No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance and are only allowed if house-trained. Pet cleaning fees apply. The property is situated on a lot with three other units, each sharing access to the laundry room and backyard. Noise alert devices are installed to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, ensuring privacy as they do not record or store sound data. Includes a work station with a desk and chair, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart lock for convenient access. A laptop computer is not included.
