All utilities are included in the rent, as is routine cleaning and laundry service. Our minimum lease term is 30 days. Eddy in East Hollywood provides the best of both urban and neighborhood living and is adjacent to the neighborhoods of Hollywood, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and Korea Town. This eddy location is minutes away from the Barnsdall Art Park, a gorgeous hilltop space that offers incredible views of DTLA and a perfect place for a Summer picnic. The East Hollywood neighborhood is home to a vibrant ethnic restaurant and coffee shop community with close proximity to Thai Town and Little Armenia. These eddy homes are pedestrian and transit-friendly and have quick access to the Metro Red Line stops and are very close to the 101. The neighborhood is filled with young professionals who work in creative spaces.
