Property Ratings at Element One
I love living at Element One. Everyone is very nice, the staff and the residence. I feel very safe. I am concerned about the new garage gates because my friends pick me up and drop me off in the garage so that I don’t have to go in the sidewalk entrance with the double doors. Teddi told me that you will not close the gates until five to 6:00 PM so that is very good news. I don’t go out often at night, but when I do, it will be awkward to have closed gates, just because I would have to walk a little bit farther to the door.
Element One is quite the luxury living experience. Cozy, elegant, pleasant. Having modern gym and exercise equipment is definitely a plus. Neighbors are great too! Love it here!
Hi, just moved in 2 weeks ago. We really like the apartment itself, gym, and grounds. Staff are super friendly!!! Only 2 things are: 1) We can hear every footstep above, or a chair scrapping against the floor when moved really loudly. 2) retrieving packages…
It is a very nice community and a nice apartment complex. I definitely feel safe walking around and the complex is always clean for the most part unless people are careless.
I have been here now a couple of weeks and really feel at home already. I have great neighbors and the staff is great. I was a bit disappointed initially because of how the apartment was originally with not being cleaned properly and a number of items over the past weeks have been in need of repair. With that said everything (except for additional cleaning) has been taken care of very quickly. I would have given it 5 stars were it not for the few issues.

The best! Great building! Clean, safe, and well-kept with friendly staff. Convenient location and overall a comfortable place to call home. Only downside is lack of guest parking, but there is ample space on the street or the Tully Center.

What I love about my apartment is the kitchen because it is spacious and easy to work in. I also love the full-size washer and dryer which are so conveniently located. I like that I don’t have to buy window treatments! The only thing I would change is take the tub out and have a walk-in shower. It is inconvenient to step into the tub to take a shower… but I know that can’t happen in a one bedroom.

I moved in last year around fall and since I love my new place. It’s comfortable, lots of space & everything works perfectly. Not only have my neighbors been friendly & respectful, but the building staff has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. Monet and Annette in the front are always there when I need help with anything (which is all the time) & made my new place feel like home. It is definitely a welcome change from my last building where no one was ever around to help. Everything is always clean and quiet & I couldn’t be happier.

Building is not as clean as it used to be. Carpets on residential floors are constantly stained and have an odor. Carpet cleaning doesn't work. Parking garage and common areas are also unclean.

Nice and spacious 1 bedroom apartments. No noise complaints, gym & private train shuttle are massive plus’s. Hallway floors are cleaned every week. Maintenance will show up to fix an issue in a timely manner as well

Maintenance/cleanliness of the building has gone downhill over the past 2 years. Mgmt team is great but seems like the owners dont care about curb appeal considering Stamford has brand new apartments buildings opening up left and right.

Pros: Building clean. Good space and updated apartments. Good location relative to downtown. Cons: Walls are thin so you hear your neighbors easily. Building maintenance is difficult to get ahold of.

The apartment complex is located in an area that is close to restaurants, transportation, gym & theater. You can walk to do errands.Have had issues with leaks. Building is nice. Residents are nice and friendly.

Living here is great! Nice people, adorable dogs, excellent maintenance, helpful staff, nice getogethers, beautiful lobby and roof deck, lovely landscaping and convenient location! I love living here.

Element one is a good apartment to stay in.. Amenities are good and so is the maintenance service ..The layout of the apartment is nicely done and there’s enough lighting done in the living room and has been architecturally designed as per new architecture

Elevator is not fixed still- been here 6 months. They told me it would be ready when I moved in. Sounds like they only said that not to turn us away. Also, we have to follow up on our emails if we want a response.

It's upsetting to hear that your experience was anything but stellar. We hope to resolve your concerns very soon in order to try and turn your experience around.
Unfortunate the elevator hasn’t worked in over a year as well as the TV’s on the roof for 2 years. Those are the two biggest drawbacks to element one.
