Encore Rise

Still LOVE my home here at Encore Rise! They are always right in top of everything!! They offer more than just a place to stay the faculty are always so eager to assist us with any issues we may have.

I moved into a three bedroom this past June. I must say the staff has been very helpful and supportive. So far I live the unit I’m in. There’s a lot of space and it’s perfect for my family and myself.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! The building is well-maintained, and the management team is both responsive and friendly they always address maintenance requests quickly and make sure residents feel taken care of. The apartments are spacious, modern, and quiet, with great natural light. The amenities are a huge plus: the fitness center is clean and never too crowded, the common areas are inviting, and parking is convenient. The location is ideal, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall, this is a safe, comfortable, and welcoming community. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home!

This complex is amazing and absolutely everything you would want/need here!! They are quick to help when you need it and greet you with always a nice smile

My Experience of Living in a Clean and Safe Community Living in a clean and safe community has had a profoundly positive impact on my daily life and overall well-being. The environment is well-maintained, with clean streets, proper waste disposal, and green spaces that encourage outdoor activities and social interaction. I feel at ease walking around the neighborhood, whether during the day or at night, thanks to the visible presence of community policing and the strong sense of mutual respect among residents. The local government and residents work together to uphold cleanliness and security, fostering a sense of responsibility and pride in our surroundings. This peaceful and orderly setting has not only provided me with a sense of comfort and stability but has also made me more appreciative of the importance of community values and civic engagement.

The leasing staff are professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process. They made everything easy and stress-free. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which is a huge plus. Every time I’ve had a minor issue, it’s been resolved within 24 hours. Overall this is the best place I've lived.

Apart form a few incidents of the front gate not working, the community is pretty decent to live in. I liked the ammenties on offer, they are clean in all instances I've had to use them.

Love the location close to work and shopping best location for easy access to freeway . Love my apt very nice and spacious for a one bedroom , dog park is very nice

Encore rise has been one of my most favorite places to call home ! Everyone is so nice and if you ever have questions they are there to help !

I love my apartment inside the lay out and bathroom love the amenities very quiet sometimes just need to power wash the stairs and keep on it in the hallways

Its a very nice place to live We have lived here for a few years. We just signed our third lease. There isn't anything to complain about. They treat residents very well.

Atmosphere and the staff here are amazing! They were so kind to us and offered us plenty of deals! Not only that but residents are so nice and welcoming here!

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Lauren was very helpful and showed me all the features and amenities. The apartment and ground are very clean and well kept. I am looking forward to moving in and having a wonderful experience and enjoying all the extras like the dog park for my dogs. From what I can tell so far the apartments are very caring of their tenants.

Love the building and the amenities. The only downfall about the building is no one picks up after their dog so you have to watch where you are stepping every time you're outside.

I moved here back in January. The location is great and staff is helpful. I have had issues with one AC unit making an extremely loud noise all day long. They said it was normal, but it’s just extremely disturbing especially at night. Neighbors also smoke occasionally although it’s a non-smoking facility. Can’t even be in my patio because of the smell and then it travels into my apartment. I would give it 5 stars if it weren’t for this.

We just moved in a few days ago and we already are loving it. The only time we hear loud noise is in the hallway and it’s quiet in the aparments and I love off of the amenities

Becoming a new resident was and is a very smooth and easy process. Christian was a breath of fresh air and was very helpful to whatever we needed.

The quietest apartment complex I have lived on. The staff is extremely supportive and helpful with any needs the tenants have. Been here for 6 months now and I have yet to experience a negative response or interaction with anyone.

Good, everyone is nice. Very quite. Maintenance is always good about coming out next day after a service request. Trash service is Monday-Thursday in the afternoons.

Living here is an experience, the pool area is always clean, the dog park and the surroundings are always pruned and in good condition, the mantenience and administrative staff are always willing to provide the best service. It's an excellent place to see my son grow up.
