Weehawken is a relatively small city in Hudson County, overlooking the New York skyline. It contains the entrance point to the Lincoln Tunnel, providing additional routes into the city.
Both affordable and luxury apartments can be found along Park Avenue, which also houses some of the community’s best shopping experiences.
Lincoln Harbor is Weehawken’s business district – and it’s on the Hudson River. The city has many attractions, including panoramic view points from the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to George Washington Bridge.
In addition to the tunnel, locals can commute into New York via the ferry – the ride is only a few minutes. Just like the cozy waterfront restaurants, residents enjoy summer concerts at Hamilton Park.

Besides the trash cart issue, everything else is great. I’d love to recommend the apartment to my friends. The air is good, the community is great, every staff is nice, friendly, and always ready to help. I can also tell that this community is super pet friendly. Great experience living here.

The apartment is noisy at night, there are ppl racing cars outside, and honking especially during weekends night. I was told that it will be very quiet at night when I was doing the tour. Also one of my packages is missing already.

Elevators have gone down many times since we have moved here. In addition this has been the longest run of having one broken; it’s been about a year now without any indication or communication on what is going on with it. It would be great if we get better food trucks (bring in the shake shack one for fourth of july!). In addition amenities could be better (i.e. sauna, cold plunge etc.). It would be great to have our mail logged more efficiently and perhaps most importantly the use of organic pesticides rather than chemicals ones for our landscaping as we have children and pets in our community.

The maintenance service is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, one of the elevators has been out of service for a long time, which causes delays since everyone has to rely on the other one. It would be much better if both elevators were working to avoid long wait times.

Life on the water is such a dream. Every day there is something new to see on the Hudson. Coming up is not to be missed Fleet Week when the Navy ships are in town and docked across the Hudson in Manhattan. An easy ferry ride and short walk away via NY Waterways. On the way pick up a cappuccino at Whole Foods and dinner on the way back. Leave the car at home when you live at Estuary and work in NYC. The building is feng shui. Enjoy your new home.

We love ‘Life on the Hudson’ at Estuary. Whole Foods a block away, parking on site and regular events happening right out the window on the Hudson. Upcoming large event will be Fleet Week 2025 with the Parade of Ships and flyover. Don’t forget to go to Chart House, Blu, Drift, or Ruth Chris to buy one of the boys and girls a drink if you should run into someone to thank them for their service to the Country! This is our 14th year and we eagerly await pool/spa opening on Memorial Day. There is always something happening somewhere on the property!

The most professional but warm and welcoming staff. Great neighbors, all the amenities, so clean and impeccably maintained, amazing community/resident events every week. Peaceful retreat from the city but still so accessible to midtown manhattan (10 mins) or quick walk into Hoboken. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

The front desk and maintenance staff are always helpful, professional, and kind, making living here a pleasant experience. However, there are some major issues that need to be addressed. The elevators frequently break down, almost every other week, and often take too long to repair, causing significant inconvenience for residents. Additionally, lost packages have become a recurring problem, which is frustrating and needs to be resolved to ensure better reliability and security for tenants.

I've had a great experience at the Estuary. The front desk and maintenance staff are great- very attentive and responsive. The amenities are nice and the location is super convenient to grocery stores and to the city.

If you want all the benefits of Manhattan without all the hassles This is the place for you it was the best views of the Manhattan skyline bar none peaceful and safe neighborhood food dry cleaning incidentals are all available within walking distance

Living at The Estuary has been a dream come true. It’s perfectly located near shopping and restaurants and is 2 blocks away from the ferry into the City. We leave everything we need here. On top of that, the staff here are exceptional. Special shout-outs to Sasha (the Conceirge), the maintenance crew, and the housekeeping team. The keep this place running like a well-oiled machine.

The building is well-maintained, with a friendly and supportive front desk and maintenance team. However, I’ve noticed that one of the two elevators tends to be out of service each month, which can be inconvenient. Estuary is a great place to live. The location can't be beat and the staff is very nice and responsive. There is an option of 2 pools and 3 gyms which is nice.

The team is very nice, friendly and helpful. I do find the invoice for rent to be confusing and not helpful nor consistent. It also would be helpful to have instruction manuals for the temperature Nest and the $30 a month alarm.

I couldn't be more pleased with Estuary so far! I had to secure a place ASAP and the leasing office was extremely diligent, clear and informative every step of the way! The unit was well kept, in-unit amenities work well, along with very nice community amenities! The location is great, the buildings are nice, clean and the staff/administrative team has been wonderful! I'd highly recommend Estuary as a place to stay, especially as I found it to be one of the more affordable options along the waterfront in relation to the amount of space I was looking for!
