This is a wonderful place to live. Nice neighbors. Quiet hallways. It is clean and well maintained. There is something to be said for having your own maintenance crew at your beck and call. Living at Everleigh makes me feel cared for.

The Everleigh is a fine building with an excellent location. There are many activities, games, exercise equipment on site with much going on in the surrounding communities. If an apartment 55 residents is what you desire, 555 Lakeview is comparable to other properties in the area and would be hard to beat.

So far living at Everleigh has been delightful. I have met a few residents and everyone seems to love it here. I feel like I have a new family.

We have been at Everleigh for just over a year now. The location and amenities are perfect for us, and the staff treat us like family. Residents of Everleigh are friendly and the building is designed with excellent security features. Would highly recommend Everleigh to the 55 crowd.

After our first two weeks, we are settling in and getting comfortable with our surroundings. We are using some of the amenities and enjoying them.

Everleigh is a lovely building geared towards 55 plus residents. There are activities in the building like Tai Chi and yoga. The residents also have organized games like mahjong, canasta book group, etc. The atmosphere is very friendly. Many of the residents take advantage of activities in the nearby suburbs. There are Community centers in Libertyville, Vernon Hills, Deerfield, Highland Park, Buffalo Grove. @ There is great shopping in and around Vernon Hills. The location of the building is great!

All of our maintenance items were resolved within 24 hours or sooner! We appreciate the attentiveness of the staff (Knoal)!

This over 55 community is well located and the facilities well cared for. The staff tries to make sure that the residents are well cared for. With the warmer weather here there will be even be more to do in and around Everleigh, certainly a place to consider for a home in Lake County.

EVH is a great place to live. The staff members are attentive and greet you with a smile. I feel safe living here, which is a top priority!

If You are skeptical about Everleigh Vernon Hills, I feel sorry for You because EVH has really made something special here to be happy !

EVH is everything that I hoped it would be for this chapter of my life - proximity to family, yet the ability to live independently. My apartment is the right size for my cats and me, with a balcony for outdoor access. I am also very close to great shopping for groceries and everything else. I’ve recommended EVH to close friends and I’ve also made friends at the EVH community.

The staff are wonderful. Corporate should give them a raise

Everleigh Vernon Hills is a safe and comfortable community hosted by professional staff attuned to your needs. I have enjoyed my two years of tenure in the building, and living in Vernon Hills with the variety of shops, restaurants and social activities.

This has nothing to do with maintenance, I recently lost my husband and Everleigh staff have been so supportive. We have lived here for a little more than 2 years and have made many friends that have also been supportive. I can’t imagine living anywhere else ??

Have been a resident of Everleigh for 2 years and love being here. The entire staff members makes you feel confident, comfortable and they shows so much love. Everleigh is an apartment home with so much entertainment for the residents.

Such a beautiful facility, and the residents are so friendly and helpful. No wonder there are so few vacant units left.

Ive been a resident of Everleigh for three months now and feel I’ve found a permanent place to call home. Compared to other 55plus communities I looked at, I selected Everleigh bc of its smaller community footprint. This past month I got some unexpected news about my health requiring me to have to rehome my 12yr old dog literally two days b4 he was to arrive (he was staying with my sister while I got settled) Community Manager Celina was understanding and compassionate while making me feel at ease that my boy BO would b welcome to visit when he and my sister were in town which went along way in easing the pain of not being able to keep him with me. This isn’t just a place to live, it’s a close knit community and dare I say family. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to come here! The amenities are TOP Tier and well maintained. If issues arise, they’re handled and communicated immediately. This community is a well oiled machine and it shouldn't go unnoticed it’s bc you have a Great Team running things!

As I said above in an earlier question that your team was more professional then 100 million dollar construction companies that I work with daily in my career. I am observant to a fault and your team takes great care to do an immaculate job!! I'm impressed and grateful to live here

I moved 5 days ago into the Everleigh Vernon Hills….A move that I chose to leave Ohio after seventy-seven years and relocate in Illinois….a move mainly made to be closer to family.Therefore the move to Vernon Hills made perfect sense. My move went well and better than anticipated and that’s partially due to the excellent staff at the Everleigh Vernon Hills. They have gone above and beyond in making me feel welcome!! Can’t wait to start participating in the many amenities provided….exciting days ahead once I can get ALL my unpacking completed….

Wonderful staff. I never felt pressured to rent. I felt heard and everything I was promised happened. There were no hidden costs. The transparency was a pleasure and the staff is beyond efficient and genuinely kind. I smile more. I want to pay it forward throughout my day. I find myself opening doors for others. This is my first experience in living in an apartment. I found the other residents to be very cordial and welcoming. It was a tremendous help with the living transition.

This is a nice place to live. People are friendly and considrate. There are lots of activities that get us out and a chance to meet new residents. It is a very relaxed and safe place to live.

I am a new resident of Everleigh Vernon Hills. So far I love the layout and spaciousness of my unit, especially my kitchen, which has more counter and cabinet space than kitchens in most single-family homes even. I managed to get my dining room set and my living room furniture into the living/dining area. There is a lot of closet space and a large balcony with a view of "The Garden" and then woods in the distance. The location is great: I am a 2 minute-drive from Whole Foods Vernon Hills -- and just about that close to dozens of other stores and restaurants and places of business that I frequent. And I plan to ride my bike on the Des Plaines River Trail, which is so very close by, just across Milwaukee Avenue. There is a full schedule of activities published each month, including different types of group exercise activities that happen each morning of the week. I look forward to trying these out!

Everleigh Vernon Hills is a real comunity. People are friendly and helpful and look out for each other. Nice place to live. The facility is spotless and very well maintained. The maintenance staff is top notch and seems to be there in an instant. I could not be happier.

Everleigh Vernon Hills, is a wonderful place to live, especially, if you are alone and looking for the community of others. Most evenings there are others who get together to play cards, or various games. The community is very clean with a wonderful kind staff to help you settle in.

We were pleasantly surprised that the Everleigh Vernon Hills apartments were newly available just when we had downsized our home of 30 years and needed a new, upscale, secure apartment to start our new lifestyle. The design and amenities here are more than we could ask for, and the neighborhood is the best in the Chicago area. We have met new friends and already feel at home.

We did a lot of apartment research before we selected the Everleigh as our new home. As many people our age have done, we sold a large home and downsized all of our possessions that we had accumulated over 40 years. It is a difficult process, but the welcoming staff, along with the modern, beautifully designed apartments and amenities here make us feel like we are home.

I like the fact that I can participate in communal living when I want or I can enjoy being by myself when I so choose.

Everleigh is a wonderful place to live. The community is extremely friendly and the staff really care about the residents. I moved here about a year ago, looking for a more mature residence. Not only did I find a mature community, I found a Gem, the units have upscale appliances, . The decor in the common areas is beautiful ,The residents and staff are friendly and there is a sense of community. There are lots of activities group yoga, gym, book club, movies, art, lectures, trips and celebrations. I can be as active as i choose or spend quiet time on my private deck. I LOVE IT HERE!!!

The Everleigh is a very comfortable and safe community in which to live. Staff members are professional and responsive to questions. The building is always clean. Residents are friendly and welcoming.
