Love it here i only wish the NO SMOKING policy was reinforced with consequences I've been here 4 years and have been awakened by the smell of cigarettes or weed in the middle of the night. I also would love assigned parking based on the parking number on the lease agreement. Other than those 2 items I truly love it here.

I love living here! One of my favorite parts are the amenities which are accessible, well maintained, and plentiful. Also, I really enjoy the location, with busses, metro, and grocery stores just nearby.

No major complaints, however sometimes it takes longer to wait for an elevator to arrive and go downstairs since there’s usually one not working. I enjoy the building events and ones with the other nearby properties. One thing I would be interested in resuming is having local food trucks available to try throughout the year.

My experience has been good. Although I do not like that one or two of the elevators are shut down on weekends. The morning concierge(Ms. D) is over the top. But the rest of the staff are extremely helpful.

I enjoy living here at gateway. I don’t have any problems with management or maintenance. The only not so nice experience I have is that I reported to the main office that some was soliciting in the building. It was taken care of immediately. however ever since I reported it to the rental office due the front desk concierge was away from the front desk working elsewhere. Since then the concierge that was on duty has been extremely rude to me ever since. I never reported that she did anything wrong I thought it was right thing to do for everyone safety. Other than that I have nothing but peace here. All the other concierges are very friendly and helpful. Living here at the gateway they do a lot of things to make all tenants comfortable and safe. This is an awesome community apartment to live at.

Great amenities, staff, and apartments. Did a great job clearing the building and driveway during the snowstorm to keep residents safe. Leading/rental office is communicative and 24 hr concierge is very helpful when things go wrong!

I have been at Elevation at Gateway for four months now. I still love it here. The location is great, my apartment is nice, the amenities are great and the parties and activities for the residents are fantastic. My initial rating on moving in has been downgraded because I am not able to retract the blind in my living area. For three months now I have been waiting to have it repaired or replaced. Moreover, I only have warm water in my bathtub/shower since I moved in. I am not feeling very good about this.
I love the cleanliness and refreshing feel I get when I walk inside the building. The residents are so welcoming. I love the walkable community and I love the food spots they are so close with 3 hour free parking.

I enjoy living at Elevation by Bozzuto because it feels very safe, the amenities are great, and it’s easily accessible on the metro. The pool and gym are my favorite amenities, both are typically clean and not crowded. I also love how quickly maintenance requests are handled. Additionally, the way the outside doors are locked and monitored by a 24/7 concierge makes me feel really safe. The regular staff at the front dream are really kind and helpful.

I have lived at Elevation at Washington Gateway for exactly one week. While there were several kinks that had to be worked out in my newly renovated apartment, the leasing office and maintenance staff were very timely and diligent in making the repairs. I attended a resident pool party on my first day here and several of the residents were very welcoming. The concierge is also extremely helpful. My apartment is very nice. I think I will enjoy living here.

The price is fair for the space and amenities. The front office staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance has responded quickly to my requests and resolved them effectively. The location is super convenient. I'm very happy at Elevation.

Comfortable to stay, staff is really helpful but upper management needs to work on upgrading the majority of the units to help keep resident retained from moving to other sister buildings

My experience has been pleasant. Honestly living abroad for the past 9 years me and my wife didn’t know what to expect moving back to the U.S. A sort of reverse culture shock so to speak. The stressful processes of packing everything, researching areas most suitable for living and living out of suitcases in hotel rooms were an extreme stressor for us. However The Elevation has made us feel like we belong. They are 100% involved and have a lot to offer their tenants. Every morning when heading to work in the elevator I look at the calendar posted there to see what various activities are available to us. It brings me excitement to know there are constant activities and experience's available to us. The amenities are top tier compared to a lot of places and I appreciate the diligence on keeping them clean and up to date. Though there is a lot of traffic and construction, I look forward to what’s to be created in the surrounding areas as Noma Gallaudet already has a artsy diverse vibe.

Elevation is a great spot to live! Fair prices on units, decent amenities, a top-notch maintenance team, a block away from the NoMa metro, and a very well-maintained property overall. The one complaint I have is the rather thin, not-so-soundproof windows in my unit (not all in the complex are that way, but my unit facing the cul de sac is). Florida Ave. can be loud with ambulances and the like using it all hours of the day and night. I'm not expecting to hear a pin-drop in the city by any stretch but it seems like that would be a worthwhile improvement to the resident experience. All that being said, I've enjoyed living here over the last year and have recommended the place to friends looking for a great home in NoMa. Definitely worth checking out!

Unit was spotless upon move in. Maintenance came out next day for minor issue. Can be noisy in the area, but it is expected considering the location. Staff are professional and welcoming.

This building has great amenities and is very clean and attractive. Both management and maintenance are extremely easy to contact and theyll actually take care of issues promptly instead of waiting forever or forgetting about it.

The hot water doest last very long. But, it’s in a great location, just minutes from the metro. Closer to HT and Trader Joe’s. The staff is friendly and helpful. It has a well equipped gym.

Been living here for 6 months now and loving it. The front desk staff is always very welcoming and able to answer any questions. They maintenance staff is truly the BEST. They are super prompt and very efficient. They will always try to fix any issue as fast as possible which is really appreciated. I do not have any complaint about the place. It fits all my needs and is very conveniently located close to shops/restaurants/gyms.

I love it here. The staff are amazing people who want you to be comfortable and welcome. I enjoy all of the amenities that the Elevation has to offer. The location is perfect for a person who likes to walk and not drive. There are many places to grab a meal or do your grocery shopping. The metro is 1 block away and the bus stops directly in front of the building. I couldn't ask for more convincing.

I have been here for 7 years. Concierge Ms. Donna and Raquel are amazing. Delandra and Sequioa are leasing Rockstar and Building engineer Phil is super efficient but kind and truly great with customer service and feedback. This is a great place to live it's just barely any parking spots and too congested at the entrance with 3 properties.
