Property Ratings at Elevation San Tan
We moved back in September and it’s been 4 months and we couldn’t be any happier. Jenny, Derrick, management and the maintenance team is absolutely amazing. Everyone here is on top of it any questions or any maintenance needed is always getting taken care of immediately by the whole team. The apartment itself is very nice in my opinion but what gives it that 10/10 is all the stores that are nearby. We literally have across the street Sam’s and if we want to grab a quick bite we have many options of fast foods or groceries stores. I don’t know if it’s just me but the scent they use in the hallways just gives it an Elevation to the apartment. From our previous apartment I will say this has been a way better experience than any other. Seeing that 4.0 is a bit unbelievable because I sincerely do think this complex deserves more than that. I do highly recommend living here and that is just my honest opinion about this complex. Finding good management is absolutely hard to find this is why we are grateful for the team!
Elevation is a beautiful property with great people. Greystar always does a great job with their staff. Lovely pool and amenities. Centrally located to shopping and dining and everything you may need.

Love the apartment, so far the community has been great. The manager is very welcoming and easy to talk to. Was a little frustrated with moving in a week later than planned, it feels like things were rushed a bit with construction and moving people in, but overall I am content with my home!

Management is a mess #1. Threaten you with fines and take things too far. Place isn't even fully built yet can't imagine how bad it's going to be when the other half is built. Moving out immediately when my lease is over.
