Fairfield Creekside At Patchogue Village

Absolutely love this place! These apartments are fantastic here. I can’t wait to come home every day & just relax in this beautiful sanctuary of mine. And Celeste was amazing to work with!!! Always ready to do whatever she can to make your experience a pleasant one. I feel very comfortable here and would recommend it to anyone.

After visiting a few different locations me and my partner came in last minute to see an available unit. Celeste was so Easy and fun to deal with and showed us a beautiful apartment she knew would be perfect for us! Highly recommend this location and Celeste!!

We are very happy with our apartment however as soon as we moved in we noticed immediately that management and maintenance was VEEERRRYYY slow at getting around to servicing us or our apartment. We are STILL waiting to receive a copy of our lease and we moved in before the New Year, there is still a lot of work to be done in our apartment, nothing imminent however necessary, and we struggle to get in touch with management when we have questions for anything. Very frustrating and disappointing. I felt obligated to write this review so that others are at least aware that this nice community is slow on the uptake. I don't know if it's just the renovations they're doing in the community or what. We've also heard the same complaints from our neighbors as well, so be wary if management and maintenance being on top of things is important to you.

I had been searching and searching all over for an apartment. A place to call home. I came across Bayview Apartments located in Patchogue ,NY. This apartment is the best place that I've ever lived. It has a wonderful view of the bay. It's very relaxing! The balcony is the best feature ever! I sit out there almost every morning with my coffee. I recommend Bayview to everyone.

this is perfect for commuters to city,and return to waterfront community.the nitelife is close walk ,downtown is 10 minute walk.everything is walking distance.the complex staff is trustworthy and reliable.

A nice little complex and a great location. Not super close but definitely still walkable to downtown Patchogue. There is also a pretty dock with benches on a creek. The apartment itself is pretty standard; wall to wall carpet, basic appliances and fixtures. Nothing is terribly fancy but it was absolutely immaculate when we moved in. Paint was fresh, carpets clean, not a speck of dust or dirt. There is also an incredible amount of closet space. Each bedroom has 2 good sized closets, plus 2 hall closets and a coat closet by the front door. The maintenance staff is super friendly and Theresa in the office is very helpful. Only things that keeps it from being 5 stars is the musty smell in the building hallway, the washers (in the basement of each building) only have hot water and they could use a little more parking. Still I think it is a really good value for what you get.
