Nice and pleasant area to be in, staff and helpful and professional and maintenance request are done in timely manner. Have been here for a few years and small issues that I have had were taken care of in a professional manner and resolved by staff to best help us.
Apartment itself if nice. Amenities need updating (need pool chairs, fix broken fitness room equipment) Rent went up but there is no sign of where the extra money is going to.
Since the day I moved in the unit above me has been extremely loud. There is no soundproofing at this apartment and I can clearly hear people above and around me all throughout the day, it keeps me awake most nights. I reached out to management with no response. If you can deal with constant high noise level then this apartment may be okay for you, everything else is pretty good. I will update this review if I hear back/get a resolution from Eclipse.
Our move in experience was amazing! Enoch was super helpful getting us set up on all the apps - we had issues with the parking permit app but was able to stop by the office and get help! The amenities are great and well maintained. The property is beautiful. Maintenance quickly came to fix anything we need repaired at move in and have continued to respond to our maintenance needs in a timely manner. Our move in was smooth and seamless and we are looking forward to continue to enjoy the complex!
I have lived here for two years, i have literally seen the management go down hill and not care, and to top it off the supposed, Security guard doesnt do anything. There is trash all over and dogs poop everywhere. And to top it off last friday i noticed my back license plate was missing, i filed a police report and told the manager and the office they really seemed to not care and also told me that there is no video in the parking lot. So now i am stuck with paying for new license plates. I see cars with tow stickers on the windows and yet they are still there not towed yet. I am very unhappy and cant wait to leave this complex.
We enjoy a lot of things about this complex. Wonderful maintenance team, great location, and quiet community. The parking spots are way too small so we have had many dents to our car since moving in here. Also, the pool chairs are old and need to be replaced. If those two things would be fixed, it would be a 5 Star rating from me!
I love the apartments it’s the people they let in over here the hallways are so nasty dog poop every where trash not being picked up i could go on but i won’t
From the scheduled tour, to application, to move in - it has been an entirely easy process. The staff are courteous and helpful! I love the convenience of the location, the affordability, and safety of living here.
I’ve been living in this apartment for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and has all the amenities I need to feel comfortable and at home. The community is quiet, welcoming, and conveniently located near everything I need, making it an ideal place to live. I’d also like to express my sincere thanks to Claudia, the leasing agent. From the very beginning, Claudia has been incredibly helpful and attentive. She made the leasing process smooth and easy, always taking the time to answer my questions and ensure everything was taken care of. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to making sure I have a great living experience have truly made a difference.
No major issue with this apartment. Managers and maintenance crew are helpful when needed, especially the maintenance crew . They have night security that drives around.
I think the parking is my biggest issue. Guest should be parking at the back gate. Its never anywhere to park. Parking tags should also be given to resident residents to distinguish from the guests.

I love my unit it’s not the apartments it’s the people who live here who make it nasty because they don’t clean up behind their self smh that makes the apartments look hood
I’ve lived here for a little bit over 4 years and i have to say it’s been nothing shy of a wonderful experience. There hasn’t been much to make us want to leave, it’s quiet and peaceful.
I have no big issues with the Eclipse apartment. Maintenance crew makes sure to keep the place nice and clean. If you ever needing anything done by maintenance it will get done within 24 hours. Management here is pretty solid as well. Only issue I’ve had was gate not working here n there, can be annoying at times.
As a first time renter, I think I made a great decision on picking this place. Everything you need is not far by foot or feet, great place to live and I pray it continues to go up!
I'm currently in the 5th month of my second lease and I regret renewing. The property has completely gone down and the owners and management down care to resolve any issues or concerns. Their way of shutting up residents concerns and complaints is to ignore legitimate problems, to continue to charge for amenities that are no longer available and to offer pizza, ice cream, and wine in place of actually fixing the serious needs of the property.
No complaints! However, it would be great if the gym could add a stair master and a Smith machine. I've been living here for three years and would love to see those improvements.
Needs to update gym equipment bc the maintenance team in this complex is very friendly and responsive, they always cleaning, if you need to fix something, they’ll be there as soon as possible.
Love living here. I didn’t appreciate the fact the “community” charged a $15 “amenity fee” but did nothing to subtract that amount over a 3-4 month period that the “amenities” were unavailable because of an issue that wasn’t caused by a resident. I also don’t understand how a complex, that charges what they charge per month, can have an elevator out for 4 months. The “reason” I keep getting when I ask is the elevator is an older model blah blah blah…my thought is, since you are charging what you are charging, perhaps you can “afford” to pay for upgrades at your community…maybe that’s too much to ask…perhaps I’ll just call the Morgan group directly…
I enjoy my stay here I live the neighborhood and location. The placement of my apartment is nice neighborhood are friendly 4.5/5 rating. The only downside is the leasing office has been remodeling for several months but overall a great place to stay
It's just a standard apartment with most of the amenities closed due to construction and we are still paying for them. I wouldn't live here right now.
My experience has been going well. The staff members are very friendly and helpful, when needed. Maintenance workers are completely in a timely manner.
Immedately after my recent move-in mgmt office shutdown access to & use of all amenity areas: gym, business center, flex room, and clubhouse - indefinitely! What a way to market services for leasing purposes that residents might never have an opportunity to use during their lease. All things that were a leasing bonus. So far, no timeframe was given for how long amenities will be closed. Also I have notified the leasing team multiple occassion that my co-occupant has never been given administrative access to the property manageable apps as i have; yet I've been repeated advised they updated this with no resolve.
I’ve enjoyed all3 years i’ve lived at the eclipse, never had any major issues that weren’t immediately taken care of. Overall a wonderful experience living here.

Rude management. They will keep pushing inferior changes. Terrible public areas, always dirty corridors and smelly elevators. Elevators don’t work half the year. Nothing can be done when you talk to the management. Mostly they will powerless or will be rude enough to turn down concerns in an instant. They say to reach out to the management in response to reviews but I’m writing this after having several terrible experiences with the management.

The worse place to live. They don’t pay attention to work orders, I’ve had issues with my dryer and washer for almost two months and they don’t do anything about it. They keep saying they have other stuff they’re working on. Furthermore the hallways are now dirtier everytime, I’m building 5, 3rd floor and the stairs are Disgusting and smell ugly. If you’re getting a package you gotta be carrfull because it’s very easy to lose your packages and they do not care nor pay attention. The only thing I’m glad of is that I have only few months left for my lease end. I don’t recommend this community ever!!!

I don't even know where to start. Noisy neighbors, dirty hallways, blaring music from vehicles at odd hours of the night. Car break-ins, no parking stickers so a lot of non-residents coming in and out of the apartments and parking overnight. Paper thin walls...the list is endless. Cute kitchen, the inside of apartment is nice. But not worth the cons

DO NOT APPLY HERE!!!!!! I applied for a one bed room with a study and had to continuously call them for 4 -5 days to find out that unit was no longer available. They tried to give me a smaller unit at a higher price which I denied. They then decided to send me a denial letter which is really far fetch because I have close to A1 credit. Management refused to come out of her office to talk to me and address the situation at hand. They will take your admin/application money and deny you because they want to! Beware!!!!!!!

I was charged a carpet shampoo fee while I left the apartment clean and did not find an unconditional shampoo fee in the leasing contract. Even after I send them the photos showing the clean conditions when I moved out, they refused to fully remove the fee. Actually, before I moved out, they sent me a move-out notice, in which they said they would charge a carpet shampoo fee. I already felt something at that time. I contacted them and was confirmed that the shampoo fee was only in condition that I left the carpet dirty. Unfortunately, the charge still eventually came. I was also charged for two missing pieces that I never saw. They said one drawer and one shelf was missing in the fridge. Unfortunately, the fridge appeared very normal to me without these pieces. As a result, I did not write this down on the move-in checking form. For this reason, I did not have any evidence to support my argument with them. So, nothing too much to complain about this charge. But I just want to remind prospect renters to be extremely careful during move-in check. Make sure you know how many pieces should be in each appliance and do not assume things were made perfect for you. Moreover, the bill came after 5 months after I moved out. So, after moving out of the apartment, I suggest keeping the move-out photos and documents for an extended time. (I was fortunate to find many back from my laptop trash bin.) To make things more annoying, they set the due date to be 2 days before the postmark, and 20 days before sending an email to me. (Unfortunately, I received the mail after the email. So, I did not actually know the unexpected charge until 20 days after the due date.) If not for the unexpected charges, I would rate the apartment at 4 stars. It was generally better conditioned than many apartments in the area. But it is also more expensive. There are also better but more expensive apartments. So, you pay for what you get. But, for me, the price was actually higher than it appeared.

We love living here, I think that my first impression was not just the nice apartments they have but the good customer service they have given me, for me that matters the most. The employees working at the office or their maintenance crew is very friendly, professional and courteous and have always treated me with respect. You will love the kitchen, the design is so nice, plenty of cabinets and the food storage is big enough. It just has so many places to storage your belongings!. We also like the ceiling’s height and how tall it is similar to a house I must say. The apartment comes with the washer and dryer and they are fast and efficient. My light bill doesn’t go high and I use them a lot. The hallways and doors get cleaned up everyday. I like that they have a recycle dumpster, I just wish and recommend they can add a second one close to my building next to any of to the other two regular dumpsters. My neighbors are quiet. The trash gets also picked up from the doors. I don’t use the service since I’m basically close to the dumpster and I considerate their employees working late at night, although we still get charge for the service. All dogs in the area are always in a leash, so it’s good. Their amenities are awesome, the pool is beautiful and the table pool is cool to go and hang out at any time of the day or late at night. The gates are always closed. The fire extinguishers gives me a peace of mind when I’m not home just in case of a fire. And also there is plenty of car spaces to park at.

Theyll do a very good job and also do an amazing background check to make sure the complex is safe ! The maintenance service is fast; my requests were answered within 30 minutes! The apartment tour was really nice and I applied unfortunately I got denied after providing multiple documents (some of which they asked for were very invasive) but the only thing I have a real problem with is the fact that the commutation of the staff is so terrible. I’ve been calling for months to get my refund for the application the only thing this poor staff does is *pretend* to note down a call back message. No professional at all wouldn’t suggest renting or applying here.

I love my apartment,I have been living here for about four years, I am very happy and satisfied, they are very fast and accurate and very polite and friendly. Every time we need a service and request a repair, it is taken care of on the same day and even at the same time. Everything is tidy and clean, and we are very satisfied with the rent and the amount, while it has facilities that even some new complexes do not have.

I love my apartment home and have been a resident at the complex over 4 years. I do wish that the outside upkeep was better and sometimes it hard to keep up with all the new faces in the leasing office but overall I am comfortable in my place and love the peace and quiet of the community

I really like the Eclipse apartments, however there some real issues that need to be corrected. I have lived in these apartments for over 3 years and there are some ups and downs since living here. There are many issues that I have had but were resolved so I dealt with them. But something that is ongoing is the noise in the upstairs apartment. I have complained over and over including calling the off duty officer, which unfortunately the un necessary noise continues all times of day and night. The noise is so disruptive to the point I am done, even including breaking my lease. Just be aware, the apartments are overall nice but there are some walls and ceiling, issues that are just not well insulated which are issues you may not want to deal with.

Eclipse are nice apartments, it's just some tenants who are rude neighbors.
