What an experience. As someone who's never been to Richmond and relocating for work, I had specific boxes i need checked for me to consider someplace home. Based on my needs Rocketts Landing was recommended and it did not disappoint. Emmett was AWESOME in navigating me through this journey. I am new to the Richmond area. I met a friend for dinner at The Boat House and fell in love with the area. The East 51 apartments is in walking distance. I like that the community has secured entrances and covered parking. The community seems to be nice and quiet for the most part. There is a railroad right across the street, but it doesn't really bother me..

I find East 51 a great place to live. All maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner with courtesy and efficiency. We have a wonderful maintenance team here. They are always pleasant and ready to help. I am also impressed with the cleaning team. They clean the elevators, gym and lobby every week. Plus I want to compliment the property management team who are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind to the residents. This is my 3rd year living here and I have been very happy.

I have been very pleased with East 51 at Rockett's Landing. When I tell people I live at Rockett's Landing they immediately look surprised, thinking it must be so expensive. When I tell them how much I pay for the size of apartment I rent, they are blown away. Whenever challenges have arisen, the management team has been super responsive and solutions-minded. Maintenance is always on it when their is a challenge. I can't say how happy I have been living here.

I like most things about this place and the complex as a whole. I would have liked to have some kind of community space with a game room (with billiards, cards and a few other board games). It is pricey but I would still recommend it for anyone because of all the other positives and professionalism. Thanks East51 management!

The environment is pretty good and the immediate convenience to the trail outside is appreciable. I have not experienced major issues in the 8 months I’ve been here. My only negative, if I have to be pried, is that the rent is steep for the apartment.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with East 51. We are only dissatisfied with some of the occupents who smoke and do not care for their pets. Victoria and Tiffany are great and definately deserve a raise. We love the community and intend to live here as long as we can.

East 51 is an ideal spot for someone who wishes to have tje best of both worlds: convenience and access to both urban and rural environments. Out of all the apartments Ive lived in over the last decade, this is by far the best run and most efficient management team I have ever dealt with. Quick responsive and caring. Always willing to help and not always up in your business like others tend to be at other apartments. Their communication is top notch and never hard to get a hold of. Theyre willing to work with you in any situation. If my family wasnt getting larger, Id probably stay here for a lot longer.

Its an excellent place to live Everyone is super nice and management responds to any email or call within half an hour to an hour Usually quicker The location cannot be beat and even though it is pet friendly there is surprisingly almost no animal noise ever.
