Awful!

Save yourself the headache! Run-down building with awful management. Expect a rent increase every year and nothing in return. Plumbing constantly turned off with little or no warning. People constantly moving out so apartments are gutted every time they do and it's nothing but hammering and noise. Cracks everywhere, filthy grounds and no landscaping. The only reason I didn't give it a zero is because that is not an option here. If you are a prospective tenant they will put in fake wood floors to increase the rent but once you move in the only added thing you will get is a rent increase, like clockwork. Wish I could post photos for you.
