Element One

I have been here now a couple of weeks and really feel at home already. I have great neighbors and the staff is great. I was a bit disappointed initially because of how the apartment was originally with not being cleaned properly and a number of items over the past weeks have been in need of repair. With that said everything (except for additional cleaning) has been taken care of very quickly. I would have given it 5 stars were it not for the few issues.

Great management team and community. No complaints whatsoever, everyone is very welcoming. Maintenance request are also easy done in timely manner

So far we love element one. The location is awesome, pretty quiet and insulation is good. We love going on walks on Bedford street. Parking is also easy enough

We are very happy to be at Element one. The staff have been very helpful and supportive. The location is also great and we enjoy exploring the community.

The best! Great building! Clean, safe, and well-kept with friendly staff. Convenient location and overall a comfortable place to call home. Only downside is lack of guest parking, but there is ample space on the street or the Tully Center.

I really enjoyed living at Element One. Everything is so clean, anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue the response time is immediate. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Great experience with Element One! We had a smooth move and everything went well with the building! We are still settling down but so far we are extremely happy for our decision to move here

What I love about my apartment is the kitchen because it is spacious and easy to work in. I also love the full-size washer and dryer which are so conveniently located. I like that I don’t have to buy window treatments! The only thing I would change is take the tub out and have a walk-in shower. It is inconvenient to step into the tub to take a shower… but I know that can’t happen in a one bedroom.

I recently moved in and have had a great experience with TJ and Monet. It was very easy and they responded to all my questions. The building and community look very nice and new.

Staff Is Great Along With The Neighbors.. No Complaints So Far. Everyone That We Come In Contact To Are Polite With Warm Sincere. I Really Love This Community Here..????????

It has been great so far! We are so excited to be living here. Everything is just as we imagined. Everyone has been really nice to us in the building.

These apartments are beautiful! And leasing people are very helpful and lovely as well! Overall beautiful experience , beautiful apartment and area!

I must say that the leasing team at Element is one of a kind. The building is gorgeous, always smells great, and it brings you to another place. The staff are so warm and welcoming. Annette is truly my fav mix of professionalism, sharp, yet hilarious. I truly love it here.

I moved in last year around fall and since I love my new place. It’s comfortable, lots of space & everything works perfectly. Not only have my neighbors been friendly & respectful, but the building staff has been nothing but welcoming and helpful. Monet and Annette in the front are always there when I need help with anything (which is all the time) & made my new place feel like home. It is definitely a welcome change from my last building where no one was ever around to help. Everything is always clean and quiet & I couldn’t be happier.

This property offers everything that I'm looking for. It's spacious and the amenities are great and the location is a bonus. Melissa, was knowledgeable,personable and answered all my questions.

This community is absolutely breathtaking. I had the pleasure of touring this community with Annette and was taken away by all of the high quality amenities that suit my needs perfectly. I love the location and there’s plenty to do in town.

Element One is a meticulously maintained property that consistently exceeds expectations. The building is always spotless, with common areas and amenities thoughtfully cared for. It’s evident that the management team is dedicated to preserving the high standards of the property, ensuring a comfortable and well-kept living environment for all residents. I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the level of upkeep and attention to detail.

I recently toured the property. The space was clean, well presented and exactly as shown. The property is well taken care of and the layout was inviting.

Element One is a beautiful building and is tremendously maintained.

Building is not as clean as it used to be. Carpets on residential floors are constantly stained and have an odor. Carpet cleaning doesn't work. Parking garage and common areas are also unclean.

He fixed my dishwasher and was so nice and helpful

Nice and spacious 1 bedroom apartments. No noise complaints, gym & private train shuttle are massive plus’s. Hallway floors are cleaned every week. Maintenance will show up to fix an issue in a timely manner as well

I absolutely love my new apartment! The open layout and large windows let in so much natural light, making the space feel airy and inviting. It's the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

Building is great..great service and Annette is our new friendly leading coordinator..very happy here. The staff is very nice and living conditions r very good

Maintenance/cleanliness of the building has gone downhill over the past 2 years. Mgmt team is great but seems like the owners dont care about curb appeal considering Stamford has brand new apartments buildings opening up left and right.

We have been living at Element One for the past four years and couldn't be happier. The people in the building are friendly and welcoming and the staff is always helpful. The maintenance staff is the best in the business.

This is an exceptionally clean, well maintained and managed apartment complex. I really enjoy living here. If I wasn't such an introvert, I would definitely join some of the get togethers!

Great Staff Here, when a problem arise the staff is usually solve the problem immediately. They also take the time to known each of us.. there’s been nothing but love since moving into this community.. ????

I love living at Element One. The staff members are so helpful and friendly. The building is well-maintained. Residents are all nice people. The location is good, close to downtown but not downtown.

Great, safe place to live! Love the cleanliness of the building and the upkeep overall. The only thing missing is visitor parking which would be a tremendous addition to support tenants.

My apartment is perfect for me. I have offered to start a free resident library but don't know how to reach other residents. I have submitted a flyer to Joe and I hope he can send it to allof them. them..

Have live here for 2 years and we love it. Super friendly staff, the halls are always quiet and neighbors and kind as well. Everything is always clean and the parking is greats

Pros: Building clean. Good space and updated apartments. Good location relative to downtown. Cons: Walls are thin so you hear your neighbors easily. Building maintenance is difficult to get ahold of.

Close to shops and near Bedford street. Feels like condo living which is real nice. Much quieter than other buildings I’ve been to

I’ve been really enjoying my time here! I’ve had a few unique to me issues going into my lease, but the team were very accommodating and willing to help. Plus, the place itself is great with very friendly residents!

All the residents I've met thus far are very nice and forthcoming with information. I don't feel as if I was given enough of a "how to navigate" Element One, from staff, regarding tech, turnaround for maintenance, etc. That said...one-on-one: Staff have really been stellar

The apartment complex is located in an area that is close to restaurants, transportation, gym & theater. You can walk to do errands.Have had issues with leaks. Building is nice. Residents are nice and friendly.

I have found everyone here to be so helpful and informative, making move in day a breeze. I look forward to making this my home for the next year.

Living here is great! Nice people, adorable dogs, excellent maintenance, helpful staff, nice getogethers, beautiful lobby and roof deck, lovely landscaping and convenient location! I love living here.

Element one is a good apartment to stay in.. Amenities are good and so is the maintenance service ..The layout of the apartment is nicely done and there’s enough lighting done in the living room and has been architecturally designed as per new architecture

Elevator is not fixed still- been here 6 months. They told me it would be ready when I moved in. Sounds like they only said that not to turn us away. Also, we have to follow up on our emails if we want a response.

Unfortunate the elevator hasn’t worked in over a year as well as the TV’s on the roof for 2 years. Those are the two biggest drawbacks to element one.

The front office staff, amenities, and maintenance are great. Unfortunately though, we've been without a south side elevator for over 6 months and there's been poor communication as to when the issue will be rectified.

The elevator has been broke for several months. I understand that elevator parts can be tricky, but how the situation is being handled is not ok. There are people on the top south floors that need access to the elevator. The parking is compromised as well because of the elevator. There are a small handful of uncovered parking spaces in the only lot next to the elevator which means not many (especially those with children and mobility issues) have access to an elevator for groceries. The amount of walking that is required when you have to park at the second lot is unacceptable. When I ask for covered parking I have been turned away and told there is not any available when there clearly is enough spaces from looking at then open spaces everyday. We are being told that we are going to be compensated and nothing of that sort has been done. I am very disappointed in my experience here. The manager is not nice. Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend moving here.

Moved here in July and it's been a wonderful experience. The building staff are very welcoming and helpful. It's a great community to be a part of.

Everything is great Except for parking and elevator service 3 nights in a row no spaces available of which I pay for cover parking Elevator hasn’t worked in months Once these issues are resolved will give 5 stars
