On the Cape Cod peninsula lies the popular village of Hyannis, Massachusetts. Hyannis is full of historical landmarks and tourist attractions. The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum is a great place to visit to learn about the time JFK spent with his family on Cape Cod. Hyannis also houses the Kennedy Compound at nearby Hyannis Port and the John F. Kennedy Memorial overlooking Lewis Bay.
Hyannis is known for its beaches like Kalmus Beach, great for swimming and windsurfing. Get the best view of the water from Hyannis Harbor Lighthouse, or take a boat tour at the Cape Code Maritime Museum. Hyannis has wonderful dining options like Black Cat Tavern, a waterfront spot with seafood and live music. If you’re looking for an upscale venue, try out the Brazilian Grill for all you can eat meats, personally carved at each table. After you find your apartment, take the ferry over to Nantucket Island and continue exploring what Hyannis, Massachusetts has to offer.

Property Ratings at Everleigh Cape Cod- Age 55+ Active Adult
Everleigh Cape Cod is centrally located on the Cape near to entertainment venues, beaches, shopping, restaurants, hospital and the airport. Picturesque landscape creates an eye-pleasing area for quiet walks with many places to sit a spell or meet with neighbors. It is a delightful place to age gracefully or be active with the many amenities available to residents.
Overpriced, hallways and baseboards need painting and repair. The grounds are bare minimum taken care of. Residents are still allowed to park in the 4 future Resident parking spots, dog issues are never taken care of. Save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere.
High turnovers of residents and managers indicate disinterested corporate ownership
Interior maintenance is sub-par with no urgency on keeping the hallways and baseboards clean and painted. Too much money spent on the exterior and nothing spent on the interior.
Everleigh Cape Cod is a beautiful and very friendly senior community. The management and staff are truly friends of the residents. Everything you need is close by including some of the best beaches in the world!

Everleigh Cape Cod is a wonderful place for senior living here on the Cape! The apartments have all the bells and whistles! The amenities are great and we’ve met some wonderful people! We highly recommend checking out this community!
I am not impressed and am aware of the high and constant turnover in this building. Many move in because it the only affordable live-in or vacation rental option available in this part of Cape Cod.
We enjoy living here as it is quiet, convenient, and with the building being new and with new amenities.
So far everything is fine. I do think two weeks is too soon to judge life here.
Only been here for 2 weeks but very satisfied so far. Only complaint is very slickness of shower floor. Very dangerous.

It is with much appreciation to have a management staff (Charlotte and Allie) with sensitive and kind personalities. Moving into a new community can impact one’s life in many ways that are unforeseen. The maintenance staff (Ali and Jim) have gone over and beyond to help us with repair issues. They are nice gentlemen with friendly dependable approaches. So appreciated.
I was raving about Everleigh at the beginning of my tenancy. I would say when the property sold that the amenities ceased. The wine stopped flowing for example. Such a small thing for you to do, but was important to us and very telling. And the constant turnover of staff has prevented a smooth consistency of management. The pool didn’t open til mid July. Shameful. Closed on the 4th of July!

Everleigh is a decent, comfortable, and affordable alternative to home ownership on Cape Cod.
Large, attractive living spaces both inside and surrounding the building which is located near shopping, beaches, restaurants, entertainment venues and, yet, is quiet. Many varied activities are offered to residents as well as clubs and social gatherings, gym, pool, gardens and walking trails. It's a great place to live on Cape Cod.
Everleigh is a fantastic community. The community is beautifully appointed and apartments are perfectly designed for comfortable living. The available activities are diverse and frequent. The value for what you are getting is uncommon on the Cape.
You really don't want that from me until management gets back to where it was when I came to Everleigh. As a full time worker no amenities are available to me except underground parking at $75.00 additional during the winter and maintenance. Activities and pool are not available to me because of the times open. Not having a lifeguard my family will not come on weekends to be with me. I used to enjoy pool and activities at night before February 2025. New management does not work past 6 at the latest and no activities on weekend because activity person does not want to work weekends. Activities should also be geared towards over 55 community like before.
Everleigh Cape Cod is a beautiful building with great amenities, activities and positive feelings. Management is first-rate. Come live with us. You will be happy and fulfilled.

We only saw everleigh from online as we were residing in Dallas tx. The property lived up to its advertising.
Located close to beaches, restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment and Cape Cod Hospital, in a well maintained beautifully landscaped setting, Everleigh Cape Cod affords it's residents a quiet, peaceful, attractive living experience.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our move in experience. Everleigh has exceeded all of our expectations and we look forward to our future experiences here.
We have lived at Everleigh Cape Cod for 11 months and love not worrying about taking care of a house and grounds. We have met many wonderful people that we now call our friends. We enjoy participating in many of the organized activities as well as using the well equipped gym. Most residents are very friendly. The building was sold and the management staff has turned over in the last 6 months. All in all we like living here very much. I would strongly recommend that someone looking to transition from owning a house to an active adult community to give Everleigh Cape Cod your consideration.
I could not recommend this place as we don’t get anything that we are told. The new activities person isn’t listening to what we like or want.

Great community and amenities. Perfect for a working adult. Safe surroundings. Pool, BBQ pits, beautiful common spaces, garage parking, etc. Management office is wonderful too. Only thing would be a person on site on Sunday's for any issues would be excellent and decrease anxiety level for more senior adults.Just a thought!

When we first arrived in 2022, the administrative staff was seriously lacking. We almost didn't renew when our contract was up. The only reason we stayed was only because we couldn't find housing/rentals available at that time. When Scott and Heather arrived we were delighted. They offered such efficiency, warmth and so many new community options that we were happy to renew. However, we are very apprehensive about the new administration and likely higher rates. We are due to renew our contract in June. It depends on the upcoming transition. We are looking into other options.
We have changing management, changing maintenance people. Scott is a great manager and Allie who works in the office is wonderful.

I find living at Everleigh suits me perfectly as far as my apartment, the amenities, the staff and the location being so close to shopping, restaurants, etc.
