Entra West End

I currently live in a studio apartment. Whenever I had a problem the staff always came through and went above and beyond. One particular instance is when I left my phone in an uber and one of the staff members was able to call the uber and waited with me to get my phone back. They also put a lot of effort into building events and I highly recommend attending. Overall very nice people in a convenient area for me with a lot of amenities.

Not only is Entra an incredibly convenient and safe alternative for housing for students all across the AUC, I could not have asked for a better set of staff members ensuring the building runs smoothly. Living at Entra comes with many benefits, some large and some more nuanced, but there are always things to do and ways to engage with the building. I’m big on their free snacks, so I visit the office nearly everyday to grab myself some fuel, and I’m always greeted warmly, which is wonderful. I love the three musketeers up in the office, my heart goes out to you as amazing parts of the Entra experience.

Living at Entra was convenient as a student in the AUC, but the building itself is complete chaos. There is a constant smell of trash in the hallways because the trash rooms are always full. The lack of security left so much room for unfortunate situations to occur during my stay. Packages were stolen, rooms and cars were broken into, homeless people consistently roamed the hallways, etc. The parking lot and garage gates were CONSTANTLY broken (which I paid monthly for and it was a complete waste) leaving anyone to come into the complex, bust windows, and break into cars. The new management is so worried about charging the residents for any inconvenience on top of rent, that it is not worth the price of living at all. There were many days that I felt uncomfortable or annoyed living here because non-residents would scream or run down the hallways disturbing residents, trash the hallways, or breaking the amenities meant for residents to enjoy. If the management wants students/residents to enjoy living there, they need to do better with actually trying to help fixing issues instead of charging residents for unnecessary issues like leaving their empty trash can out after 9 am.

The office staff made it easy to complete the application process and was super responsive to all my many questions. We have friends already living there and know it will be great for our son in the fall. Thanks so much!

I have nothing but positive words for my experience with Entra West End. My daughter is attending college and attempting to secure housing for the 2024-2025 school year. After speaking to the office manager Jasmine and staff member Jasmine W. (yes there are two Jasmines in the office), I was pleased with the level of attention both my wife and me received with answering our questions over the phone. I especially appreciated Jasmine W. helping with the application process as the website was unresponsive to my many attempts to input our information. However, after meeting Adam today after an in person tour of Entra I was more than impressed. Adam was more than ready to answer all questions from us and other families that attended the site tour with us. Adam’s professionalism made me comfortable with having my daughter live off campus while attending college. It appears Entra has thought of everything with creating an appealing environment for student living. Thank you Adam and staff for a wonderful experience! - Dale W.

Entra is an amazing place to live. Great community, amazing staff, friendly neighbors and a great AUC community. I recommend any student at the AUC to move in this place, the friendly staff and the activities they provide makes for a great environment for a student to learn and thrive, and their academics off-campus right next to campus you get the AUC college life experience, but the independence of living off campus. The Fanciest place I’ve ever lived.

Spacious rooms, nice patio and grill area. Study rooms are great for students. Valet trash is inconsistent and leasing office isn’t always helpful at times. They don’t always take accountability.

Ever since I moved to Entra I have been pleasantly surprised. The clubhouse is one of my favorite parts about Entra, as well as the study rooms. Everything is always clean and the communal spaces are super nice. I love it here!

Clean, Safe, and close to my school. I would defiantly recommend Entra West to new students.

It’s very convenient to be walking distance away from my school, Spelman College. My room was clean when I moved in. I wish the building had more elevators since there are only two, one on either side of the building resulting in long wait times. Overall, I would recommend living here.

Entra West End is the most convenient housing location for students in the AUC. It's located a few minutes away walking distance from Spelman College, Morehouse College, and just steps away from Morehouse School of Medicine. Study rooms are located on most floors within the building, and provides students a quiet place to study. Overall, I have enjoyed my time at Entra and would recommend for students.

I love the close proximity to the AUC campuses! It is very helpful as a current student to be able to come home quickly. They also have plenty of study rooms and access to whiteboards and a printer. - Karen P

Hi, I'm Morgan, a sophomore at Spelman and ENTRA is great for student housing. The apartment is super nice, comes furnished, and is less than a ten-minute walk to Spelman. I definitely recommend for all of my Spelman sisters!

This is a great stepping stone for anyone who wants independence from home or dorm living before stepping fully into adulthood. I have a two bedroom without a roommate and it is the perfect amount of space. Parking is easy and going to class is so simplified. I have a car but I save so much money on gas being walking distance. Love the events and the staff is so kind.

I love my new apartment. It is very homey and stylish. The staff in the leasing office will help with anything you need.

The apartment is nicer than expected! I love the convenience of being located directly across the street from my school which makes my commute very easy. I also enjoy the valet trash service and the option to choose between the parking garage or lot. The furnished units are nice and the furniture is well-kept as well! The amazon locker hub is a great addition, too.

It has a very convenient location right near the AUC on campus. The facilities are still lovely and new, the only issue is the one elevator on each side.

As a student of the AUC (Clark Atlanta), I really enjoy living here. Entra has been very safe for the two years that I’ve lived here and I have not experienced hardly any inconveniences save for maybe 2 (once when the fire alarm wouldn’t go off and once when there was an internet outage. both situations were remedied quickly).

The Entra is a great place to stay. I would recommend it 100%

I love how close the complex is to the Atlanta University Center. I am able to enjoy the weather and clear my mind as I prepare for the day of classes.

Tawana and Jasmin are awesome office liaisons and the property is very convenient for me at Morehouse College

I lived here my senior year & loved it! Super close & convenient to campus, I’d definitely recommend it to any students in the area.

The property is okay. It definitely very convenient because it’s walking distance to MSM, but other than that I wouldn’t recommend it. The property uses valet trash which sounds great until you’re walking to your apartment and it smells terrible because of the trash in the hallway. The parking garage gates are ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS broken but otherwise it’s very convenient for getting to class. ..and the staff is nice so that’s a plus!

The apartment is really nice and clean. Rent is a little on the pricey side but I got furniture included.

As an AUC student, it is literally 3 minutes walking to campus which is great, but the staff can be slow with processing work orders and other maintenance.

Entra West End is a very convenient apartment complex for students of the AUC. The staff of the leasing office is very helpful and any issues needed to be fixed by maintenance gets a prompt response!

Management has entered my apartment without notice. My room was dirty when I moved in. The gate was open for the entire month leading to break-ins. The staff has been very friendly.

Great location but I can’t stand the smell. On some floors it’s as if they try and mask it with Febreeze

Entra Westend is located conveniently near the AUC. Nice, friendly, and helpful office staff.

Entra has beautiful apartments, and nice views of downtown Atlanta (from top floors). It is located next to the AUC, which is both convenient and useful to students. The apartments have updated appliances and a modern design. There are many study spaces throughout the complex, and a well-landcaped courtyard to enjoy. The apartment does suffer from noise, and inefficient waste disposal.

The property is in a great location, just minutes from downtown Atlanta. The amenities include a lounge and multiple study rooms, making it great for students. The courtyard is well maintained. There are some minor issues that arise, but the leasing staff works hard to resolve them. The leasing staff works hard to answer your questions and help you out whenever you need it. Overall I’ve enjoyed my experience here so far.

The gate and back door are always broken. Moreover, I have experienced a range of problems ranging from my fridge not working on my move-in day to having an uncontrolled bug problem since moving in. I have only been here 3 weeks, and have had so many issues. The staff is great and helpful, but for the price I’m paying I should have not had these issues.

If you’re in the AUC this apartment is convenient and you’ll save a bit on gas. It also has good spaces for studying. However it is pricey and that is not always reflected as there are odd smells and lengthy maintenance times

New apartment complex, kind staff and nice amenities.

This apartment is super close to campus and the rooms are a great size for what you are paying for.

The place looks nice but isn’t maintained well especially for how new it is. It’s not worth the price nor do they prorate your rent when you move in late (until like the 25) but it’s super convenient for students in the area. They tell you you have to move out at the same time as your roommate no matter if they moved in first which may give you a shorter lease and you would have to pay the same amount of rent for a shorter amount of time. Sometimes they don’t answer emails so it’s best to speak to them in person. Good luck.

I moved here for school and because it is close to my school it is convenient. The staff is nice. However, we have issues of fire alarms going off randomly for no reason, car hit and runs, and a broken gate even though we pay for parking (compromising the safety of our car in a not so safe surrounding community). The units are a fair size but the halls seems to have lingering smell. If they were more on top of these things for residents then it may be a better living experience but it’s basically a student housing/almost dorm like living situation in terms of the quality of services rendered.

This best feature for this apartment is that is convenient for MSM students specifically. The actually units are nice and very modern. The club room and study room are well kept. But the hallways smell from the complex having residents use a nightly trash service that makes them leave their trash outside of their doors. And the hallway carpets have crazy stains. It’s not worth the money unless your a MSM student.

The front desk staff are very nice here, however I’ve had many problems with the cleanliness of the building. Upon moving in we had a roach infestation, which after 2 weeks has yet to be fully eradicated.

Location is very convenient for school. Also , the courtyard is nice and the apartments themselves are updated with nice appliances. The halls themselves could be cleaner/ bad fragrance sometimes, and the size of the apartment is smaller than my liking

Convenient location for students but things are perpetually broken, including the gates to both parking deck and lot. Staff is nice though.

I really like living here, and I see myself living here again next year. There are some issues with the gates to the parking lots not being closed 90% of the time, but the units are modern and really nice. Some things are just unorganized and these seems to be some miscommunication between staff, especially about bed size.

Overall pretty facilities and apartment space. Unreliable gates so car safety is a problem and my microwave keeps breaking but convenient location and nice staff

Entra Westend is very walkable/accessible to the AUC campuses

The staff is very nice, and it’s close to MSM, which is convenient.
