Overall, this is the absolute *best* apartment building in which I have been privileged to reside. Superlative staff and wonderfully appealing, well-designed spaces in a prime Chicago location. I could definitely envision myself residing here for years to come.

I moved into Elevate a week ago and thus far have nothing but good things to say. The on site staff has been extremley helpful and friendly and made my move in nothing short of seamless. Erin and the leasing team were also tremendous leading up to move in and hleping on all of that.

Elevate apartment is the best apartment in the city! The management and maintenance team are fast, efficient, and kind! The building amenities and apartment features are up to date and always clean! The community is great here and there are a lot of fun events that the apartment host so we can meet people in our building! Overall, this place is exceptional and would recommend to anyone moving or living in Chicago!

Living at Elevate apartments gives me the peace of mind knowing that the environment is safe, clean, and professionally run. When I travel, I can leave the premises with the knowledge that all will be well upon my return. The staff is extremely courteous and professional.

My stay at Elevate was nothing short of amazing. The apartments are stylish, well-equipped, and in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made gaming a seamless experience. I spent hours playing roblox downloaded from deltaexcutor.com without any lag, making my downtime even more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind, work, or game, Elevate is a fantastic choice!

We have been very pleased with our Elevate experience. The staff is excellent and the building is well maintained. Most importantly we feel welcomed and a real sense of care and community from the staff.

An exquisite staff, from the front desk, to the leasing office, to the maintenance and nighttime staff. Beautiful tall ceilings everywhere, incredible location, fast internet(with hookups in every room).

I’ve lived at Elevate for 2 years. This review is taking into account the luxury apartment status & rent. PROS: Staff: Vince (Concierge) & the Building Maintenance Tech are both great; super helpful & friendly. There is an apartment manager; however, I’ve never seen him or met him & only know his name from emails. NEUTRAL: Amenities: on par with other luxury apts. Apartment Gatherings: frequency is on par with other luxury apartments. CONS: Location: the El runs right by the building. The sound from passing trains is frequent (~ every 2 min), incredibly loud & 24/7 (Red Line). During video meetings, multiple people have made comments about how loud it is (sounds like thunder). I am about as far away from the tracks as is possible & I keep windows / doors closed during meetings. I have tried multiple workstation spots, none of them work. While on the patios, the sound is too loud to carry on a conversation, resulting in frequent, awkward conversation breaks. Maintenance: The Tech is great; below is regarding management. Specifically: Sewage Back-Up: I’ve had sewage back up into my kitchen sink twice with no explanation. Window Washing: exterior windows have a grime / dirt film on them, impeding my exterior view. Although some of the building windows were washed this spring, mine were not, which I would expect in a luxury apartment. Patio Washing: common areas were power washed this spring. Dirt / debris from common areas were washed onto the apartment patios, ironically making apartment patios dirtier. Window Leaking: this past winter, many of the apartment windows began to leak (considerably) & have continued to leak since then. Management's position is that this is "normal" & maintenance tickets are closed without resolution. The leaks left water marks on walls. As a "fix", a painter was hired to cover the water spots. One of my walls was too wet to be painted, so I am left with leaky windows & significant water damage on the walls (that increases every time it rains). Also, due to the faulty sealants, heat & A/C costs are higher than normal. Key Fobs: mine have stopped working 6 (!) times, having to be reset each time. Issue Resolution: there is a “take it or leave it” attitude when it comes to addressing tenant issues. Apartment Viewings: potential tenants are unable to view apartments prior to signing a lease. Management: I would expect an apartment manager to be out frequently (or at a minimum, occasionally), interacting with tenants.

I have lived here for 4 yrs and have been impressed with the upkeep of the building. It is always clean and quiet. Management really has kept the building smoothly. ALWAYS there to help.

Elevate provides a safe haven for community living. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the amenities including basic building maintenance is outstanding. The best asset is the location.

Expensive, but between the great location in Lincoln Park near an El stop and the amenities, totally worth it.

Elevate is a nice well-managed building, but the management and/or owners raise my rent at least 10% per year and are now advertising an identical apartment for $300 per month less than I am paying. So while it's a nice building in a good location, this practice is really unacceptable.

Elevate is great. The locations is amazing. I feel safe walking around, love being so close to the red and brown line and several parks. The building is clean and well taken care of.

I toured the building for 2 beds. The apartments are deceptively small with odd non-functional floor plans. Many apartments face the train which picks up a lot of noise. The rooftop pool is probably 10 sq ft. The train is loud and its a train line that runs 24/7.

Great place to land if you are new to Chicago. Amazing amenities and wonderful staff. Lincoln Park is a wonderful neightborhood.

Elevate is awesome! The front concierge staff being available 24/7 and the nice amenities. On top of that the location is hard to beat if you want to be close to everything great about Chicago.

Overall, I really do like living here. The staff is great as well as the living conditions and I also love that residences have access to many different kinds of amenities. The only downside to living here is that we can only have AT&T as their internet provider and I think it would be better if people living here could just choose who they want as their internet provider.

Overall a wonderful building. The apartments are great. The reviews are second to none. I find the staff largely very friendly and helpful. The amenity space is clean and well appointed. The gym is convenient. The neighborhood is hard to be. Very pet friendly. I’ve been here for 2 1/2 years and really have had zero complaints.

Moving in the middle of a pandemic sounds like a crazy idea, but having just completed my move here and setting up my apartment, it was so easy and seamless and the team here really made it such a pleasant process. The building is really all I could ask for and the staff is amazing

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience at Elevate. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and welcoming.

Elevate is in a great location, close to the L and easy to access both the highway and lake shore. The maintenance service is response and willing to always lend a hand when something isnt working. As a person that asks a lot of questions, the leasing staff were there every step to answer them in less then a day. You cant put in words the dedication that the whole Elevate staff puts in to make this feel like home.

I love living at Elevate! The property management is unlike any other as they are always going out of their way to keep the residents satisfied. I am more and more impressed with this building.

Elevate has exceeded our expectations. When we began our apartment search, it was the first building that my girlfriend and I saw in person. We loved everything about it: proximity to transit and restaurants/shops, the unit, the amenities, the dog-friendly aspect. We were hesitant to jump on the first place we saw, but it checked all of our boxes and we decided to end our apartment search there; we couldn't be happier that we did. I think what we've come to like most about the building are actually the things that you don't pick up on a tour. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with day-to-day needs; the other people that live in the building are outgoing and provide a sense of community; everything is kept clean and in working order. We really liked the building itself when we took a tour, but the living experience has been an added bonus and has really helped the place feel like a home.

The floor plan and apt. Features are awesome. However it is far from finished. The amenity deck still is not opened. The restaurant probably won’t be done within 12 months. Theres no overhead lighting! I had to go out and buy like 6 lamps

Brand-new building, luxury finishes, unbeatable location and great vibe! Elevate checked all of my boxes, and I am so happy to be a resident in this great new community!
