I have been living here for a year in a half now and I love it. This area is so convenient to my job and places downtown. I recommend Esplanade District to everyone
For the most part, a resort. Awesome living! Summer is best, meet lots of people by the pool and grill. Winter is hibernation time. People come and go quickly.
I love how close and convenient I am towards everything. Great location/ area and view. The staff in the front are friendly and welcoming when it comes to their residents and soon-to-be new residents.
I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. The property is beautiful and safe. I would recommend this property. The quality of the apartment is wonderful
Esplanade apartments are very nice, all the facilities are well maintained, the pool and gym are huge perks. Definitely recommend checking out these apartments.

A great place to live, covenant to restaurants downtown and recreation and hiking, biking trails. Special events, Gym, Pool a spa feel, residents is animal friendly.

Best office staff ever. Great maintenance guy and an awesome place to live. Would recommend this place to anyone wanted somewhere to live that cares about their residents.
The apartment complex is very clean with a nice pool and dog park. Parking isn’t good though because there aren’t enough free spots available. Shelby is incredibly helpful in the office.
Great atmosphere and layout have nothing but good things to say about my experiences here. They also have an amazing pool which is well kept.
I'm very happy living here. Things were iffy for a while but are getting better. Grounds and landscaping looking much better. Maintenance is always timely and gets things fixed the first time.

The design of the public areas at Esplanade lends itself to friendly communication for the residents. There is a great sense of community here that I have not experienced in other places.
I have been living here for a year now and it has been a great experience. I enjoy how friendly the neighbors and staff are throughout the complex.
Easy to work with and the process is simple. Maintenance is timely and helpful. Location is great. Apartment interiors are well done with quality upgrades not easily seen in pictures.
The building's amenities are very impressive. The state-of-the-art fitness center, sparkling swimming pool, and inviting communal spaces add an extra layer of convenience and enjoyment to my stay. The staff members are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist.
The front staff made move in simple. They even called me on the day of the move it. The internet set up was easy everything was at my door waiting for me. The pool is great. Happy with it so far

Nice community, but there isn’t really enough free parking since they put in paid covered parking that nobody uses. And the insulation isn’t good between apartments. The pool and hot tub are very nice though. So is the dog park.

I have only been with Esplanade for a few weeks so I am still getting settled in. I can remark on the aspects of the community I have interacted with until now. So far I have enjoyed a few of the amenities. The pool is a nice size for the size of the community and the Cabanas are a nice touch. The dog park could use some shade but is quite large which is nice for the bigger dogs to get some off-leash exercise. The unit itself is clean and has nice lighting options with ambient lighting in the living room and kitchen. The mirrors in the bathrooms are also lighted and dimmable. The unit is a good size with a private balcony. This is a nice, pet-friendly community.

What a wonderful place to live. The pictures on line do it no justice. It's more beautiful in person and so clean. They have a wonderful dog park and always bags available to clean up after your pet and people here do!! I love a nice clean place wherever I go so this place is wonderful and the people who work here are so friendly. They really made my move in go smoothly which was great for me since my job requires me to travel alot. If you decide to live here you will not be disappointed.

From the first day of entering the lobby to final signing the apartment management team were helpful and cheerful. The apartment layout and Convenance to work, shopping and dining is what I was looking for.
This place has been amazing! I sometimes forget I’m not at a resort and they don’t provide room service because I live here and have to cook my own meals. ??
Just one look at the beautiful office and resort style pool (with cabanas!) will make you fall in love. Smaller community with a great location if you work in downtown Little Rock. And the Argenta District is so close too!
