I have lived in New York City for almost 28 years. My family moved to the Embankment House in 2021. To date, I have to say that I have yet to see a single cockroach in my apartment, or a rat in or around this building. That is something to talk about. Keep up the good work!

This building likely is the worst new building in all of Jersey City. The hallways which run the full length of the block have NO air conditioning! The moment you step out of the elevator you feel like you’ve been transported straight into a train’s engine! Not only that, but for ventilation they pump the outside hot air into the hallways. I don’t think there was a more STUPID and more ENERGY SUCKING design that was ever developed into a real building. How did this building ever get past the city reviews?
