This company posts great pictures and descriptions of this development but in reality it is nothing like anything they print. For the size of the units the prices are to high. You have to pay your own electric through New Prague, Heating, Cable, and Water. The water is the expensive part they don't explain. It is through a company out of state. I was a single woman who was maybe home 4 out of 7 days a week, ran dishwasher maybe once every two weeks. My water bill was anywhere from 120-180 dollars a month. I never used the laundry rooms as they are very disgusting. I asked about why the water was so high and I never got any real answers. I owned a home with 3 people in it prior to this rental and never had a water bill over a hundred dollars. According to the management you don't pay for the laundry water or the outside sprinkler system but I have different beliefs. The Maintenance of the complex is horrible. I complained for the 14 months I lived there about Mold in the unit. It took them 9 months to replace the toilet and flooring in the lower level bathroom. Never looked at the walls which showed mold, mold was under both kitchen and bathroom sinks, and never got taken care of. I wrote letter to the management and the rental company and no responses. The toilets ran constantly and never got fixed, hence why my water bill was always so high. There was several little maintenance requests like replacing the batteries in the smoke detectors, fixing blinds,furnace filters replaced, cover for air conditioner in winter, lock on front door, carpet fixed after maintenance was in an stained it, and many more. None of these issues were ever taken care of. I decided to move out and went above and beyond to clean the unit. I scrubbed every wall with ammonia, cupboards, floors, woodwork, closets, windows and even clean the carpets myself. When I did my final walk through with the manager he told me that the place looked great. I asked if there would be any surprises when getting my return of my deposit and I was told no. I was told there were a few minor charges which I agreed to. Upon receiving my return I was shorted 400.00. I was charged for things that I did not do, was charged for painting because i only lived there 14 months instead of 18 months, and on top of all I was not called or notified of this. There is no professionalism with this management company.

Apartments are overpriced considering the size and location. Management company is the worst. Maintenance is the bare minimum. When you move out, management will document every tiny thing wrong with the unit and charge you for it. If you are stupid enough to move in here, document every tiny nick and scratch on every molding, appliance, door, etc. If not, a tiny scratch that was there when you moved in could cost you your entire deposit.
