I love living here the townhouses are wonderful with wood burning stoves in each of the the management team here is wonderful Amanda is here name maintenance here is great to they usually get a issue fixed the same day and if they can’t fix it they let you know when it will be fixed I have lived here since November of 2018 and don’t plan on moving a great place to live and in a convenient location Sharon

My girlfriend and I moved here about a year ago and have loved our experience. It’s affordable, well maintained, and quiet. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive as well. We are looking forward to the next year of our lease!

I love the park like setting and all of the beautiful landscape. The apartment has nobody above or below me so it is always quiet like a home. Maintenance is great, Brian is very nice and the office staff too. -JG

Working with Evergreen has been a pleasure. Management was easy to work with, and leasing was easy even during COVID.

In my search for an apartment home the staff here has been most helpful. Alicia was very informative and Amanda who I believe is the manager was great when I called back to confirm some details. While driving through the property to see the location of an available home, the maintenance guy seemed friendly as well. I appreciate the time everyone took to assist me.

The reason why we're giving a 2 star review is because our safety is not a priority. We have addressed this issue several times and we were neglected every time. There are lots of rotten apples on the stairs and on our front porch, falling from neighbor's tree. One of my family members was about to fall. It is attracting a lot of bugs and different animals at night. We can not use the stairs anymore! The second thing is that maintenance could take up to a month. We requested a change in the washing machine nob and the curtain and no one helped out! Do not ask me to call anyone because I am tired from trying to catch someone to talk to on the phone and sending emails!

They never answer their phones or emails. Apart from the maintenance guy, they couldn't care less about helping you. It looks pretty nice but once you move in you'll realize that it's an old building covered in pretty new paint. Best of all..... when you move out, they wont tell you what you owe. They'll send you straight to collections and when you call them to find out why you never received a bill, they dont even care enough to fake being nice or caring. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

The new management, less than 9 months, is rarely in the office or answers calls. If your lucky to catch them and file a complaint they do not respond. They allow the tenants to block other garages so tenants are not able to park in theirs. They allow mechanical work to be performed in garages at all hours of the day. The are not maintaining the common areas as was done in the past. They increased the rent (adding utilities that were previously included in the rent) without prior notification. Their website is misleading.. it is unclear when/why water/sewer/garbage is added to the cost of living here. In the beginning it was included in the rent as the website states, but a bill arrived and since no one is available in office or by phone the reason has never been given. The 'secure' community is a farce as the gates are left opened or malfunction on a routine basis. Management refused to salt or clear the snow/ice.

I've been living here for over 15 years. That should speak for it self. This place is awesome! The community is very nice and safe. Not enough can be said about the Management, they're very kind and attentive. Bud especially, has been wounderful to us throughout the years.

The town home community is great. The town house it's self needs some improvements but nothing too horrible. But what really makes living at this complex horrible is Bud in the office. He is condescending and all together rude.

These townhomes are really nice. I hear almost no noise from either of my neighbors and the complex is rather quiet from what I've seen. Parking for 2 cars is great, 1 in the attached garage and a second right in front of the unit. Taking in groceries or heavy purchases is so easy this way. The complex is also within 5 minutes of the freeways, shopping, and dining. It is in a very convenient place. My only complaint is that I can't leave patio furniture out of my patio because the sprinkler system comes on every night and it would constantly be getting soaked All in all though I am very happy with the townhome I'm in.

We've been living there for a year and a half. The reason we moved out was the rent is too pricey for one income. But it is the safest place. Bud and Peter are great staff. Maintenance is great. We have no complaints. I will recommend this complex to anyone.
