Property Ratings at Emory at RED
Rent is way to much for the amenities that are provided. They will just enter your home with little to no warning, even when requested not too. There was a dead bat on the wall by the pool for months and it was not cleaned up. Good luck getting ahold of someone when you call the office. For how much you pay I recommend going to another place. Again worst part is the lack of privacy you have no idea when they will enter your home.

There are times when the team may need to enter an apartment home for annual inspections, scheduled safety tests, or emergencies. If there is an immediate safety concern such as a fire or flood, we may also enter the unit without prior warning to address the emergency. Our team is also committed to keeping the community grounds clean and pride ourselves on our maintenance programs. While we strive to be reachable in the office at all times during office hours, there are times where our team members are assisting residents or walking the property. Apartment has great views and amenities are within the building. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and Movies are within a 1 mile distance. Nancy was super helpful with the move in.
My wife and I will be relocating to Reno next month for jobs - we visited Emory as a "backup plan" because the housing market in Reno has made it challenging to find rental homes ... to our surprise, we enjoyed so much of what Emory has to offer that we signed a lease before even visiting half of our other scheduled tours. The units are refined, polished, and modern. The bigger selling point is the entire district of amenities, which seems to be ideal for young professionals (especially Nevada transplants, like us!) who are looking to be a part of an active community, find friends, enjoy the beautiful community-based amenities (pool, gym, events, movie theater), and live close to downtown and midtown. Looking forward to moving in to our new home in a few weeks!!
