be doing showings. Our elevator works when it wants to and they take their time fixing that too and the laundry room only has like two washers that work out of the 4 they have and maybe a good two dyers that work. So don’t waste you time find something better if you can.
I've been here for over a year, and I definitely shouldn't have renewed my lease for the second year. The price is great compared to other prices in the area, but you get what you pay for. I live in a 1 bedroom which is a very nice size, great closet space, bedroom size is great, but the kitchen is super small with absolutely no cabinet space. It's horrible in the winter time because we have no control over the heat so it is always 100 degrees inside of our apartment. We run fans and air conditioners ALL WINTER. There are serious drainage issues. My tub drain gets clogged once a month and I have to put in a maintenance request for them to unclog it. They do come in a timely manner to unclog it, but obviously whatever they're doing is just temporary because it keeps getting clogged. The elevator is HORRIBLE! When we first moved in the elevator was old and raggedy and would break down every day. Then they finally came and fixed it (or so we thought). Turns out they just made it look pretty, but it still doesn't work. There is a whole building with 4 floors and multiple units on each floor, but there are only 4 washers and 4 dryers in the laundry room and only 2 of each work at a time. There is a mice problem, and they call themselves coming to exterminate but it doesn't help. Basically they are just doing bad patchwork and making the place look pretty on the outside so people will want to move in. I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move out.
I like the apartment. Everything is so nice and neat. I have nothing negative to say about this place. That’s the reason I am giving my full recommendation for them. If I were to rate, I am giving five stars.
Don't rent from these scum bags. I lived here 4 years and the rent kept going up and the service was stupid. Drugs going in and out of the building. The "secure building" was not. Maintenance often propped open or tapped open the doors for other contractors and it as like that all day long. People coming in and out who dont' even live here. This place be a dump and not safe.
Good response and service. Would recommend to anyone.
Kriston was quite professional and informative person.
Great location, nice renovations, excellent customer service.
I liked living here! They were redoing the interior and making the place look really nice. I thought the maintenance were fairly prompt and helpful and all that. However I had an incident that occurred... While they updated all the surface of the complex they had no plans to redo the elevator that was clearly outdated. I had seen it stuck between floors and it was broken fairly often. One day the elevator stopped with me inside. I had to pry the doors open only to find I was floating half way up the outside door from the lobby. I had to open the inner and outer doors manually and then JUMP down to the lobby floor to get out of this elevator after calling out repeatedly for help. If I hadn't been able to do this I would have been trapped until the maintenance decided maybe they should come and fix the elevator. I had contacted the company and received a generic response saying I was stuck in my lease and that they had no plans to do anything about the elevator situation. So I now live with constant aversion to the elevator each time I walk into my building with no help from them.
