Love it here so far! Everyone has been so helpful. I love my new home and the upgrades. There is so much space and I couldn’t be happier. Glad I made the choice to move here.

Management has been amazing through the whole process of moving in. The apartment and location has met my expectations! Everything is well kept from the mail room to pool area. I'm looking forward to using the gym, as well. Oh, and I must add, the coffee is great!!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming! Bill did a great job staying in touch with me throughout the application process. Management like no other

Been living here for three months now and I must say I am pleased with everything about it. And Bill is fantastic, best leasing manager ever. He makes this place really feel like home!

The management is sooo nice here! They made the move in super easy and show how much they care for their residents. The amenities are nice and well taken care of

I love my spacious place and the easy commute to all of my favorite places. I feel safe here, and neighbors seem nice. I feel confident in my home! The office has an imperfect communication method right now, but I know they hear feedback and care.

Great staff, safe environment. Have been here more than a year with no major issues. Any issues staff has fixed quickly a great place to live !

Love my apartment…under new management which is way better!! The past management did not care about the structure of the apartment complex. This new company does. I’m glad it still be here and it’s very quiet.

Employees are friendly and very accommodating. I must say the amenities are excellent and are all layed out throughout the complex that are conveniently accessable and yet allows the residents to privately utilize and enjoy them. The neighborhhod is safe and a couple of restaurants nearby add to the overall living experience.

Accommodating staff, modern apartments, and popular surrounding landmarks. This is a good place to consider, especially if you travel often….just 7 minutes from Love-Field

There is no control who parks in the tenants parking garage and towing is not enforced, my car has been hit twice while parked. Most of the entry doors do not work and there are no cameras anywhere, no sense of security whatsoever. Also weed smelling hallways. I would not recommend this property to friends.

It has been smooth sailing ever since I’ve moved in. I absolutely love my unit! From the maintenance team to the leadership, I love everything about this property.

I really like living here. They keep it very clean and beautiful. I was hesitant because management has been changed recently but they surely haven’t been a disappointment!

Very peaceful and relaxing community. I enjoy the fact that although we are so close to the airport, the noise is minimal. Office staff is always super helpful!

Excellent service in all its aspects. We don't speak English but they find a way to give us great service and care as residents of Elan and a good job maintenance wise, the place is amazing.

Vexed! This experience has been ruined due to bad communication and lack of consideration. I still continue even til this day getting the runaround from these humans. NOTHING GET RESOLVED!

The office is beautiful thats about it. My unit wasnt finished when i moved in during May. Still not fixed. Pool closes at 6pm. Must pay for trash pick up even if you dont use the service. Nieghbors are very nice. The management on property is non excistent. You wont get any help from them once your lease is signed. Great nieghborhood but a very poor experience.

Nice quite neighborhood, respectful neighbors, very peaceful environment and overall fun place to live. The front staff is amazing always going above and beyond to fix any issues presented

Very easy and smooth, everything was ready for our move-in date. There were a few blemished items, but overall we were happy to move in when we did.

Easy moving process and apartments are under renovations so it looks nice. Gabby was really nice to help out with the moving process and she made sure I was satisfied with everything.

Lincoln properties is the best management company for the 14 years I have lived at the Elan improvements to the security doors and a working gate to the garage. Trash disposal and trash rooms are emptied daily. Removed trash containers from the entrance to the garage which was an eye sore. The hallway floors are now cleaned on a regular basis which is a great improvement. Staff is very congenial and listens to you. The parking garage is cleaned on a regular basis.the lights outside around the building are now working.

Cleaning of the hallways on a regular basis needs to improve. We appreciate some of the changes made by new property management but there’s a long list to go. Our lease expired in May and are still waiting on a new offer.

A solid 3, not the most amazing but have definitely lived in worse places. The building and grounds are clean for the most part. From time to time there is trash pile up in the trash rooms, but that is because of the residents being lazy, not because of the management. They can control access to the building, They are working on it???Residents are inconsiderate with their pets barking at all hours and use their balcony’s as a potty spot instead of walking them. The hotter it gets, the less accessible your balcony will be due to the smell. Pigeons tend to take residency on your balcony, They are working on it, but leaves the balcony unusable. Quiet hours start at 10pm, however it’s not usually quiet (dogs,kids,pool noise,neighbors) and nobody is on/site to enforce it. Call security but not sure they ever arrive. Third owner in 2 years of living here (not manager, management company). Valet trash that is not optional, you have to pay regardless if you want the service or not. A solid 3.

The apartment units have been recently updated and are very nice. The lobby and club room are updated and brand new. The pool area is great with gas grills and fireplaces outside. The only downside is the fact that there are a lot of homeless people that live in the area and there are always break ins into vehicles. (Even with security and a gated parking garage).

The apartment community is very clean and peaceful with great staff and management , the pool area is clean and safe and the gym and club houses is nicely organized and maintained.

Lincoln is the 4th management company I’ve experienced in just under two years. I love location, this neighborhood but, some residents disrespect the property from their pets, to disposing of their trash to misusing security doors and gates. A main disappointment is when elevator closest to garage becomes inoperable. Otherwise I’m looking forward to a long residency here at Elan Bluffview

I love my apartment itself, but can’t give a higher rating because the hallways are not kept clean, the parking garage gate is almost always broken, and the doors coming into the building from the parking garage are almost always broken.

Building was once a nice place to live now some of the residents are nasty! They throw trash bags down the stairwell in the hallway, throw trash in the garage, walk their dogs and won’t pickup the poop. Management used to throw little parties for the residents or have a food truck come by or have donut day some kind of incentives for the residents so far this new management has done nothing

Love living here , especially now that we have new management who is on top of their game! Quiet , fun, convenient place to be ! No complaints here .

We’ve been living here for 8 years and has gone downhill. The call box has not worked in years, the pool doesn’t stay clean, hallways are not frequently cleaned. I hope with Lincoln Property mgmt coming in, things will change. The only thing that has changed is somewhat the clean pool.

My experience at Elan At Bluffview has been great so far!!! The staff is very attentive to resident's needs and the maintenance crew is prompt when it comes to responding to requests.

Unfortunately, this office gave me a bad first and last impression. I had an appointment which was confirmed twice by them and after waiting 30 minutes, I left. It's a huge red flag when a business hours begin at 10 a.m. and no one is there by 10:30 a.m. to open those doors. I was lucky that I approached a few residents that walked by and asked them about their experience there and it was not good. I guess it's good for me the office was a no-show.

I have lived here for 3 1/2yrs and two management companies. When I first moved in the staff and maintenance were great! They were very responsive and caring. The community was always clean and well kept. Now under the new management company the staff has completely changed and so has their service. The hallways are always dirty from residents not caring, there are 10 trash cans full in the driveway, maintenance takes a min of a week to answer service requests (you may have to remind them). The gym is out of date with multiple machine's not working. The pool is clean but only because it doesn't get much use. Multiple car break-in's in the back parking lot due to having no lights. You can find lots of trash, beer cans, used condoms in the parking lot. This community could be nice again if you had a management company that cared. It is in a nice area surrounded by shops and restaurants but the amount you pay to live here you can find better. They get you in with their sweet talk but things will change once you live here for awhile and may need them. I have had two floods that forced me stay in a hotel and two moldy closets due to a A/C leak. Be prepared to have your car broken into, deal with water bugs, dirty hallways/elevators and homeless.

I've been at this community for a while and it was okay when I started. Some time later the property was sold and management changed and it's been a downhill slide since then. Noise has become a weekly problem. Basic maintenance is not paid attention to and dealt with in a timely manner. Some time ago they repainted the property in a dark gray (the online photos you see are old). Maintenance isn't touching up paint so any scuff leaves white streaks. The property has become outdated and worn very quickly. Some time ago the doors leading to the garage were damaged so they didn't lock. It wasn't fixed for at least two weeks. This was around the time we were getting emails about break-ins to cars. Another door leading to the pool area was repaired but the trim was never replaced leaving an ugly area exposed. My advice: Stay away. It's going to take a change in management or ownership to get this property turned around.

Haven’t lived here long but since I have, nothing works, the website says they have all these amenities but they never tell you that most of them don’t work. Gated garage that never works, gym that doesn’t have working A.C. So you can’t workout in there and Elevators are broken most of the time. Just a week ago we had 4 cars vandalized because our gated garage doesn’t work. The vehicles were left on blocks and they had taken the wheels and rims off. The worst part is that this is not the first time cars have been broken into. Just horrible!

THEY DESERVE 0 STARS, WORTHLESS UNSAFE AND CARE LESS APARTMENTS. DO NOT MOVE HERE. We moved in December 2017 and only last 6 months at this apartment complex due to its ongoing issues. First, there were so many maintenance issues, the lights didn't work in the kitchen, the bathtub was clogged, kitchen faucet did not work, the bathroom faucet was dirty and had mold on it, we did not have warm water had to call them twice before it was fixed. On top of this, all this apartment was very noisy due to the bar below it that we were never informed about when we signed the lease. Secondly, we started getting pest in the house from mosquitos, bees, and cockroaches inside the house because this apartment did not have proper sealing from the windows. After all these issues a construction began for a new bike shop right below apartment which management also never informed anyone being affected by it or the duration of this construction. I called the office and said what is this noise and it is so loud, they then informed me about it but had no details on how long this is going to last. The construction started at 7 am and continue on to 7 pm. It was so loud we couldn't talk on the phone or even watch TV I mentioned I was in school so forget about trying to study. We decided that we can NO longer stay at this apartment after several attempts of trying to contact the property manager and the office staff our emails were ignored. We sent our notice to move out that's when they gave us option to move to another apartment that was higher in price over the weekend. Why would I waste my time to move to another apartment and pay a higher price for all these inconveniences I have had since I moved? My husband went to the office to see if they would let us break the lease without penalty and get a hold of the unresponsive careless property manager. Guess what? it was her last day working there and a new management company was coming to take over so she asked us to talk to the new property manager. Well, the new property manager definitely listened but her response was like I am sorry you will have to pay all the fees before moving out and I can't do anything for you because we are a new company and we don't care about the past. They didn't even accept a 30-day notice so we had to pay a reletting charge too.DO NOT MOVE HERE OR YOU WILL PAY A LOT OF MONEY.

Several items that should have been checked and functioning prior to move in were not. Broken light bulbs, dirty shower and sinks. The apartment smelled like it had been painted the morning I moved in. The management office is a nightmare to work with. The staff are unprofessional and frustrating to talk to, but besides the office staff the apartments are nice and in a good location.

We have lived here for only 5weeks, and I have had to call maintenance every single week. The apt was disgusting and filthy when we moved in. Several items that should have been checked and functioning prior to move in were not. I did not have a working shower for 3days, 2 doors would not close, several light bulbs were out, and the air conditioner is not functioning properly. To me, this seems very basic. The maintenance men are nice and do fix things when they actually come to you. I was told my shower could not be fixed right away because they had exterior crew working with them over the weekend, and they took priority. I used to live at Lincoln Properties and never had any issues, not 1. They were wonderful, but I am here short term and this was a better deal. I am blown away by the lack of organization and efficiency of this management. First of all, the water bill is not added into every month's bill initially, which is absurd. We are here on a short term lease, and I was told they will just hold onto my deposit until all of my water is paid for, which would take 3mths to become current (? that doesn't happen in any other home). Secondly, they have decided to add on a third party for billing that charges an additional $10 fee in addition to paying your rent. There is no option to opt out of this and pay the facility directly. I know it's just $10, but that adds up! The people that work in the office are nice and try to be helpful, but this whole system is inefficient. When I lived with Lincoln, everything was seamless. The apartments and facilities themselves are nice, but I don't think I could live here long term out of frustrations with inefficient management.

I have lived in 3 apartments in Dallas over the past 8 years and I have never experienced a place this mismanaged. The apartments themselves are great; spacious, friendly neighbors, and there is direct access to Bachman lake. The big downside to all of this is BH Management. After my two years of living there, I decided not to renew my lease. Before I left, I had the place professionally cleaned and inspected it myself after. They decided it was fair business practice to charge me for two years of wear and tear that is common to every apartment after occupancy. I was now left with a bill to repaint every wall and replace all the carpets. They claimed to have no record of my $300 deposit that was paid prior to moving in. Every other place I have rented never charged me for something that is expected to be replaced prior to new residents moving in, such as these items. On top of all this, they tacked on $30 charges for minor cleanings, such as the drip pan. They were unwilling to credit me for the deposit. I had a note in my move-in inspection stating that the carpets were to be replaced at move-out and management would pay for it because they mismanaged my move-in agreement. They did not honor this as well. I am some what at fault for not walking away before move-in after seeing how poorly they handled that initial agreement. I would not recommend this place to anyone purely due to BH Management, they have been the worst property managers I have ever experienced. Do not live here!

I have lived at The Elan @ Bluffview going on three years now, and I love it. They keep the pool area an grounds in excellent condition. The location is awesome, but still quiet. You can walk to restaurants, and shopping. Close to Love Field Airport, but still you don't hear the noise. The staff is more than helpful at any need you have. It's a locked community, so I do feel very safe there, the neighbors are very friendly, not a lot of parties and can't believe the quiet. I am 65, but still a young 65, ha! The pool area looks like a tropical resort, with huge stainless steel grills, and an outside fireplace with comfortable couches, great for those cool fall evenings. The gym is top of the line, and very clean. All hallways cleaned daily, and I love the valet trash service. Sally Cooper, Dallas TX.
