I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment! The building is well-maintained, the management is responsive and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The neighbors are friendly, and the area feels safe and quiet. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and great amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality living space.

Encore rise has been one of my most favorite places to call home ! Everyone is so nice and if you ever have questions they are there to help !

I love my apartment inside the lay out and bathroom love the amenities very quiet sometimes just need to power wash the stairs and keep on it in the hallways

Its a very nice place to live We have lived here for a few years. We just signed our third lease. There isn't anything to complain about. They treat residents very well.

Atmosphere and the staff here are amazing! They were so kind to us and offered us plenty of deals! Not only that but residents are so nice and welcoming here!

I’m just moving in but the leasing experience with Brooke was excellent. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been to several apartments in the houston area and my experience at Encore stood out.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lauren was very helpful and showed me all the features and amenities. The apartment and ground are very clean and well kept. I am looking forward to moving in and having a wonderful experience and enjoying all the extras like the dog park for my dogs. From what I can tell so far the apartments are very caring of their tenants.

Love the building and the amenities. The only downfall about the building is no one picks up after their dog so you have to watch where you are stepping every time you're outside.

I moved here back in January. The location is great and staff is helpful. I have had issues with one AC unit making an extremely loud noise all day long. They said it was normal, but it’s just extremely disturbing especially at night. Neighbors also smoke occasionally although it’s a non-smoking facility. Can’t even be in my patio because of the smell and then it travels into my apartment. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for this.

We just moved in a few days ago and we already are loving it. The only time we hear loud noise is in the hallway and it’s quiet in the aparments and I love off of the amenities

Becoming a new resident was and is a very smooth and easy process. Christian was a breath of fresh air and was very helpful to whatever we needed.

The quietest apartment complex I have lived on. The staff is extremely supportive and helpful with any needs the tenants have. Been here for 6 months now and I have yet to experience a negative response or interaction with anyone.

Everyone is so kind. My neighbor is great! I haven’t encountered any major issues. Any issues that were brought about were solved quickly and professionally. The community is pretty quiet. So many great amenities! Loving it so far!

Good, everyone is nice. Very quite. Maintenance is always good about coming out next day after a service request. Trash service is Monday-Thursday in the afternoons.

Living here is an experience, the pool area is always clean, the dog park and the surroundings are always pruned and in good condition, the mantenience and administrative staff are always willing to provide the best service. It's an excellent place to see my son grow up.
