Everleigh Cape Cod- Age 55+ Active Adult

It is with much appreciation to have a management staff (Charlotte and Allie) with sensitive and kind personalities. Moving into a new community can impact one’s life in many ways that are unforeseen. The maintenance staff (Ali and Jim) have gone over and beyond to help us with repair issues. They are nice gentlemen with friendly dependable approaches. So appreciated.

I was raving about Everleigh at the beginning of my tenancy. I would say when the property sold that the amenities ceased. The wine stopped flowing for example. Such a small thing for you to do, but was important to us and very telling. And the constant turnover of staff has prevented a smooth consistency of management. The pool didn’t open til mid July. Shameful. Closed on the 4th of July!

I really like living here. The way the community was designed really addresses quality aging in place. I really hope the property is kept up and activities remain quality. You have a good thing going here, don't let a few bad apples spoil the hard work and thought that inspired Everleigh.

I feel fortunate to love where I live and feel blessed to have such wonderful neighbors.

We have lived at Everleigh Cape Cod for five years. The building is quiet, safe, comfortable with excellent management, attractive facilities and activities and friendly neighbors. Come live here. You'll be happy and contented!

Overall, very pleased with being a member of this community. What pleases me the most is the QUIET nature of the community. No children and no younger folks.

Everleigh Cape Cod is an excellent place to live. We've been here five years and love it. The management and maintenance staffs are first-rate. The building is clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. We suggest that you move here now.

Everleigh is a decent, comfortable, and affordable alternative to home ownership on Cape Cod.

Large, attractive living spaces both inside and surrounding the building which is located near shopping, beaches, restaurants, entertainment venues and, yet, is quiet. Many varied activities are offered to residents as well as clubs and social gatherings, gym, pool, gardens and walking trails. It's a great place to live on Cape Cod.

Everleigh is a fantastic community. The community is beautifully appointed and apartments are perfectly designed for comfortable living. The available activities are diverse and frequent. The value for what you are getting is uncommon on the Cape.

You really don't want that from me until management gets back to where it was when I came to Everleigh. As a full time worker no amenities are available to me except underground parking at $75.00 additional during the winter and maintenance. Activities and pool are not available to me because of the times open. Not having a lifeguard my family will not come on weekends to be with me. I used to enjoy pool and activities at night before February 2025. New management does not work past 6 at the latest and no activities on weekend because activity person does not want to work weekends. Activities should also be geared towards over 55 community like before.

Everleigh Cape Cod is a beautiful building with great amenities, activities and positive feelings. Management is first-rate. Come live with us. You will be happy and fulfilled.

Lovely facility. Clean, comfortable and inviting. Beautiful time of year, flowers blooming, grass well trimmed. Very helpful staff. So far, very happy.

We only saw everleigh from online as we were residing in Dallas tx. The property lived up to its advertising.

Located close to beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and Cape Cod Hospital, in a well maintained beautifully landscaped setting, Everleigh Cape Cod affords it's residents a quiet, peaceful, attractive living experience.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our move in experience. Everleigh has exceeded all of our expectations and we look forward to our future experiences here.

We have lived at Everleigh Cape Cod for 11 months and love not worrying about taking care of a house and grounds. We have met many wonderful people that we now call our friends. We enjoy participating in many of the organized activities as well as using the well equipped gym. Most residents are very friendly. The building was sold and the management staff has turned over in the last 6 months. All in all we like living here very much. I would strongly recommend that someone looking to transition from owning a house to an active adult community to give Everleigh Cape Cod your consideration.

I could not recommend this place as we don’t get anything that we are told. The new activities person isn’t listening to what we like or want.

close to shopping, entertainment centers, beaches, great selection of eateries and airport, train and bus station. Located in the industrial park, but it is quiet and the amenities as well as events and activities Everleigh offers provide a delightful living experience.

We have been very happy residents since Sept. 2019 and plan on spending the rest of our active years at Everleigh : and hopefully transfer into the proposed Assistant Living Units.

Great community and amenities. Perfect for a working adult. Safe surroundings. Pool, BBQ pits, beautiful common spaces, garage parking, etc. Management office is wonderful too. Only thing would be a person on site on Sunday's for any issues would be excellent and decrease anxiety level for more senior adults.Just a thought!

I’m so pleased with how smooth our move and transition to apartment living has turned out. We are looking forward to joining our new neighbors in the activities available here.

Don’t ask me now. This is confidential for now with hopes that Everleigh will clean up their act. But excuses for nonperformance are wearing thin.

I have lived here since July 2024 and find it offers as much as one wants to participate in or provides peace and quiet also. I love the location!

Overall, I think Everleigh is a lovely place to live. Some small improvements would make it even better.

When we first arrived in 2022, the administrative staff was seriously lacking. We almost didn't renew when our contract was up. The only reason we stayed was only because we couldn't find housing/rentals available at that time. When Scott and Heather arrived we were delighted. They offered such efficiency, warmth and so many new community options that we were happy to renew. However, we are very apprehensive about the new administration and likely higher rates. We are due to renew our contract in June. It depends on the upcoming transition. We are looking into other options.

We have changing management, changing maintenance people. Scott is a great manager and Allie who works in the office is wonderful.

I have only been a resident for 3 months but everyone is friendly and the management is professional and very helpful.

I find living at Everleigh suits me perfectly as far as my apartment, the amenities, the staff and the location being so close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

Repairs very timely, respectful conversation and humor appreciated and quick!

I have only lived here since July, but already feel at home! The other residents I have met have been friendly and welcoming. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Everleigh is a very attractive complex, both inside and outside!

In a prime location for shopping, beaches, cultural activities, medical facilities, restaurants and exquisite trails and views of Cape Cod, Everleigh provides a restful setting and many events and facilities to keep residents fit, entertained and active socially. A delightful community in which to reside.

I just moved in less than 2 weeks ago and everyone I have met is kind and friendly! I feel as though I've been here a lot longer!

We have been here for 2 weeks and love the facilities, our apartment is beautiful and spacious. The social events have allowed us to meet many of our new neighbors. We use the well equipped GYM daily and walk around the area when weather permits. So far we are very happy that we chose Everleigh Cape Cod as our new home.

I think it a lovely place to live. People are friendly, there are lots of activities and it’s a beautiful building. The staff is wonderful too.

Great place to live. Management has been revolving but we have a really good team in place now.

Near to shopping, theater, ocean beaches and freshwater lakes and ponds, concert venues, libraries as well as events and clubs within the Everleigh residence. It truly is a lovely place to live in and enjoy.
