Emrik SV

My husband and I have lived here the past 6 months and we absolutely love it. On move in day, the apartment was spotless. Everyone in management has been so kind to us, and have made Emrik SV feel like home. The gym is well-equipped and allows us to avoid having a gym membership, which is a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi allow us to soak up the sun during the precious summer days in Minnesota. As for the apartment, it is modern and spacious with every feature we could want. The kitchen feels especially luxurious for an apartment, with a huge island and more storage than we can use. We love it here and can’t say enough positive things! :)

One of my favorite aspects is the array of community amenities available. The heated parking garage and electric car charging stations add a level of ease to everyday routines, and I often enjoy grabbing a coffee from the complimentary coffee bar before heading out. For pet owners, the pet spa and pet-friendly policies are definite highlights.

Emrik SV has been my home for the last 3 years, and I could probably write a book about how much I love it here. When my roommate and I were apartment hunting, Emrik was the first, AND LAST, apartment we ever toured! As soon as we stepped foot inside the building and were taken care of by the kind and courteous staff, we knew this place was home. We didn't even want to entertain the idea of looking elsewhere. There are the obvious standouts about Emrik- the common areas in the lobby are beautiful and modern and offer a variety of spaces that you can entertain in or utilize during the day for work. But my favorite common space amenity at Emrik is the gym. I have seen a LOT of apartment gyms in buildings that my friends live in and they are often tiny, gross, and not well equipped. As someone who lifts weights 4 times a week, most apartment gyms don't allow for progress and growth due to the lack of equipment and space. Emrik has THE BEST apartment gym I have ever been in. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL, but it has everything you could need as a gym rat. Another key part about Emrik SV that keeps me loving living here is the staff. The front desk is always staffed during weekday business hours, so someone is always around to answer any questions you have or help with anything you need. Every interaction is met with kindness and a smile. They also get to know you personally! They remember who you are when you come to ask a question and ask about your day! Things like that make all the difference- they make you feel welcome and at home and it’s totally genuine. On top of that, the cleaning staff keeps everything spotless every single day and maintenance is quick to fix any issues you encounter! One time I called maintenance and while they were fixing my curtain, they noticed my doorknob was loose and fixed that too. They always go above and beyond! Also, there is a text number that alerts about things like snow removal in parking lots, fire alarm testing, upcoming resident events, etc. You never have to wonder what’s going on and I think that’s really comforting. LASTLY, the people who live here make all the difference. Everyone flashes a smile when they pass in the hall, asks what floor you need when you get in the elevator, etc. There’s not one here that I ever get sketched out by or worried about. Everyone is kind to each other and makes the atmosphere so welcoming and homey. I love Emrik SV. It has been the absolute best place to call home!

Emrik SV has been my home for all 3.5 years since it opened. It is not the least expensive apartment out there, but once you factor in the workout space, home office suites, common Direct TV and gourmet coffee machine, the price is more reasonable. Additionally, it offers the best environment for pushing through Minnesota winter around. Well-maintenanced spaces, high ceilings and plenty of lighting to go around. Despite many pet owners living here, it is also a quiet and respectful living environment. Doubt there's any similar arrangement better out there~!

Aside from the amazing amenities and location, the sense of community makes Emrik standout. Everyone is so friendly from the residents to the staff. Great place to live and meet new friends.

Emrik SV is perfectly located off of 694 and is equally close to St. Paul and Minneapolis. These apartments are absolutely beautiful. I have a large outdoor terrace off my apartment and floor to ceiling windows, making my apartment bright and cheerful. The management here is by far the best I have ever experienced. They make everything go smoothly and foster a sense of community in the building.

My wife and my family have been a part of the Emrik family for over a year now, and we renewed our lease because we were so satisfied not only with the cleanliness of the building but the security as well. The amenities are second to none and we have utilized every aspect of this building. We got to share our Christmas with our family here in the community space everybody enjoyed themselves and we look to do it again for another holiday thank you Lorna and clarity and all the other staff for making our Apartment feel like a home.

Love staying at the Emrik! Very easy, close to everything with the comfort of quiet. The staff is very accommodating and quick to respond to any issues. Amenities are great, makes it feel like home year round!

I moved into the Emrik in May of this last year and have lived in numerous apartment complexs since moving to the cities over the last 20 years. The Emrik is by far the best I have been in thus far. One of the biggest factors as to why I say this would be the staff. Lorna always goes out of her way to take care of all the residents and resolve any issues immediately. The maintenance staff are fantastic at keeping everything running smoothly and respond to any needs quickly and efficiently. The amenities are top notch with the pool, hot tub, sauna, game room, theatre, dog park, pet spa, free rentable bikes/paddle boards, and full kitchen area available for visiting family. Anyone looking to rent should look at the Emrik first when looking for apartment living.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience living at Emrik SV. The units themselves are clean and modern. Noise has also hardly been an issue, and we have neighbors with dogs and young kids. The building itself has a lot to offer. The spaces are well maintained and inviting, the landlords are kind and attentive, and we love to make use of the amenities. A few that we’ve really enjoyed are the pool/ hot tub, workout space/sauna, and pickleball courts! That is just listing a few as there are many others things to enjoy while living here. You do pay more than average to live here, but to us it has been worth it!

I love the building, the amenities, and the staff. The apartments and the community areas are beautiful and functional. The staff are responsive, and there are planned activities for adults and children. I feel connected and enjoy living here. It really is amazing.

Rented a 3 bedroom, and was impressed with the space compared to other properties in the area. Staff are welcoming and very responsive. Safe, clean, and respectful community.

I have been living here for a couple of years now and absolutely love it! The apartment complex is well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and responsive. My unit is spacious, modern, and the building has all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect. It is close to everything but still has a quiet and peaceful feel. I also appreciate the community feel here. There is always something going on to bring people together. I couldn't ask for a better place to call home! Highly recommend living at Emrik!

Complex is expensive but does satisfy what we desire in a unit. It’s convenient and cozy!

My experience has been great - It is convenient, safe, and close to everything you need. Offers a nice balance of peace and accessibility, with good amenities to match. A bit pricey but it is worth it!

Hi, as a renter I moved in October 2023 with my husband Daughter and two grandkids in a three bedroom end unit. I have Love living here from day one the staffing is amazing. I love how engaged in the community they are always trying to keep everyone connected and knowing who your neighbors are they are always hosting quite a few events every month to get everyone involved. I definitely want to send a shout out to the maintenance guys who is always on top of things if there’s Ever an issue in the apartment or around the building , Tom is the one I have encounter several times. He’s a really awesome maintenance guy very friendly and definitely on top of his work with keeping the building intact. Miss Lorna is another one I always have contact with. She’s very friendly, always greeting me and my family and she’s very caring.with Any concerns. I just want to personally thank all of you guys for having amazing supportive staffing And continue to Keep up the good work with Keeping our community at its best thank you guys from the bottom of my heart

This place has everything! great amenities, nice location, friendly staff and neighbors, community events, pet friendly (actual pet friendly, the kind that involves your pet in the community events as well), and modern apartments.

This is a wonderful place to live! The amenities are beautiful and the building is clean and well maintained. There is a lot of parking for guests which I love. It is located in a great area super close to many stores and restaurants. It is also pet friendly and it’s awesome seeing so many cute pups everyday.

Although spendy, you get what you pay for. Great amenities, awesome staff, maintenance is quick to respond, and much more!

My fiancée and I have lived at the Emrik since it first opened in Sep 2021, and we have had nothing but positive experiences all around! Responsive management and maintenance teams, amazing common areas (love the pool and grilling areas in particular), and beautiful interior and apartment amenities. We rented out the Emrik common recreational area for our post-engagement celebration with friends and family, and management helped to set up and support all along the way. 10/10 recommend choosing the Emrik!

An Emrik resident since it’s September 2021 opening, I find it’s common spaces (which include a weight room and work out studio) first-rate, it’s management consistent in upholding important policies, and its maintenance & cleaning staff of top quality. The building is also perfectly situated close to keep establishments, as well as recreational opportunity. The staff is pleasant and efficient, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else as a renter.

Living at Emrik is undoubtedly the best. The amenities are unparalleled, from the state-of-the-art gym to the inviting outdoor pool and hot tub. The movie theater offers a perfect escape, and the sauna adds a touch of relaxation. The staff is incredibly attentive, making every resident feel like a VIP. The community hosting areas foster a sense of belonging, making it more than just a place to live – it's a lifestyle worth indulging in. Having 4 kids it's truly made for everyone old or young.

EmrikSV has been my first apartment and it could not be more of a perfect place to call home! Not only are the units very modern, up to date, and spacious, but the amenities of the building are incredible too. The gym is easily one of the nicest apartment gyms I have ever seen and the common areas and pool are gorgeous as well as functional and perfect for gatherings. The heated underground parking is a huge plus as well. Lastly, the staff is so amazing! Lorna at the front desk is always so kind and helpful and really helps make the experience of living here great. I can’t recommend Emrik enough!

The building and apartments are beautiful and pet friendly! We love to spend time at the pool and play games in the courtyard space! Management staff is friendly, helpful, and organizes fun community events. Emrik SV was the perfect apartment for us!

Emrik SV is an absolute stellar place to live. Whether you’re single, married or have a family, the Emrik has room for you. Plentiful amenities including an outdoor pool, hot tub, gym with a yoga room and sauna, pickleball courts, a pool table, and a movie theater room. There’s also a dog park and a small bike room that you can use at any time. When looking at other complexes, the bang for your buck goes a long way here. Super affordable and always clean. Most visitors share, the place feels like a 5 star hotel. Safety wise, the entire building is secured with call boxes and fob locks. There is a mail room for daily mail and and a package room for larger items. What I love most about the Emrik SV is its location. Central from the cities and near many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls, it’s so easy to get to where you need to be. I wouldn’t do this place justice without sharing more about the events. Monthly, the building hosts events that allow for residents to connect and enjoy a day/night in. The commons area is always full when an event is hosted and they are truly a great time. My favorite event is during the holiday season, they offer free gift wrapping materials to residents. Last but certainly not the least, the staff. There aren’t enough humans in the world who show as much care and attention to your well being as the Emrik SV staff. From the daily cleaners to everyone in the front office, they are all so nice and treat everyone with respect. If I ever have an issue or question, the staff door is always open and ready to help.

Modern apartments and beautiful amenities. It’s great for single people or families. It’s pet friendly and the administration coordinates events so you can get to know your neighbors. It’s close enough to the city and you have everything you need near by.

This apartment is amazing! So clean and new. Plenty of space to host guests & to get a good change of scenery with the outdoor fireplaces, work from home pods, and the outdoor pool! I would recommend this place to anyone! Kid and pet friendly as well!

I currently live at Emrik and have been here almost 6 months. This place is absolutely refreshing. The units are updated and lovely and the amenities are spectacular. The thing is you can find both of these things at a bunch of different complexes. What makes Emrik stand out is their staff! From the start of touring the facility, to moving in, to now living here, each and every staff member has been the most helpful and compassionate. There has never been a question gone unanswered and there is always someone around when needed (shoutout Lorna and Katie). Coming from an apartment where I would go months without seeing or hearing from any staff, this was truly refreshing. I would recommend both Emrik and Loden to anyone doing an apartment search!

The Emrik SV is a great apartment to live in. The building has many useful amenities and there is a real community! There are fun activities in the lobby as well that are fun to participate in!
