I’ve had a great experience living at Elevé. The apartments are elegant, modern, and thoughtfully designed — it truly feels like luxury living. The office and,maintenance team are professional, friendly, and always quick to respond. I especially appreciate how easy it is to submit and track service requests through the online portal — it makes everything so convenient. Between the beautiful spaces, reliable service, and seamless communication, Elevé is an amazing place to call home. Highly recommend!
I'm not pleased with my experience at Eleve. Eleve is not a place for kids, or young adults. The most minor complaint will have an email being sent to you. Any noise will have staff threatening to call the police.
Choosing Eleve as my new residence and community was one of best decisions made recently
Overall, Eleve is a great community. I love the facilities and enjoy bring my guests over to swim, hang out and converse over coffee and tea, or grill together. No place is perfect but I am grateful for my apartment.

Eleve has been the best experience all around. The application process was very easy. The apartment managers/leasing agents have been so helpful and made sure my transition was very smooth. The property itself is absolutely stunning. It's always clean. When anything isn't working, it is fixed or repaired in a timely manner. The residents are very kind and friendly. I love Eleve!
Put in a maintenance order on the 30th of December and it was taken care of on the 2nd of January. Great service!
Been living here for a while now and have to say that Leasing team and property management have been flawless so far. Any issues with apartment or overall property are dealt with very promptly when you file an issue through online portal. In fact they have been amazingly responsive. Also excellent management from the perspective of addressing any non-compliance issues. This is not a good place to live if you plan on breaking all the rules. Love the amenities and maintenance team doing a fantastic job of keeping things clean. Overall great people in the community and management keeping an eye on things!! Keep up the good work and let’s build a great family community at Eleve.
The luxurious feel that you get when you see and your the complex is a lasting feeling. I’m glad to call it home.
Upon first glance Eleve appears to provide luxury apartment living. The outside appearance is beautiful and the amenities are nice. There’s a lack of quality in the materials used inside of the home. There are some inconveniences for residents with the security setup for gates and the mailroom amenities.
Would not suggest it. Beautiful place but will be in the bottom in ratings very soon. They haven’t even expanded to the other building. I can’t imagine what it will be like with those residents. If I could do it all over I wouldn’t.

I have been living at Eleve for 2 weeks and I am thoroughly pleased across the board , the staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and welcoming. The property is well maintained. My apartment is beautiful and spacious, I love my kitchen. The bathrooms are gorgeous! Thank you so much Fernando and Ashley! Exceptional customer service!!!! Fernando is the best!!!
The community is very clean and quiet. Fernando in the office is very polite and easy to deal with. I was very pleased with the entire experience.
Leasing staff are great! They helped me through the whole application and were quick to get back with me if I had any questions. Regarding concerns after moving in, Ashley was very tentative and quick to fix anything we needed. The units are nice and a great price point. I’d recommend this complex to anyone looking around the area.
Beautiful community with great staff and awesome amenities.
