Elm Creek Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Elm Creek Apartments. The grounds are well-kept, the maintenance team is quick and helpful, and the office staff is always friendly and professional. The location is convenient, and it feels like a safe, quiet place to come home to. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable apartment in Kingwood!

I enjoy the quiet property, the office staff is always friendly and ready get help in any way, all work orders are finished promptly and it is conveniently placed.

I love living here, great location, amenities, friendly staff and i have met new friends here. My family lived here since 2014 and moved out during covid. They told me to check this place out while I was looking for an apartment and here I am. Love the trails, parks and lakes nearby. The apartment is okay. It is clean and everything is working as it should but some upgrades would be nice. The rent is reasonable for Kingwood.

This is not a one-time issue. This is not a “tenant-caused” situation. This is what happens after four full weeks of emails, photos, and calls… with zero resolution. Roaches are now nesting in the ceiling. My children live here. I sleep beneath this. I’ve swallowed a roach. And still silence. Management has offered no real solution, no relocation, no compensation nothing but gaslighting and delay. I’ve recorded conversations. I’ve posted publicly. I’ve done everything a tenant is “supposed” to do. But Elm Creek and Highmark continue to look away hoping I’ll give up.

Desire and Lana were great! They were very helpful with the paper work and recommending me the energy and internet service. The apartment is nice and peaceful.

Just moved in. Very friendly & competent managers who really made the process easy. So far, so good! Love the trees and birds singing. Everyone I’ve met has been nice. I feel at home

The staff has been amazing from the application process to the minor issues after moving in, but they took care of those very quickly and are so sweet and caring. I've lived in apartments before, and this is the first time I have had a staff be proactive on solutions. My kids and I love our fresh start and really appreciate the quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. This is the first time in 10 years where I've walked into a place and said this is home. Thank you so much Elm Creek.

I love how quiet it is at night and yet feels so safe. I don't feel as if I live in a large complex with concrete everywhere. The big trees and landscaping help make it feel more home like not a concrete jungle.

I love it here! The ladies in the office are amazing. Moving in was very smooth. If something needs to get done they are right on top of it!

Quiet small community with amazing office staff and maintenance. In the convenience of being in-between 2 major grocery stores also in the middle of both of my kids schools. Good location.

Outside of the general feel of the property, the staff made me feel most welcomed. They engage with you a human level and provide a superior customer experience.

The office lady's are good people that will help you if you have a problem. It's a nice place to live. If you put a work order in they are good about coming and fixing the problem.

I love it here! This apartment complex is very quiet and safe, the neighbors are friendly. The staff are very accommodating. It’s close to everything and makes for a great experience for our move to Texas.

great place to rent staff is awesome the outside is cleaner then most apt. Only suggestion would be apt need to be more upgrade I recommend

Very nice area and mostly quiet neighbors. Office staff seems a little disorganized. We never received the code for the laundry mat and they don't answer calls often.

I really like it here! It's very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are all nice. Lana and Desiree in the office are amazing, so sweet and helpful. Maintenance responds to requests reasonably quickly. Landscapers are here every week, like clockwork.

Older property but management has done a great job keeping this place looking new and cozy. Pool and workout area are very nice and clean. My apartment is very clean and updated as well.

Everyone is so friendly here and I already made a friend.Desiree helped make the moving process for me so much easier I am very grateful for that.

Moving in was super easy and the staff is nice and helpful. I like how clean and nice it was when I first seen the apartment. They have bags to pick up dog waste and that is super helpful!

Start to finish the office worker’s made sure the process was easy. They showed care for not only the property but to make sure I had an amazing experience. They were prompt to answer any questions I had. they took a chance on me even though my credit wasn’t the best. The property so far has been a quiet place to live.

Wish we could stay longer. Great place. Nice neighbors. Looks nice too. Enjoy your stay and make some new friends while you are here. Pet friendly is a plus.

While it was rocky start with a pest control issue, in the past few months, we have really enjoyed living here. Many problems have disappeared from the hard work of the office staff and maintenance team.

Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly people. Met some of my neighbors they are nice. Went and visited the pool and gym. I think I will be very happy here.

The staff in this apartment complex is amazing. There are always very helpful. Maintenance comes as soon as you need them. It's a very relaxing community. The pool is very nice. If you have any problems with anything they are always willing to help to fix it

Family friendly, pet friendly, and the neighbors are friendly also. Some pest control issues at first, but Management works hard to make things right. A solid choice all around. If you have the patience to work together with the office team, this can be an ideal home.

If you like peace and quiet, you'll love calling Elm Creek home. Nestled in the back of Kingwood where there are still trees everywhere and away from all the construction. Always plenty of parking and property grounds are maintained well!

honestly a really great place to live. neighbors are super nice and everyone is to themselves. it’s for the most part quiet but i do live on the bottom floor so there’s obviously footsteps throughout the day which we don’t mind. would recommend to everyone

Nice, quiet place to live. I like the paved trails for walking and exploring. You can also get a K sticker and enjoy the area parks. Great schools are close by!

Overall it is a great place to live. Clean grounds, washateria, weight room. with a park adjacent. All amenities within a mile of the complex.

I'm in my 3rd year here (with plans to renew) and it's still my favorite place to live! My neighborhood is quite and although the building is older, it has old Kingwood charm.

It's an older community with charm, family friendly and quiet. I'm in my 3rd year here and I love it! I only have 1 complaint and that's pet business and their owners...just wish they'd pick it up since the complex provides pet stations throughout the community.
