Property Ratings at Edgewater Pointe
I have leaved at Edgewater Pointe since 2020. It is the perfect location for me! It's close to my vet, dentist, doctor, the movies, the mall, and lots of food and shopping. The office staff (Natalie and Casey) are always friendly and attentive to our needs. Special events, like Christmas parties and Trick or Treating, make you feel part of a community.
I moved here a little over a year ago from another state. The managerial and staff members have made me feel at home and part of a great community. I’m very happy I chose Edgewater pointe as my new home.
Clean room, stunning views, and top-notch amenities.
Maintenance has been a strong point here. Requests are handled efficiently, and the staff is professional and courteous. The apartment is spacious with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The kitchen appliances are relatively new, and the flooring is stylish. The management team is friendly and responsive. They’ve been proactive in addressing any concerns and have kept the lines of communication open.
Staff is awesome! Casey and Eric will help with any needs I have! The property is beautiful
For the first year it was hard to get things fixed. They have new maintenance now and things get seen quickly. Mgr responds to messages. Rent is a bit high but the area is quiet and the place stays clean.

Been here a little over a year. The area is great but would not recommend living here to anyone. The place has been infested with roaches so se day one, they send pest control out once every few months. It’s impossible to get anything fixed around the apartment. Been putting in maintenance orders for a year and management been telling us they’ll get someone to fix it but now they’re saying our whole apartment needs to be remolded and we’re pretty much stuck in it until we move while the rest of the complex gets remodeled. But my BIGGEST ISSUE is that the walls are so paper thin I can literally hear every conversation being held outside, neighbors across the street on their balcony, and in other apartments. And for the price we pay it’s not worth plus not being able to use the amenities because they keep getting shut down.

Just moved here about a month ago and I absolutely love it! Great location, shopping the beach, and the staff is absolutely fantastic! Johnny the maintenance man is awesome and Eric and Casey are wonderful! I definitely recommend
