On the Cape Cod peninsula lies the popular village of Hyannis, Massachusetts. Hyannis is full of historical landmarks and tourist attractions. The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum is a great place to visit to learn about the time JFK spent with his family on Cape Cod. Hyannis also houses the Kennedy Compound at nearby Hyannis Port and the John F. Kennedy Memorial overlooking Lewis Bay.
Hyannis is known for its beaches like Kalmus Beach, great for swimming and windsurfing. Get the best view of the water from Hyannis Harbor Lighthouse, or take a boat tour at the Cape Code Maritime Museum. Hyannis has wonderful dining options like Black Cat Tavern, a waterfront spot with seafood and live music. If you’re looking for an upscale venue, try out the Brazilian Grill for all you can eat meats, personally carved at each table. After you find your apartment, take the ferry over to Nantucket Island and continue exploring what Hyannis, Massachusetts has to offer.

Property Ratings at Everleigh Cape Cod- Age 55+ Active Adult
We have lived at Everleigh Cape Cod for 11 months and love not worrying about taking care of a house and grounds. We have met many wonderful people that we now call our friends. We enjoy participating in many of the organized activities as well as using the well equipped gym. Most residents are very friendly. The building was sold and the management staff has turned over in the last 6 months. All in all we like living here very much. I would strongly recommend that someone looking to transition from owning a house to an active adult community to give Everleigh Cape Cod your consideration.
I could not recommend this place as we don’t get anything that we are told. The new activities person isn’t listening to what we like or want.

We have been very happy residents since Sept. 2019 and plan on spending the rest of our active years at Everleigh : and hopefully transfer into the proposed Assistant Living Units.
Great community and amenities. Perfect for a working adult. Safe surroundings. Pool, BBQ pits, beautiful common spaces, garage parking, etc. Management office is wonderful too. Only thing would be a person on site on Sunday's for any issues would be excellent and decrease anxiety level for more senior adults.Just a thought!
I’m so pleased with how smooth our move and transition to apartment living has turned out. We are looking forward to joining our new neighbors in the activities available here.

Overall it's nice. This was our first major problem
Don’t ask me now. This is confidential for now with hopes that Everleigh will clean up their act. But excuses for nonperformance are wearing thin.
I have lived here since July 2024 and find it offers as much as one wants to participate in or provides peace and quiet also. I love the location!

When we first arrived in 2022, the administrative staff was seriously lacking. We almost didn't renew when our contract was up. The only reason we stayed was only because we couldn't find housing/rentals available at that time. When Scott and Heather arrived we were delighted. They offered such efficiency, warmth and so many new community options that we were happy to renew. However, we are very apprehensive about the new administration and likely higher rates. We are due to renew our contract in June. It depends on the upcoming transition. We are looking into other options.
We have changing management, changing maintenance people. Scott is a great manager and Allie who works in the office is wonderful.

I find living at Everleigh suits me perfectly as far as my apartment, the amenities, the staff and the location being so close to shopping, restaurants, etc.

I have only lived here since July, but already feel at home! The other residents I have met have been friendly and welcoming. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Everleigh is a very attractive complex, both inside and outside!
In a prime location for shopping, beaches, cultural activities, medical facilities, restaurants and exquisite trails and views of Cape Cod, Everleigh provides a restful setting and many events and facilities to keep residents fit, entertained and active socially. A delightful community in which to reside.

We have been here for 2 weeks and love the facilities, our apartment is beautiful and spacious. The social events have allowed us to meet many of our new neighbors. We use the well equipped GYM daily and walk around the area when weather permits. So far we are very happy that we chose Everleigh Cape Cod as our new home.
I think it a lovely place to live. People are friendly, there are lots of activities and it’s a beautiful building. The staff is wonderful too.

Great place to live. Management has been revolving but we have a really good team in place now.
Near to shopping, theater, ocean beaches and freshwater lakes and ponds, concert venues, libraries as well as events and clubs within the Everleigh residence. It truly is a lovely place to live in and enjoy.
The apartments are well-maintained and comfortable. High ceilings lend a taste of elegance.

What we like best about the Everleigh residence is that it is quiet and clean, and we can enjoy either privacy and/or community should be want to.
Quiet, comfortable, well-managed building with great activities. Warm, friendly fellow tenants. Come join us in a first-rate community.
I enjoy the independence that Everleigh provides for me. If something is not working correctly, maintenance fixes it. I walk down the hall to throw my trash away and parking is always available close to my unit. During the snowy winter the sidewalks and parking lot were cleared quickly and safely, allowing me to get to work without delays or calling my children for assistance. When my children Come to visit I don't have a list of things for them to help me with because Everleigh provides in-house help and accommodations to allow me to live independently.
Everleigh is a safe, quiet, comfortable residence. We love it here and highly recommend it,
This is my fourth month here at Everleigh Cape Cod. So far all is well ! As a newcomer here I’m still adjusting. When I have a question or need help I have found I have found a friendly community of residents as well as staff willing to help out.
I am a former renter here at the Everleigh Cape Cod. The location is just outside downtown Hyannis. Many restaurants, shops and beaches close by, whether window shopping, exploring the museum with wonder tribute to the Kennedy's and catching spectacular sun sets!

Everleigh cape cod is pretty,quiet,and just a pleasant place to live.
Generally a very nice community with great residents and helpful but under staffed. Biggest weaknesses are dealing with resident and common ground operational issues in a timely and complete manner. New management team has the right approach but needs a full-time leasing associate to free up some management time to deal with the operational issues.
Close to shopping, hospital and many cultural pursuits as well as the Ocean, Bay and beaches, Everleigh is a quiet, comfortable living experience.
Everleigh provides a family like environment. Everyone is friendly and the staff are always available when needed.
I love living at everleigh and would highly recommend it to others.
