Indianapolis is the thriving capital city of the state of Indiana — as well as the most populated. Nicknamed the Crossroads of America, Indianapolis is the well-known center for several major interstates that connect locals to the rest of the country. This commuter-friendly city is also home to the Indianapolis International Airport, a modern hub for national and international travelers. With an abundance of affordable apartments for rent, the city of Indianapolis has more than enough to offer both its residents and visitors alike.
Residents can enjoy a performance from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra at Hilbert Circle Theatre, cheer on the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, and peruse the stores in Circle Centre Mall. Locals enjoy admiring the wildlife at the Indianapolis Zoo, exploring the exhibitions at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and hiking the trails at Eagle Creek Park.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Estates at Crystal Bay
Unfortunately, the nice faces in the office can’t make up for the utter lack of care for tenants. The office is completely unorganized and understaffed to the point where even simple tasks get overlooked and ultimately harm the tenant. I lived here on a three-month lease, and these were the worst living conditions I have ever been in—roaches, mice, and a shower that didn’t fully function the entire duration of the lease to name a few. Multiple maintenance requests and visits to the office often resulted in nothing. Poor organization and lack of administrative competency left me with charges after making a final month’s payment and now has me fighting with a debt collection agency. Save yourself the headache, look elsewhere.
The assistant manager is very helpful, though very direct and to the point. I love that, didn't waste my time by doing the most that most people like when coming to an apartment complex. They are a lot better now then they used to be.
I was calling around to look for places, and when I called this complex, the person I spoke with was very short and did not really seem like he wanted to help at all. It immediately turned me off. Red flags from a phone call are sure signs of bad management
I only had a 6 month lease in 2019, but it was great while I was there. A one bedroom unit on the end of a building, so just one neighbor. One minor problem with the stove on move in day, but that was a quick fix by the maintenance guy. No other issues at all besides some potholes, but that's just Indianapolis for you.
I been living in these apartments almost for 3 years. This place is full of mice, cockroaches, ants, ect. The staffs from the office they are so rude and disrespectful. I call many times and they never came fix my ceiling from the dining room, sink was clogged, toilet, air conditioner doesn't work which include all the apartments. There's always trash outside, these apartments look so bad. People always complain about this apartments but the office never does anything. These apartments making us charge more rent and another $100 if we don't clean the backyard. Lots of people are moving out because the maintenance and office staffs doesn't do there job right. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE think before you act about moving in these apartments.!!!
I wish that I can give them 0 start this is the worst place I’ve ever seen they never keep their words and animals keep on crawling inside of your house from that jungle outside that they never cut all those holes and moles . Since I moved they told me that they coming to fix my kitchen, my bathroom and other stuff in the house since April no one ever show up when you call them they keep on saying we’re going to send someone now 3 months later the person still haven’t arrive yet .
These apartments look like a land field. These is trash spreaded throughout the apartments. Staff is rude. Pot holes throughout the complex. Straight disaster zone.
Management isn't the best service, due to small staff, but they sure do their best. The 2 bedrooms are pretty good sizes and the master bedroom has two closets. Quiet neighborhood. Overall it has it's ups and downs.
I've recently moved to Indy my experience thus far has been good. The location is great the Washington Township School District is great I'm near bike running trails museums etc I had a issue with patio door maintenance staff addressed immediately couldn't fix so they replaced it, issue with refrigerator they came out the next day to address it all in all when I call they don't ignore me or have me waiting over 48hrs staff is nice. It's affordable for my tight budget there's park and pool for kids.
