I appreciate how the team actively resolves issues when they’re escalated. The apartment complex is well cared for and it shows. My only qualm with the complex is the ongoing issues with the gates- they’re often non functional (with the gates not closing) and despite the temporary fixes it appears the root cause hasn’t been addressed.

Overall, East Vue Ranch has been a very good place to live. There are some cleanliness issues in the common areas, and the gates at the entrances/exits break frequently. However, I think these issues are common to apartment complexes, and they've been only a minor inconvenience overall.

Please clean the sides of the mailroom building as it appears black mold is growing. Additionally please increase the frequency to which hallways and doors in hallways are cleaned- they get excessively dirty. The doors in particular get so dirty that people can write on the doors with their fingers.

I have always had good interactions with the community staff. The office staff was very helpful when I was resigning and changing units. I've lived here since 2021 and I don't always feel like I'm valued as a resident. I've stayed because certain circumstances in my life haven't always made it the most convenient time to move. There are things they could do to make it feel like I'm not just a tenant, but until then, I just try to make the best of things.

Great community with great amenities. Staff are polite and professional. Maintenance is handled in a timely manner. Insurance requirements are a tad bit excessive in my opinion and don’t understand the need for the high requirement.

Been here for 1 week and I love the space. The whole complex is very quiet and calming. The large trees and grass make it seem relaxing. The only thing I have an issue with are the stairs in my building. They are the filthiest thing I've seen in a long time, a high pressure water wash is definitely needed.

Nice and peaceful community overall. The walkways of the buildings remain filthy with little to no care. The mailroom can be difficult to access (even as a resident) and 9/10 will confuse your delivery driver because of the code they’ve set up. You will see ant piles every 5 feet you walk throughout community as well as active spider webs on every wall.

Great community and responsive management. I didn’t give 5 stars because the hallway walls and flooring is always filthy and pest control doesn’t seem to be doing a good job as spider webs continuously form outside front door and just about every corner of living areas inside apartment. But over all great apartment I’m enjoying everything else.

Tired of talking about this because nothing has happened but the hallways in my building always have dirty trash stains and dead bugs, spiderwebs everywhere in the stairwell. I wish someone would please powerwash the stairwells and stairs. I have requested this and it hasn't happened and i've been here almost 2 months and requested this almost right away.

Honestly the best complex I’ve stayed at since being here in austin I’ve stayed in three complexes so far and the ones that I’ve stayed at previously were pretty bad and they had put a bad taste in my mouth when it came to renting so I’m glad they were able to help me get that bad taste out of my mouth

We have always enjoyed our time at EVR. It’s a welcoming community, spacious property, always clean, amazing pool, nice gym with a peloton (!!), and a kind and responsive staff!

It has been good living here so far. The apartments are modern. The atmosphere is quite but close to East 6th. Maintenance is pretty good at responding to requests.

The amenities are beautiful and so is all the greenery around the buildings. Location is handy for getting downtown, south Austin, east Austin or the airport. There’s cold brew on tap. What’s not to love?

I love living here because the location is so perfect for me. Far enough away from the downtown noise but close enough that isn’t not a hassle to go downtown. Maintenance does a pretty good job in the apartments and outside landscape.
