I recently signed my lease at Fairfield Park At Babylon Village with Celeste. It’s a sweet place in a great area. She went above and beyond searching and showing me different Apts around my schedule and answering any concerns or worries. She made the whole experience so pleasant and comfortable. The process of finding a new apartment from far away was very complicated for us. Dawn was incredibly helpful in scheduling a visit with a family member of mine who lives in the area. She was incredibly kind and helpful to us, answering all of our questions as quickly as I could imagine. We are looking forward to moving in a few weeks!
I've been in my new apartment for 3 weeks now and I'm so happy. Celeste, one of the leasing agents went above and beyond in helping me with the whole process. She promised me my new apartment would be just that, "NEW", and it was. New paint, new carpets, new appliances, even went as far as a new shower head. She is amazing. The maintenance crew are very nice, always asking how is everything in my new place. Very happy. This will be my home for the foreseeable future.
My Situation trying to find a place for my son and I was extreme and needed a professional to act fast. I was blessed to come across Fairfield Babylon Village. Dawn R my Leasing consultant was professional, to the point and understanding of my time constraints and the need to act fast. Her OUTSTANDING customer service made the process go quickly and smoothly. Upon Moving I have had the pleasure of meeting Superintendent Naser D and his Staff. When you say kind courteous, clean professionals they take the cake. As soon as I called for an inquiry on a repair and I had some maintenance questions, he and his team members got back to me as soon as possible. I keep asking myself if this is a dream because this is a dream come true. I really hope this continues. Fairfield has so far been a great experience as this location is clean QUIET and truly a place where professionals could relax after a hard days work.
Fairfield corporate office was very nice and pleasant over the phone but the local Babylon Leasing office has been unresponsive for days. Can't get a hold of a live person after leaving voicemails and the corporate emailed them with my information. Shame since the apartments look great from the pictures.
I love living in the village! I live in a great 2 bedroom apartment with my husband and daughter. I live in a corner unit, so I feel like I am living in a house! All the rooms are nice and big, for all your family and friends to come and visit! Great location, where you can walk to the village, go down by the water or hop on a train and go into New York City! I have lived in this apartment for the past 6 years. It is a great size apartment (2 bedrooms), great location...You can walk into the village and go to one of the many great restaurants, drive to the beautiful beaches within 10 minutes or hop on the train and go into New York City for the day! It is very expensive ($1,550 a month) and my husband and I cannot afford it anymore...We are looking for an apartment out of state! I have lived here, on Long Island my whole life (50 years!) and we are going to Lake Wylie, South Carolina! Getting free rent for life, would mean we wouldn't have to move and we could stay here and be happy! Looking to live a better life! Flo Siemsen Babylon, NY
A nice place but they don`t allow certain types of dogs which didn`t help me.otherwise a nice place to live
The maintenance guy andy found me this gorgeous one bedroom with eveything I wanted! I cant wait to move in saturday may 19th!!!
