Property Ratings at Fairfield Townhouses At Holbrook
Ask where they will be doing and where they have to do construction. When I signed lease nothing was said about the exterior construction. Very bad communication. Taking months just to get through two buildings. Before you sign the lease I recommend driving through the whole complex first, back and fronts of the buildings. It will look beautiful when done, but it is a living nightmare renting through it. Rents are high with no discounts through the construction 6 days a week for months. Very hard to work from home!
What used to be a wonderful, family-run community has now been taken over and destroyed by Fairfield. They raised the rent by 500$ as soon as they bought it and will continue to do so. Any newcomers are getting 100% duped. Once you live here the customer service is disgusting and they just treat you like an inconvenience. I would 1000% not recommend.
