Neighborhood

Minor, also known as Squire Park, is home to Seattle University, which sits along the western border. Only about one mile directly east of Downtown Seattle, this popular neighborhood is nestled between Seattle's International and Central Districts. Named for Seattle Mayor T.T. Minor who founded the Seattle Railway, this neighborhood has a rich history.

Like most downtown neighborhoods, Minor is densely populated, but there are several small parks, plenty of trees, wide sidewalks, and historic architecture that make Minor one of Seattle's most dynamic and attractive communities. This is a friendly community that provides a variety of housing, from charming bungalows to large apartment buildings. In addition to the university, Minor is home to the Swedish Medical Center's Cherry Hill campus.

Apartments in Minor place you close to downtown, Seattle University, and the medical center.

Outstanding Staff, Great Amenities, Beautiful Surroundings, Sense of Community!

I have had the incredible privilege of calling East Union my home for the past year, and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming Community Manager, Sashel, that made the transition seamless and stress-free. The management team here deserves an award for their unwavering dedication to creating a warm and welcoming environment. They go above and beyond to ensure every resident feels valued and heard. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they truly take the time to ensure the issues are resolved and our needs are met to the best degree possible. Speaking of maintenance, I am consistently impressed with the upkeep of the facilities. The entire property is beautifully maintained, from the lush gardens in the courtyard to the Rooftop deck and well-equipped fitness center. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring our living experience is nothing short of exceptional. Furthermore, the sense of community and camaraderie among the residents is truly heartwarming. I've had the pleasure of meeting wonderful neighbors who have become friends, and the regular community events organized by the staff have allowed me to connect with even more fellow residents. The location of this apartment community is also worth highlighting. It's conveniently situated near all the amenities I could ever need. Whether it's a quick trip to the grocery store, a cozy coffee shop, or a fantastic array of dining options, everything is near by making it incredibly easy to access all that the city has to offer. In summary, my experience as a resident here has been nothing short of exceptional. The outstanding staff, great amenities, beautiful surroundings, and strong sense of community have made this past year truly memorable. I am grateful to have found such a wonderful place to call home, and I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment community to anyone else in search of a five-star living experience.
