The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My move in date was August 22,so on August 21st I requested to put the door number plate, the other doors have those plates, but mine. So today is August 31st so 10 days past since and asked 3 times. No communication.no notifications NOTHING!!!! So are they expecting me to be happy with such treatment?!
WORST apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Roach and gnat infested. Work orders do not get completed in a timely manner. Tires being stolen off of vehicles. Residents drive like maniacs throughout the complex. Office workers speak to you like you’re the stupid one. Run away, FAST!!!!!
It hasn’t even been a full month and I absolutely hate this place. The staff is extremely disrespectful and rude the maintenance claim to complete tasks when there’s proof that they haven’t including a doorbell camera. They don’t answer emails. They lie to lure in new tenants, then proceed to downplay your intelligence place was infested with gnats, flies and roaches Yet we had to use our own “home remedies” as they put it to get rid of them although he was there when we first got there. Had to request for pest control to come three times and still haven’t even seen anyone show up But just gonna have to take their word for it I guess along with everything else. Staff lied about parking, then hung up in my face, and when I tried to leave a voicemail after they hung up in my face, they ended the call completely As If it was their own personal cell and I was just a telemarketer. These people care about Nothing, but money and their tenants pain and suffering. If you care for your own well-being, please steer clear of this terrible place. I’m already looking into another place to live again. It hasn’t even been a month. Along with this, they claimed it was just renovated and we couldn’t even see the unit until the day that we moved in because they kept claiming it wasn’t ready, although when we did move in, we saw it clearly still wasn’t ready to be moved into due to the stains on the floor the missing chunks of paint in the restroom, the bent shower rod, which they try to downplay and say they’re all made like that I highly doubt that a shower rod is bent in the middle downwards. It doesn’t make sense. The drawer wouldn’t fully come out. The microwave light wasn’t working. We don’t even have an actual door handle to the laundry room. Anybody can come in. We don’t even have a key to lock the door. These people are just disgusting. I get this may be a long read, but I promise you it is worth it so if you have come this far, thank you for this Take this as a warning. I hate leaving bad reviews. I don’t like to be that person I try to be one of the kindest people you’ll meet, but this is absolutely disrespectful and disgusting and I hate being treated as if I’m stupid and less than. Sorry if there’s any improper grammar, I used talk to text cause I couldn’t even type this all out
I have been here since September and let me tell you! #1 they showed me a apartment that had light fixtures in all rooms. Come to move and my kids rooms don’t have light fixtures. They have to use lamps. Then everytime we turn on the A/C it suffocates us from the smell of mold buildup. I brought an air purifier and ask someone if they could come check it out still no one has come to inspect the mold!! But they maintenances men say it’s from the water.. mind you I’ve only been here since September!! And on top of that I have to be treated EVERY week bc these apartments are infested with roaches!! There are always new staff from them never keeping their employees. It’s disgusting!!
Property Manager at Estates at Cypress, Responded To This Review
We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you've been facing since moving in. We take your feedback seriously and want to address these issues promptly. Please contact our management team again to ensure your concerns are properly documented and resolved.
We let's start with management staff, what the head line said, they have changed management 5-6 times in the 2 yrs we have lived there. You are lucky if they are nice to u after u sign the lease. Constant visits from police to the complex for gangs, drugs, inconsiderate neighbors, fights. Your kids can't playoutside because of the trash that frequents the complex. The Apartments themself are terrible and old, unless u are lucky to get a new updated version. If you like getto in the area of 500k- 1M plus homes, u will like it.
Never live here. Since May 20 my unit is flooding I can't use a room, and now the problem is in the dining room and kitchen water is coming in everywhere the maintenance only goes to dry paper towels, I have all my things piled up in one room and they are also riddled with roaches. Apart from disrespectful and intolerant neighbors
I lived her during 2017 before Harvey hit, the entire downstairs apartments where flooded so after dozens and dozens of people losing their homes, People on the second floor were forced into the heat in August/September because they shut everyone’s AC is off for days and refuse to let can you turn them back on, not to mention huge roach infestation, management is in cahoots with the tow company and overall it’s way overpriced. Stay away from this complex. Smartest thing I did was leave as soon as I could.
I can say I love love this beautiful complex upgrades wonderful, staff and my agent Kashanti she was outstanding with everything and she had everything ready to go. They get 100%
Kris was genuine, professional and overall wonderful! She truly went above and beyond for our in-person tour. Although we didn’t choose this complex for our own personal reasons, the inside of these apartments are absolutely stunning!!!!! Call today and ask for Kris. She’ll take care of you like family :)
Its affordable luxury apts. We just moved here from VA and an apartment this nice would've rented for about 1600+ per month there. You get a $1000 gift card after move in- which is Super Awesome. I really like this area so far, seems safe/quiet. Our apartment has everything we were looking for - dishwasher, 2 full baths, washer dryer connections, playground and pools and you dont have to have good credit. Ours needs work, and i really didn't think we would be approved but we have a beautiful place to call home now thanks to ms Ramsey and i forget the other ladys name but the front office staff is great. Friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. Looking forward to making many memories here
I seen this place a year ago and I have to say the renovations look amazing! Though my application was rejected the ladies at the office were more than helpful through out the process. The whole property has cleaned up a lot since Harvey.
This place was flooded by Harvey. All of the downstairs occupants had to leave their homes. If you choose to live here, remember that in case the rain decides not to stop your home could get water. We have had 3 shootings that ended in death in this complex. There are gates but they are always open. Roaches can be a big issue as well if you have a nasty neighbor. Please be cautious if you chose this place. I would look elsewhere.
Great apartments with a great front office. They showed caring and love for their residence. even more so after Hurricane Harvey. They have went above and beyond for our family with supplies, great communication and helping with all issue resulting from the hurricane. My family is very grateful to everyone from the front office to the maintenance crew. Will definitely recommend coming by and giving the complex a chance to see what my family sees everyday.
The prices are great for the space, but this complex has EXTENSIVE flood damage. There is still STANDING mold in most first floor apartments. About 400 units. The office wanted to lease a second floor apartment to us that has mold! The unit still has the previous renters' MOLDING furniture and personal belongings. Do not be fooled by the low prices! You WILL get sick from being in that environment. Be careful.
Loved living here but don't let these prices fool you. The entire apartment complex was under water
Please do not move in these apartments. They are infested with cockroaches. They are in the fridge, the oven the microwave the freezer the bed and bathrooms and oh yeah the laundry rooms. You pay a fee for the exterminator to come every month, and if your lucky they might come once every four months. I am warning you do not do it. They have made the outside beautiful, but that is a scam. They fixed up the outside but the cockroaches will haunt you forever.
Very happy with the place. When we came to check out the complex the staff was fast and very helpful. We got approve in minutes and moved in the next weekend. There is an elementary school about a 7 minute walk away. 2 real good restaurants right across the street, about a 3 minute walk. A Mexican one (real good food, a little pricey) and a Chinese one ( good food, better prices, service is outstanding). Love having a kid's pool (from 2 feet to almost 4 feet) and a big pool. When one of my neighbors decided to throw a very loud get together at 3 AM, lasted well past 9 AM, I had to go to the office that day and talk to management. They were very nice and said they would take care of it. Only thing I do not like is the buzzards. They hit the garbage dumpsters in the morning pulling out the garbage bags to get to the food. Not much that can be done about that. The trash does get picked up real fast when it is found. Everyone is super friendly. I will say that the units are a bit small but for the price it is a good deal.
This complex has received a lot of bad representation, and when it was under the old management I could agree. However, I have been here for nearly 3 years and now that the new management is here things are great! It's honestly been a 180 from the way it used to be. Kit the Manager is amazing! She speaks to you like a person not a number. Things have literally turned around here and that takes a hardworking and dedicated manager and that is most definitely Kit. The complex is well located as well. It's near to everything, yet hidden away in a calm and quiet area.
My experience with this apartment complex has put a major damper on my outlook of apartment living. Reading MANY of the the reviews before renting, I failed to heed the warnings and not accept judgement, but judge for myself. With that said, our vehicle was towed AFTER 8 months of living here (to this day I KNOW that my lock was jimmied and my parking sticker removed), and our apartment was broken into TWICE within nine days of each other. Within a year of living here management has been changed a few different times, and although the complex is gated, to this day I have yet to access the gate code, seeing that the gate is ALWAYS open. Dumpsters literally over-flow with garbage, attracting wild animals, vermin, and bugs, and the paint used inside the apartment is so bargain basement, that it literally has bubbled and cracked. It is to be believed that with the many faces of ever changing management, I think they will get it together one day...only I will not be living here to see it. Lesson learned apartment reviews ROCK!!
Great place to start here the village in the woods Rise a family Clean property Great staff Nice pool Mexican Restaurant and pizza spot across the property Very convenient location just saying Near school for all ages Park and Bike trails also near by
gates are opened all time . office personal has attitude
